First off the valet service seemed sketchy. The front desk gentleman was not friendly at all didn't mention anything about the hotel services, restaurants in the area, or things to do. No hotel security at all hardly anyone and the front desk if you had a question or needed assistance. Room was nice nothing great for a boutique hotel. I reserved city view and was told my view was better of a parking lot a (dumpster). The light in the bathroom would not shut off and we had to close the door at night, the AC was so loud I barely slept for 3 nights. Great Location and even better service. We arrived with our baby at 9:45pm. Milena at the front desk was great with us asking the next door restaurant to please keep the kitchen open just a few more minutes so we can get something to eat which they delivered to our room. They had a crib in the room for us and upgraded us to a king sized bed. The gentlemen in the valet went above and beyond. We arrived for a two night stay and when walking towards our room we immediately smelled marijuana smoke in the hallway....not a good first impression. During our first night in the room we were kept awake much of the night with dripping water from our air conditioning unit. The next day, we left our room at 9:30 am and returned at 4:30, and our room still had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and talked to a lady at the front desk about our issues: strong marijuana smell upon arrival and is still very strong in our hallway, our room was not cleaned after being gone much of the day, and the air conditioning dripping issue. She said she would send the maintenance guy to our room as well as the housekeeper. The maintenance guy arrived and looked at the AC unit and noticed a bucket placed there to collect the dripping water...this clearly meant that someone knew about the issue and tried to "band aid" the problem, not ok. After we left for dinner the housekeeper did clean our room but did not refill our coffee pods or water. I had to call the front desk and request these items, again..not ok. We enjoy visiting Naples, and have stayed at this hotel before, but we won't be staying here again. read more

Lovely hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms - though my room's view was a parking lot with pickup trucks. You should stay here for it's central location. Walk out lobby door and you're 'downtown' Naples with shops and many restaurant and choices in many price ranges. The beach is a 10 minute easy walk. Though I didn't use I believe the hotel will drive you or pick you up within a mile radius. This can be handy if there's a downpour while you're out. The pool is beautiful with many lounge chairs, towels, fruit infused water a jacuzzi with light jets And a beautiful rooftop heated pool. Pool starts at 6 inches and goes to 3 feet 6 inches. No lifeguard, no diving. Wait staff serve drinks and food poolside. All staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The spa is slightly above average. It's small. There's a steam and sauna room though they were not on when I went there, I supposed I could have put them on. There are also showers. The sink area could have been cleaned a bit better, but I'm very particular. Facials and massages are offered. My massage was very relaxing. 90 minutes for $180 and a 20% gratuity was automatically added so with tax I believe it was $214. The spa hours are limited. About 10-5pm. I'm not sure if hours are extended during high season. Overall I will definitely stay here again if in Naples. read more

What can I say? The Inn on 5th wasn't just a stay for me....it was an experience...and a very sensual one too. Let me explain ... The first sense you will experience when walking in is the beautifully decorated lobby. The only way I can describe it is sexy modern. Now I don't know if that's an actual design term, but that's what I would call it. There's lots of clean white with splashes of sexy colors like red and black. I loved their wall art and specially the beautiful glass vases. I don't know who did the interior design but if I win the lotto I want to hire them! The next sense that will quickly begin to indulge in is your sense of smell. What a delicious aroma filled the hotel. Every time I walked in, I stopped just to take a slow indulgent breath. It's not over powering. It was a subtle enticing fresh aroma. Is there a candle I can buy? Yes, actually they sell the candles. Finally, when you check in you know that feeling of slight dread that maybe they didn't get your reservations right? Well, that's when you get to enjoy the sense of relief. These people are like mind readers. They anticipate your every need. I stayed in the Club Level Suites and everything was taken care of. We had a concierge for the 32 room in this level. There is a complimentary beverage and treat schedule available at 5 intervals where they start by serving continental breakfast, then afternoon tea and snacks, evening hors d'oeuvres, and finally desserts and port wine. It seems as if the staff knows you personally and takes care of your every need. I was very impressed at the cheerful attitude that the concierge Nancy had. She seems to love her job and it shows by how happy and sweetly she treated us. The other lady that works there cleaning the lobby was also a sweetie. Her name was Demaris. She would make me delicious "café con leche" every morning as soon as I walked in. I haven't even