They have some arcade games, mini golf, and small escape rooms. We tried out an escape room and some games. The arcade games are pretty pricey to play so it was easy to blow through your reloadable card. The escape room was somewhat challenging, we were told not to be too aggressive with anything in the room but one of the items you had to be somewhat forceful with to progress so we lost - but that's okay! Overall, maybe it would be fun for younger kids or if you have more people in your group. But for us, there wasn't enough game options and it just felt pretty empty.

The entry to the venue are between JCPenney and Macys parking lot area. When you enter the doors, you walk down the set of stairs to enter the play area. Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

They grow up so fast, and before you know it, these years are over. You simply retrieve another ball at the counter between plays as you lose your ball down the last hole. VISUALLY STUNNING, SLIGHTLY UNINTERESTING HOLES Visually, this is one of the better mini-golf courses we've done, especially because it's neon glow-in-the-dark, although the actual holes were slightly straightforward. Many of them just had concrete obstacles in the way in different formations. Still worth doing though, especially if you're mini-golf fans like us. NOT JUST MINI-GOLF The restrooms were in the back. They have two party rooms that were both busy the day we went. We go to the go-karts, he says he's NOT tall enough. We go to the front to ask for a refund because the ticket is not usable for him. They give us a bunch of crap excuses about waiting for the manager. I've seen the reviews about the manager and I'm not ready to speak to Amy. They consider giving us 19$ and they immediately change their minds and make up the most BS excuses. Terrible maintenance, rude service, exspensive, and not worth it! Don't come here. Btw I'm 11 writing this review not an adult so think about the next time you consider about going to boomers. If an 11 year old is writing a bad review then you must no ITS BAD! Ended up paying $50 for one hour and $5 per person for shoe rental. Prices are not bad compared to most bowling alleys. The lanes were even and we didn't experience any hiccups. All ball sizes were available and organized which made it easier, some alleys are too disorganized. I was pleasantly surprised by their arcade that spans across the main floor. They have many games available and a cute Photo Booth, nice way to remember the night. I have to say, the customer service is not the best. All of the staff members working do not acknowledge you and seem hesitant to help, made it a little awkward. Besides that, I would still come back again for my next visit to Big Bear Lake.

More if you have to wait for requested kids or platinum clubs. -Get a new brand of coffee. Your coffee is terrible but its all we can do since you don't allow outside coffee. - why do your hours of operation change but my platinum hours don't? You cut my time by an hour opening later but won't extend my platinum time by an hour in the evening. - Add individual bay speakers for our tvs or music. Simple.

I've been greeted with many servers a few I can name that have been great are Octavian, Mia, Matt and a few others I can't quite remember but they were also great. Food is great from what we've had examples being "katsu sliders,cheese fries , tater tots, wings and beverages are all great with the exception of "Mixed drinks" You can tell it depends on who you get and many servers tend to let you know the usual working hours so you can come back and enjoy consistent service. I'd say overall Mornings have been proven to be the most consistent with staff being very attentive and making sure needs are met even if they aren't specifically assigned to that area or bay. At nights it's not as consistent and you get more of a " let me get your server type of feeling " but the management seems to be great on the floors so I'm just confused on where the complacency from some employees has came from. Place is always full has great lighting , fan and heating options decent food as well as a 3/5 staff onsite. If you're able to make the drive to Montebello it's worth it but this is still a great option. Thank you
