I arrived there & asked for the specific model to purchase. The gal said that price was for a used unit locked to a specific carrier. I showed her the ad on my phone & asked to speak to a manager. They must not work on commission nor care about selling phones. This was the 3rd time we tried purchasing iPhones at this location, as it's around the corner from our house and convenient- BUT, it's inconvenient to spend several hours in a store and walk out empty handed each time, so it's time to shop elsewhere. If anyone knows the management at this store, I'd love to have a (respectful) chat with them, as we can't be the only frustrated non-customers who've walked out after long wait times and being overlooked by sales people.

This mistake was made by a phone rep but she had to come to a store to fix their mistake. Dylan was the one to help us and he was very friendly, patient, and helpful. However he had to call customer service and sit on hold for 15 minutes to get her a months credit for the watch they never cancelled and had billed her again for. He should be able to get her a credit without having to call. T-Mobile needs to EMPOWER THEIR EMPLOYEES.

I missed the phone being delivered by mere minutes and since FedEx doesn't deliver on the weekends and spent over 3 hours trying to be able to get a phone before Monday, since I'm flying out of state. What can I say besides don't shop here at all they fail to help you out and get what you need when you need it. This all stems from not being informed about the signing of the package. If I were told about this then I would have stayed home completely until I received the phone. But now I'm going to be out of state for a whole week for business without a phone to get by and conduct business.