gotten to the rooms, wow factor! That's all I can say. The bathroom was over the top with its shower, tub, two wash basins, and private stall. It was my first trip to Naples and I had a hard time deciding to stay a little bit longer lounging in my sexy living room or going out to see Naples. Comfy beds, luscious pillows, and again, what a sexy sense of décor. Power outlets galore. There, you see? The hotel was just rocking my senses. The maid service was superb. Towels galore! Walking into those super neat beautiful rooms after walking around Naples for hours in the hot sun was delish. At night I would go to the roof top and enjoy tranquility. Off season is great if you want to relax. I had the beautiful waterfall hot tub to myself under the stars. When our experience was over and I had to leave (I should have stayed longer), I checked out at 12 noon but wanted to go on a 2pm tour so Milena, a wonderful front desk staff kept my things in the office (they were all wonderful). I also had some food they stored in the refrigerator. I returned around 5pm. There was a change of shift but everyone knew about my stuff and went to get it for me. I barely had to say a word. I think the Inn on 5th staff are mind readers, lol. Tips: Splurge and stay at the Club Level, it's worth it. This is a beautiful hotel on the inside and outside. Poolside is amazing, and the lobby is breathtaking. With that being said, there are a few things that need improvement. We have been to hotels all over the place, and even though this hotel is in the top 5 for beauty of the lobby and pool, the employees keep to themselves and do not acknowledge you when you walk by. I have smiled and said hello numerous times, and nothing was returned. Compared to...I don't know....the Peninsula in Chicago, where everyone is so friendly.... A smile or a sincere "hello" would go a long way. The hair dryer was missing the protective cover to the on/off switch, and the whole mechanical part was cracked open. I let them know downstairs. I'm sure they had no idea. They were stingy with the washcloths. Also, we've been here 3 nights, yet they never renewed our soap or shampoo. So they could see we had a millimeter of shampoo for both of us to share for two days? Today was my birthday, and we scheduled a couples massage. I have had a few massages, so I know what to expect. I know that my masseuse was not certified. There is no way. It was not consistent, and I was basically just rubbed from head to toe. It was like a buddy was giving me a massage. A $150 massage that felt like $25. I also know that they should always leave a hand on you when moving or changing areas, yet that was never the case. And, she would knuckle my calves. Ouch! You just don't do that. I woke up with a Charlie horse because of all the knuckling and yanking she was doing. I mentioned that I only wanted a relaxing massage, as I have an injured neck, yet she pulled on my head and neck. Also while on my stomach, she bent my foot up to touch my butt (bending my knee). I'm not sure how that would be relaxing, as that is a serious stretch for someone who is very flexible. I haven't bent that much since cheerleading in high school. - 25 years ago! I actually said said "ouch" twice before she stopped. The room was cold. My hubs however, had a great massage. I was jealous. I was hoping for a great start to my birthday, but no. They were friendly - that's a positive. I will say if you stay here in the off season, it is very very reasonable. The valets were very friendly as were the front desk. But the Inn on Fifth in Naples, FL has won my loyalty. I have just returned from the second time staying there - it was so superlative that I would not think of staying anywhere else. It's rare that a hotel delights, but they consistently did. Gracious check-in, patriotically decoratedl lobby, upgrade to suite (!) lovely room. Reservations at excellent Naples restaurant for dinner via desk. Complimentary invitation to fireworks viewing party on roof with free buffet & open top shelf bar. Late checkout next day & after that we stowed our bags for a few hours to enjoy the pool. When ready to leave our car was out front waiting for us without us having to be asked. We had reservations for the Inn on 5th for 5 nights. We changed them to arrive to 2 days early for 6 nights. Our original rate was for $529.00. When I changed them the rate went up $1599 for 2 nights $1249 for one night $1399 for one night and $1459 for 2 nights. We were not informed of this outrageous rate change. When I called to inquire why our rate had changed and after lots of back and forth I did not get an acceptable answer. She then cancelled our entire reservation. I attempted to park in the adjacent garage which was full as was the over fill lot. We ended up parking on the side of the road. Room was spacious with a glass standing shower. Second, the staff does not enforce bad conduct of their guests. A physical altercation broke out in the pool while my wife and I were near. People brought their stereos to the pool and were blaring music at 110 decibels. The two drinks at the bar were 40$ which included a 7$ service charge they don't tell you about. Beautiful hotel, the decorations and finishing a are absolutely gorgeous. The double room is your average size with 2 beds, a desk and chair, and an armchair with chase. The plus of the room is the cute balcony with rocking chairs, perfect for taking in the cool Naples breeze, and the oversized shower. The pool is smaller than I would've liked, there's a lot of unused pool desk area (I'm assuming used for parties and weddings) but it's a nice pool and there's also a separate hot tub. The pool side service for drinks was an added bonus, even if the drinks took a little longer than average. The Fitness Center is 24 hours, has treadmills, elliptical and a variety of weight machines. Great for getting in a short workout. Didn't visit the spa, but they have a variety of services, including free use of sauna and steam room for guests. read more

