I recently went to Golf Galaxy for the first time. I had my clubs re gripped and bought a new shaft for my driver. When I arrived to the Golf Galaxy I asked the registered representative (super nice girl) where do I need to go to make an appointment to get my irons re gripped, she instructed me to go in the far right corner of the building and someone will help me. As I arrived to the fitting dept the store was pretty dead, no rush hour. I was waiting for a few mins to get someone's attention at the fitting dept finally someone came out the back and the guy walked passed by me and didn't acknowledge or even greet me. Not even a "Hello I'll be with you in just a min" nothing. So I continued to look around the grip section to see what I wanted to purchase. I noticed the same guy that walked past me was in the middle of the isle next to the fitting dept talking to another associate and just mingling, not helping another customer. I walked up to him and asked nicely "Hello, do you work back here" he replied "Yes" but had smirk on his face as if I was bothering him. He finally went to the register and asked me "How can I help you?" I said "I'm looking to get my irons re gripped and get a new shaft for my driver" I asked "May I have your name" he said "my name is Hunter" I than asked Hunter if he had any recommendations on brands for a shaft? He really didn't seem enthusiastic to help just sat on his chair and continued to enter in all my information on his system. So I just proceeded to look at what they had and went with the same brand I originally had on my driver. Normally with this service I would've just left but I was planning to head out to a golfing trip and turn around was pretty fast (24 hours) I wish I would've caught the gentleman's name when I picked up my clubs because he was more friendlier and seemed to that he was willing to help. Hunter, I didn't feel like the level of customer service matched what I was expecting. It came across a bit dismissive. I'm sharing this because good customer service makes a huge difference, especially in a place where people are looking for guidance and expertise. Taking a little extra time to listen, engage, and be approachable can really improve the experience for customers. I hope you take this constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve. Golf Galaxy is the newest golf shop in town. It's located on Alabama and Almond, across the street from Target and directly next to Eos gym. They also have locations in Upland and Pasadena. Parking is ample as it is in a huge lot with other establishments. The inside is really clean and huge! They have a wide selection of companies they carry in stock on the floor - Titleist, Callaway, Taylormade, etc. They also have a section for used items and some of the items look like new! In the back, they have a golf simulator where some people were there to hit some golf balls. They also have a section where you can customize your golf clubs and regrip them. My husband is a golfer so I'm glad we don't need to drive out to Upland or Dicks in Eastvale anymore. We come here pretty often and always met with friendly faces. Staff are always helpful as well; there's a decent seating area while you wait for your clubs to get fixed or re-gripped. Highly recommend! read more

My friend who really likes gold and I went out to this golf store further away then the one close by my home. He wanted to see if they had a certain golf shoe in stock that the Montclair store did not have. This store is newer, very clean outside and inside. I was amazed with this store. It looks like it has a good selection of different golf clothing and definitely shoes. I was also able to see so many golf clubs, balls, bags, nicknacks, and so much more. It was cool seeing that they had a good-sized.putting green at the front of the store when you walk in. They also have a few bays in the back where you can simulate driving a golf ball. They even have an area where someone can even give you golf lessons. The workers here were very nice and I had a couple of them approach me and asked if I needed anything. Prices are a little higher for my liking, but it's expected as much at any golf store. It was a great visit here just looking around. I was impressed! Come check them out! read more

Staff wasn't really helpful. I was literally the only person in the store and I was looking for someone to help me. I finally found them and he said he would help but maybe forgot because he just continued to work on whatever he was doing. So I was just standing waiting in the middle of the store. We made eye contact after waiting forever so then he eventually helped but I didn't want to ask for more help when he was done because it seemed like an inconvenience or he was annoyed. People at the counter greet you when you walk in but then disappear. This was the worst golf store I've been to as far as customer service goes. They have good inventory but some items cost more than the actual manufacturer sells it for. read more

This store is terrific. I previously had to drive to Roger Dunn in Riverside, or the Golf Galaxy store in Upland, but this store services Redlands, Highland, San Bernardino, and Yucaipa. It's a large location, with multiple testing bays for drivers and other equipment that are usually not crowded. The staff are very attentive, and the selection is terrific. I had the opportunity to meet Sam, the manager, and he was very helpful as well. I don't anticipate needing another golf store for my equipment, clothing, golf balls, etc. read more

This store is clean, fresh-smelling, and well lit. Their selection of equipment and gear is the best I've seen in the IE. I bought a new pair of Adidas shoes and a belt. It's retail but felt reasonable for the price. I am going back soon for a new putter. We need to support stores like this. Check them out! read more

Website claimed to have a specific shoe. Get to the store and they don't carry any type of that shoe. Staff was rude, no one bothered to help or even ask if we needed help. read more
