I love coming to Anna's Linens to look for stuff for our place. I love the blankets, pillows and…read moresheet sets for the bed. You can find great deals here. Husband was looking at some blankets since it is still cold. Maybe when they reduce the price on the blanket, we will buy it. For now, we have two good blankets we use. If you walk towards the back of the store, you will find all the reduced clearance items that will have a sticker corresponding to the percentage of the price of the item. See my photo. Sometimes you find good items for a great price. Love it! Place was clean and the floors were clean as well. Everything was very organized. We were also greeted as we came in the store. The ladies working the front were friendly. I would definitely come back if we needed some stuff for our place.

They called the Alpine store and guess what they had the item. I couldn't pick it up until the next day and they were fine with that. When I got there I was a bit worried that they hadn't actually saved the item, but she called to the back and up came my curtains. Whew! While I was waiting I did some looking around and this store has a nice setup as well. The one in Lemon Grove is kind of messy. This was nice and clean and organized, The girl that greeted me was friendly and we joked around. I like that when I am shopping.

Probably the worst experience I have had in years as a customer!…read more Situation *Items in my cart rang up incorrectly *Asked for price check *Upon review, the item price checked higher price, *Brittany, cashier, requested Diana price check *Diana determined the item has a $16.00 increase in price due to the color. Same item, different color. **I asked if Walmart could honor price. Supervisor on duty was Diane, who said no. What made this the worst situation? I noted in the beginning of the conversation, due to my disabilities, I speak slower, and take time to process. Mid-sentance, I was interrupted 4 times while she dismissed me and gave orders to other people. Breaks, etc. Have to be taken, but she dismissed me, forcing me to restart my concern. It was humiliating. Diane also refused to give me her name when I asked for it and whom to speak to in management for my concerns. I left wondering if I was a person who did not have difficulty standing, speaking and communicating, would she have treated me with respect? My bill was over $$$. I have spent more in Walmart so the money was not the main issue. The issue was dismissing me, my concerns many times and refusing to give me the information for supervision. I am disappointed. I would rather go to stores further with better service, than endure such heartache and disrespect. Diane, who refused her name, provided dismissive services, treated my disabilities as if they were an irritation to her and left me wondering if I should stop shopping at Walmart altogether or maybe just those in my community who only wish ADA would be respected, not ignored or dismissed.

All the stores with construction outfront had signs so you know they're still open. The work didn't get in the way of my shopping at all.. easy to navigate. Grossmont has a good mix of top retail stores (target, Walmart, barnes and noble, dollar tree) and small businesses. I think it's value added to your shopping experience when you're able to meet business owners and see the impact your support has on a family. I hope the updates do not drive costs up and that small businesses remain. I've found great deals here when everything is just so expensive. If you have young kids, definitely go visit the playground! Avoid the overstock store. It's just not worth it. I am really looking forward to seeing the new food court. I hope it will look better and feel better when you walk inside because it just seemed so dirty for me and I didn't want to eat at any of the places. I tried one time and the place I wanted was closed. I have nothing against any individual food place. The look of the court made me uncomfortable and makes me question what I don't get to see. Anyways, I will keep shopping here and I'm glad to see money going into it opposed to tearing it down.