Spent over ten minutes on the phone with the male at the front desk who ended up quoting a false price. Upon calling to book the reservation I was quoted, the operations manager, molina said this was "a he said she said" argument- despite the fact that he was on speakerphone with a number of people. Surprising because this is not a low end hotel with low end clientele.. Unprofessional and I was surprised at how arrogant Molina was. Used Condom Found in Hotel Room Over the Thanksgiving holiday, my family and I rented five (5) hotel rooms at The Inn on 5th in Naples, Florida. We have stayed there many times, particularly around the holidays. When my 25-year-old daughter checked into her room, she left her bags and joined the rest of the family for dinner. When she returned to the room that evening, she found a used condom on the floor. She disposed of it and brought the matter to the attention of the night staff. The next morning when I walked into the lobby, I found my daughter sitting with two hotel personnel and I joined them. The staff had pulled my daughter aside and were very apologetic about what happened. I was told I just missed Phil McCabe, the owner of the hotel. Mr. McCabe approached my daughter when she was talking with the hotel staff and rudely asked them why they were talking to her. He told the staff that it was "not worth their time" and that "we all knew what happened in that room." He implied that the used condom had to be my daughter's, and there was no way the cleaning crew could have missed it. He was rude and condescending, which caused my daughter to cry as she sat in the lobby. She said by reporting the incident, the hotel owner made her feel it was somehow her fault. The next day, as I was walking out of the hotel, I was approached by Mr. McCabe who introduced himself. He asked me to sit down so he could speak with me, which we did. He admitted he could have handled the situation with my daughter better but the incident had stressed his employees out and "when they get stressed, I get stressed." Mr. McCabe went on to say there is no way his staff would have missed a used condom on the floor, inferring my daughter or one of the other family members must have done so. He went on to say there were twelve to fourteen entries/exits in and out of the room. As only my daughter had a key to the room, she would have been there when family members went in and out. Mr. McCabe advised me his hotel has "cameras everywhere" and that he had checked the video and seen someone walking out of my daughter's room with a box of condoms. I told him I was surprised to hear that, and I asked to see the video so that I could identify who the person was. Mr. McCabe said he "couldn't possibly show me the video." I pressed him on this several times and asked him why, and each time he said, "he just couldn't." Besides addressing my daughter in a condescending manner, it bothers me he has surveillance footage of my family members and won't show me the video which reportedly shows someone walking out of the room with a box of condoms. (By the way, who walks around with a box of condoms?). I'm also bothered that Mr. McCabe did not take the time to apologize to my daughter directly. In hindsight, I believe the hotel owner, Mr. McCabe should have: 1. Been civil to my daughter who reported the incident. 2. Acknowledged that it's possible the cleaning staff could have overlooked a used condom on the floor. No matter how good the staff, they are human, and errors do occur. 3. If in fact a video does exist showing people coming in and out of my daughter's room, we should be shown that video. I travel a great deal and I have never experienced a more uncomfortable situation at a hotel, one where the person reporting the incident is made to feel as if she is at fault. It felt surreal to both my daughter and me. In closing, I offer this proposal to Mr. McCabe. Let me see the video which clearly shows one of my family members walking out of the room with a box of condoms and I will immediately retract this post. Short of that, I have to believe the video doesn't exist and the condom was left by a previous guest and missed by the housekeeping staff. read more

