My husband and I hired Pool Guard in 2018. Prices were fair and they had different options. They are very quick in responding back and very accommodating to schedule an appointment. They came out today to fix a broken Pole, a bent Pole and a LARGE rip. He inspected the whole fence and told me what was covered under warranty and what wasn't. And surprisingly admitted in finding a small error made at time of installation and fixed it. I was surprised to hear him admit to a fault because right now I know a lot of businesses are hurting financially. He could have charged me for it but he didnt. At the time I had my fence put up in 2015, Pool Guard in Redlands had only 2 reviews. Though both reviews were 5 stars, I was hesitant at first but glad I went with Pool Guard! Now that I am writing reviews for businesses I frequented, I have to review Pool Guard with high recommendation. Our fence still looks awesome and it has provided such peace of mind for several years (last month in our town, twin girls drowned in their backyard pool because they didn't have a fence up). If you're on the fence, just get it over with. It's expensive, but one of those things you must absolutely invest in for the sake of your kids and perhaps others, like drunken adults, and I wouldn't have anyone else but Pool Guard come and do it (the upside to it is that it's removable for parties and other events, and pops right back in when they're over). read more
