Could not be happier with the guidance I received from Richard. I thought I had been fit correctly from Roger Dunn in Orange County. Once he put the contact tape on and saw I hit every club off the toe he new what to do. Within 48 hours I had my club shafts cut to the correct length my lie angle adjusted and new grips all at a great price. I have played a round of golf since and could not be happier Shot an 83 on Champions course at TUKWET and if I could putt would have broke 80. Crappy area and not maintained at all. Everything is dirt and the Mats are so worn out which causes a lot of jump to your club on the down swing. They say they close at 9pm but I have gotten there at 8:15 - 8:30 and they will tell you they're closing and won't sell you balls. Only plus side is the prices on the buckets of balls. read more

I never thought I would experience racism in 2025 in Southern California no less. This man is racist, if you are not an attractive young female or korean he will not respect you. All I came for was to hit some balls with some friends and was only treated with complete disrespect. I've been coming to this place for years; about 3 to 4 times a week. The other day I new golfer was asking me for some tips and as I was proving him feedback, out of no where one of the owner told us to hurry up and hit our balls. Beside us was about 6 more stalls open. In addition, this guy took my basket with the remainder of my balls and poured it on the mat. I couldn't believe it, very rude. I have supported this business for almost 10 years and was rooting for it to stay in business through COVID. I paid for discount cards and don't think twice sending business there but after putting up with rude owner, Richard, for awhile I finally got to the point when I said enough. This point came when one night I came in to practice and for most times I like to practice quick that is why I have my headphones on, this time I was approached by a couple whom I've seen there before and had a few comments give to each other, but this time they asked for a tip to improve their game so I obliged. At this point I only have 1/3 of my extra large bucket left and was not planning to stay long since I still am planning to go to the gym and night practice is not my usual time. While helping this old senior couple I hear Richard screaming at me, calling me out by name, from the top of the steps of the shop where everyone can hear him telling me to stop talking to this senior golfers and hurry up to finish my practice so others can take my spot. How would you feel when a restaurant owner asked you to hurry up and finish eating while chatting with patrons? Nobody was even waiting because there are at least 10 more stalls open after I looked around. Instead of making a big scene, I called him instead to complain but instead he told me to not come back any longer even when I still have un-used pre-paid discount card. I wish I can give this place more likes and I'm hoping that one of the owners sees this post. I love coming here when I'm in the area to see my friends. The last time I was here was a few years ago. What happened? the grass died, upkeep went a little south and the furniture in the property is unusable. I gave you guys 3 stars still only because the kid working the shop was great, very nice and I noticed he walked the grounds to see if everything was going good with the guests. I also like coming here because its open late, easy parking and finding a stall is pretty easy. If you are local in the Redlands/Loma Linda area and play golf, please support your local range for practicing. Keep this business going. read more

First this is not a golf shop it is a driving range. Second there is no sign to indicate what the name of it is on the guard shack mobile trailer The pictures do not match Google Maps. you have to enter from the back and no signs indicate that. The driving range itself is very run down as if you were hitting a ball into a field of brown dead grass. I don't even give this one but I had to give it something. read more

Ok, first off this place IS still open. The place is pretty sparce for new clubs. If you are looking for grips, forget it. There are about 5 grips to choose from and hardly any club building supplies. The man behind the counter never looked up or stopped talking on the phone the whole time I was in the store (15 minutes). I am sad about this review because I was hoping for a well stocked, friendly local store to spend my money at instead of driving 25 minutes to a Golfsmith location. I never leave reveiws but this place is A-1 forsure. Customer service is excellent. Took my putter to get re-gripped right before my round and i was in and out of there within 5-10 minutes and still made it to my tee time with time to spare. I give this place two thumbs up! read more

This place is a dump. Maybe the general population likes it cause they don't know any better, but for real golfers, this place actually hurts your game. Balls are trash, pads are trash, range is trash, and the owner has just flat out given up. Go to Yucaipa Golf Course, at least they have grass there. Don't waste your money there. I've gone to this range for a long time. Since I first began five years ago, absolutely nothing has changed. There is only dirt and mats and that's about it. The owner really needs to make this place more appealing and he might get more business. The prices are similar to an actual golf course with nice grass and several different practice areas. If I were you I'd just go to a course to practice. read more

Richard, the owner, was very accommodating when I wanted to get a new set of irons fit. The whole process was very pleasant and he was very patient. The place doesn't have a whole lot of merchandise but Richard has tons of good advice, skills and deals. This driving range is pretty relaxed. A quiet place to practice your golf swing. The prices are reasonable. $8 for a bucket of balls.

Richard is personable, polite and respectful of your time. Twice I have walked in to get club(s) re gripped and both times I was in and out within 5 minutes. He had exactly the grips I wanted. I will return for other golf needs. read more

Okay so last week I decided to go check out this golf shop, I had high expectations based on what my golf buds were telling me. So here it goes I walked in and the guy who was working there was watching tv and he looked at me and said "need help"? In a rude way I understand customers aren't always so nice either but I told him "not right now" his response "nothing"! Strike one so I just brushed it off I was looking to buy a driver and re grip my putter so I asked him "how much for labor to re grip my putter" his response "$5" in a negative way! Yeah he answered my question but bottomline is when a future customer comes in your shop, greet him/her and ask certain questions like "can I help you with something, what are you looking for" some sort of a great experience. I was willing to drop some serious money that afternoon but after that. Word of advice in order to increase sales improve on your customer service skills even if you're having a bad day don't be so shallow to people that first meet. I'm a business man and one thing I know without customer service or communication skills there is no way you can succeed in your business. Have a good day! read more
