She took the time to answer every question, explain the entire process, and educate me on what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt informed, safe, and completely comfortable moving forward. That level of trust is priceless when you're making a semi-permanent change to your face. I absolutely loved my brows after my first appointment. About six weeks later, I returned so we could evaluate how they had healed and make any necessary refinements. While permanent brows aren't meant to completely replace makeup, they've made my mornings so much easier. I can literally wake up and go. My brows always look polished, and it saves me so much time every day. One thing that really amazed me was Francesca's artistry. Before finding her, I had watched countless videos of artists using measuring tools, rulers, strings, and calipers to map out brows. Francesca didn't use any of those. She mapped everything freehand with incredible precision, then showed me the design and made sure I loved it before beginning. Watching her work was truly impressive. She's a natural artist, and knowing she trained in Italy made perfect sense after seeing her talent firsthand.