The room was very clean in our Jr suite. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was quite soft and very comfortable - maybe I should get a soft mattress at home. We checked a couple of spots on the mattress and there were no sign of any bedbugs. There was a large Samsung flatscreen tv, maybe 48", but we didn't turn it on. The shower is large with attractive tile. It's a regular shower head and water pressure was a little weak. The toilet is in the same enclosed area with the shower; the sink is outside that enclosed room. The wifi speed was terrible in our room, when it functioned at all. Using speedtest.net, the download speed was 1.92 and upload 0.03 - I had to switch to my own data to get anything done. Most of the time, even with the wifi on I had no wifi connection to my iPhone. Since the tv is Direct TV instead of Comcast, maybe that explains the poor wifi service. The ATT LTE speed was fine. Towels in the room felt rough which is how I like them. They tend to absorb better than those plushy ones. Strangely, when we returned from our nights out, the sheets were turned down but the floor towel for the shower (not used yet) would be lying on the carpet on one side of the bed. A local custom? I would like a magic carpet ride. There was lots of drawer space in the bureaus. Parking nearby would be very hard to find at night. Valet parking is complimentary; the valet takes your car somewhere and brings it back when you need to drive somewhere. Bring some tip money for each valet trip - don't be a cheapskate. Valets were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant is completely shut down while being renovated. There are plenty of eateries nearby within walking distance. Also, outside painting (and renovations?) is happening at the hotel too. Men with open buckets of paint were found scurrying around the stairwells frequently. Unusual: instead of a pen on the desk with the hotel name, there was a number 2 pencil from Office Depot. The toilet paper was an industrial version of Cottonelle and seemed to be one half ply even though there is city water and sewer. There is a mini fridge in the room that can't be adjusted for temp. Nicely, it's empty so you can put things in it without being charged just for opening the door. We thought this was great! The hvac was hard to adjust to our liking in our room. For example, set heat to 72° and the heat keeps blasting out til it's 74°. Then set the a/c to 73° and it wouldn't turn on until it was set to 72°; after that, one could then set it to 73°, but it'd keep cooling to a lower temp. In the ice room, there were vending machines for snacks. I just took a glance but didn't use them. read more

My husband planned a wonderful three day getaway for us to celebrate our 10th Anniversary as well as my birthday. He nailed it because this place was amazing. The service was superb, the staff are so friendly, the rooms are gorgeous and VERY clean. We stayed in a club level suite with a LARGE, beautiful and clean terrace overlooking 5th Avenue. It was beautiful to sit outside in the evenings with a cocktail and watch the goings on outside. They offer a complimentary happy "hour" from 5-10pm every night with wonderful appetizers (simple and tasty finger foods) and top shelf liquors. At 8:00pm, they add dessert and dessert/port wines. I am kind of a pain in the ass when it comes to hotels but this place was top notch. The ONLY thing I would change was I wish they offer room service for breakfast because the only thing that could've made this trip a tiny bit better would have been breakfast in bed. Been to Naples several times, but never stayed in the downtown area! Decided to make this hotel our Memorial Day Weekend spot. It can be described as a small, boutique hotel. Although small, only 3 floors, it was beautiful inside and well maintained. Before I arrived, they upgraded our room to a room off of the pool patio. So, this meant we just needed to open the sliding glass doors to our room and walk out to our own little patio area and straight to the pool! I thought that was a nice touch. Our room was well appointed with a mini fridge, 2 guest robes, toiletries by Gilchrist and Soames, and a huge flat screen TV. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the décor. Maid service was a bit slow and we kept having to ask for extra towels. We had to ask to have maid service at 3:30 p.m. By this time, we'd already gone out for the day and expected to come back to a room that was already serviced. As for the towels, it's a room with a king-sized bed, with 2 guests in the room. I'd expect there to be 4 of everything in the bathroom. If we choose to help the hotel conserve water, then we could use less towels, but at the price we paid to stay there I think it should be our choice. In addition, if I asked for extra towels one day, then the next day, I shouldn't have to ask again. It should be noted. But, I did have to ask the second day too. Not to mention that every time I called housekeeping I got a recording, so I had to call the front desk. Not a big deal, but it's those kind of things, not paying attention to details, that caused me to give them 4 stars, instead of 5. The valet/front desk also caused me to give a lower rating. Their valet is complimentary, meaning that there is no set fee for the service. The day we arrived, we pulled up to the valet because we didn't see anywhere to park. The valet informed us that we could valet or self park and let us know where the hotel's self parking was. He didn't happen to mention that the valet is complimentary and we didn't think to ask. Later we realized that not only is the valet complimentary, but they will drop us off places and pick us back up, so as not to have to worry about finding parking around the area, since finding parking is pretty bad with the beach so near by. So, we decided to go to the beach and after failing to find parking, I called the hotel and asked if the valet was available to drop us to the beach. We also asked if there was an umbrella and chairs available for