They have some arcade games, mini golf, and small escape rooms. We tried out an escape room and some games. The arcade games are pretty pricey to play so it was easy to blow through your reloadable card. The escape room was somewhat challenging, we were told not to be too aggressive with anything in the room but one of the items you had to be somewhat forceful with to progress so we lost - but that's okay! Overall, maybe it would be fun for younger kids or if you have more people in your group. But for us, there wasn't enough game options and it just felt pretty empty.

We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

I was a bit annoyed because there was another group playing, and they were running all over the place. They were stepping on the props and going out of order. The parents weren't paying attention, and I just wish there had been some intervention from staff, unless they don't have cameras in the room to see this type of behavior going on. I think the mini golf is more for little kids. I've been to other mini golf locations, and have always found them to be fun and challenging. I just feel like I didn't get my money's worth. They were friendly, helpful, and got to us as quick as they could. It's just that when we were trying to pay and get our golf clubs, there wasn't anyone at the desk and it seemed like the one employee had to help with the prize desk. Very disappointed with my experience at this Topgolf location…read more We arrived around 9 AM and this was not our first visit. A server started explaining how everything worked, and I told her directly that we had already been here multiple times and did not need the introduction. One thing that already made us uncomfortable from the beginning was how some servers constantly stand around the table waiting for tips. The atmosphere felt very pressured and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and welcoming. Later, I briefly used a vape in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs stating that vaping was prohibited there, and after being reminded, I stopped immediately. The real issue was how management handled the situation afterward. Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a confrontational manner and accused me of "talking to her employees like that," even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. We were trying to file a complaint regarding Chelsea's behavior, but manager Bryan was extremely rude from the beginning. We were not yelling or causing any problems, yet he immediately told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I later went to the front desk simply asking for Bryan's business card and the names of the employees involved for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan threatened to call security and have me removed from the property. As we were leaving, Bryan also aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill while holding the bill folder in his hand, even though I had already paid through the app. His attitude felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that my 10-year-old child was present during this entire incident and was emotionally affected by the aggressive behavior and threats from management. No family should have to experience that during what was supposed to be a normal outing. This was extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten customers for requesting complaint information. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Topgolf corporate regarding Bryan, Chelsea, and the handling of this situation.