us to use. The receptionist said yes to everything and I told her we would be back within 15 minutes and she said she would let the valet know. When we got there, the valet told us there was no umbrella available. I explained what I'd been told and went to the front desk. The front desk gave me the same answer and one receptionist asked if I was staying at the Club Level. Really? Do I have to be staying at the Club Level for anyone to call around or actually get up and ask around as to who may have taken my call? Finally, one receptionist got up and checked with a receptionist in the back and lo and behold she found the umbrella and 2 chairs we'd been promised! She was very apologetic about the mix up and miscommunication, but the problem would have been solved if they had just gotten up and checked before telling me they were out of umbrellas in the first place! The valet dropped us to the beach and picked us up when we called, which is a really nice service to have, at no extra charge! Now we'd already planned on tipping, but when we got back to the hotel, the valet made a point of asking for a tip! I found that to be very forward of him! He said something along the lines of, "The valet service is complimentary, but we are a team and thrive off of tips." We gave him $10. On another occasion, we were asked to walk to the back of the hotel and we could pick up our car from the valet there. The valet station is in the front, why do I need to walk to the back? Ummmm...because the valet is too lazy to bring the car around???? On our last day, after checking out, they tried to get us to walk to the back again and we flat out refused, telling them that we will wait out front. Miraculously, the car was brought around within 5 minutes! Of course when we were leaving he tried to give us the same old "We are a team, although valet is complimentary!" spiel. Then, he actually stood there holding the door to the car after we got in, as if to say, "Well, I'm waiting!" Sigh. I don't mind tipping, in fact, I over-tip most times, but when something is complimentary and you keep badgering us about it, then it makes me want to withhold the tip. I'd rather the hotel just include a resort fee, which would cover the valet or just charge a set price for the valet and get it over with, because "complimentary" at this hotel is not really complimentary. We've been coming to Naples for many years. The main attraction is the weather in winter months, the beautiful beaches and the charming yet lively Olde Naples town itself. We've stayed at both locations of the Ritz Carlton and have rented private luxury homes in Port Royal. The Inn on Fifth is as good as it gets. We stayed in the Club building where you have access to complimentary food and beverages all day. There is a lovely roof deck with hot tub. The room we stayed in had a living room and separate bedroom with king bed. Super comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. The recent construction includes every convenience and luxury imaginable at a hotel. ( even motorized shades!) The staff is just as attentive and accommodating as any Ritz Carlton staff. Perfectly polite and professional. The location can not be beat. The Inn is on the Main Street of Olde Naples surrounded by shops and a huge variety of places to eat. This is our go-to weekend retreat, both with children and when we need a couples weekend. The decor, the service and the proximity to the beach, fantastic food and shops make us feel as if we've had a long vacation, even when we just spend 2 days here. Shuttle service to anywhere means you don't need your car while here. TheClub level is worth it for breakfast, afternoon service and late night open bar. The hotel's location mid-Fifth Avenue South is excellent for walking to restaurants and to the beach. The Inn, however, reminds me of what a well-heeled, great aunt's home would look like right after she died. Shabby, and somewhat sad despite the twin chandeliers attempting to lighten the mood over a diminuative entry. The beds have crisp linens over tired frames. For a hotel that attracts weddings, I cannot imagine what bride would want to be dressing in one of the Inn's suites. The only full length mirror is on a sliding closet door that is crammed into a narrow, carpeted aisle that faces the tiniest of bathrooms. Be aware too - If you're booking the suites facing Fifth anytime in late 2011/early 2012 - The corner directly across the street is in full construction. Not the prettiest view along pastel Fifth. Also, only the suites have access to the roof terrace. The junior suites in the center of the hotel offer windows but no independent access to this popular vantage over Fifth Ave South. read more

My husband and I had not been to Naples in over a decade. The last time here we stayed at the Ritz Carlton and it was a good stay. But this time friends told us to check on The Inn On Fifth, and wow, it made our short stay in Naples a completely different and much better experience. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of an upscale pedestrian-friendly street filled with wonderful restaurants (form high-end steakhouses to casual diners), individual and eclectic retail shops and some coffee bars for spending some time refueling with caffeine. And the hotel itself is fantastic. From dealing with Mie in reservations before arrival (she helped us get the best rate and also corrected an earlier mistake we made a prior booking) to the friendly greeting from the valet at the front of the hotel to the super competent and friendly staff behind the front desk, this is a place that makes you feel at home right away. The public spaces are modern and open, really well designed and very welcoming. Our room was large, the bed very comfy, the bathroom and shower super to use, and the free WiFi a plus. Also, for those guests arriving by car, this hotel offers self-parking or free valet - be sure to tip the valet for retrieving your car, this type of hotel could easily charge$25 or more a night for parking on a key downtown street in Naples. The Inn On Fifth is our new home away from home when visiting Naples. We have already booked to come back in a little over a month from Miami, were we live full time. read more

I go to this hotel every year. The hotel is located about 5 blocks from the beach. The beach it so clean and beautiful--believe I know beaches, I'm from Miami and Jamaica! You tend to see a lot of weddings and international families on vacation. The pool it very relaxing--the pool it about 3FT to 6FT. I have enjoyed my stay every time. The shops in the area are nice, but know that they do not stay open very long. There are malls near by that you have to drive too. Outlet malls there have designer stuff--Coach, Micheal Kors, Cole Haan. People are very friendly!!! read more

We were looking for a get-away to Naples from Miami over Memorial Day weekend... Our experience with the Inn on 5th began with my conversation over the phone with Austin, the evening manager, as I booked our stay. Austin could not have been more helpful or accommodating. He was a delight to work with over the phone, reassuring me we had absolutely chosen the right destination for our get-away. We booked a suite with two queen beds on the club level. We arrived to friendly valets who promptly escorted us to the club level suites, where we checked in. My first observation was how civilized it all was. That is, the staff were well-trained and attentive without being pretentious or condescending. No one seemed rushed or in a hurry, yet everything was handled with the utmost efficiency. Our suite was gorgeous! Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy, the bedding and pillows high-end, luxury. The bathroom was ginormous! Huge shower with rainmaker shower head, separate tub, separate lavatory area, two sinks at the long vanity, thick white luxurious towels, and lots of complimentary products for the bathroom: bath salts, bath caviar, shampoo, shower cap, lotion, makeup wipes, all at a level of quality that I'd actually use them...I could go on and on. Our suite was on the 3rd floor, which meant that the club area where food and beverages are served, was just down a short hallway from our suite. To our delight there was constant availability of food and beverages. Beautiful, thoughtfully curated displays of healthy food options as well as treats. A full help-yourself bar with high-end spirits, champagne at breakfast and all evening long. I cannot express how much fun it was to have so many options for meals and snacks. Another bonus? Our suite was located a few steps away from the stairs to the rooftop terrace, where there's a 24-hour hot tub looking out over the tree line of Naples. Speaking of Naples, the Inn on 5th is located in the heart of all of it. Shopping, dining, relaxing, beach, etc. it's all right there! And we had complimentary valet service anywhere we wanted to go if we wanted a ride. We will be back again and again!!!! When I arrived at the hotel, they had said I was a no show for 4 nights right before we arrived. I checked my reservation and I botched up the nights with my prior hotel. This was supposed to be 2 nights, and my hotel prior to arriving in Naples was for 4 nights. I must have not changed the days and totally messed it up. Stephanie and Expedia talked and I was absolutely astounded that they were able to refund my my 4 nights and book me on a new reservation for 2 nights. I can't say enough how appreciative I was for all their efforts. My son thought we were going to be sleeping on the beach. Thank you so much Inn on 5th. You truly do put your customer first! By the way, the stay was awesome. Free valet, Juan was awesome. The Inn is beautiful. Pool is great, free towel service, free coffee, nice robes, beautiful and clean bathroom. The shower is awesome. Very nice hotel on the bayside. You can walk to 5th Avenue but it is a bit of hike. However, there is quite a bit going on in the plaza behind the hotel. It's a quaint little spot that is well kept and has their own outdoor space and fun. This is the second trip to the Inn on 5th and it never disappoints. Enjoy!! read more

Staying here for the first time. Usually when in Naples I'll stay at the Courtyard but for some reason wanted to stay here this time. Excellent location. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is quite large for a hotel of this type. Parking is a bit difficult, so I valeted the car. Forgot something in the car...a bit problematic going back to get it but nonetheless... I'd stay here again, it's nice. Not luxurious as the pictures depict, but very comfortable and an oasis from the stress of the business day. read more

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I had to change my plans unexpectedly due to COVID and the hotel charged me a one night stay even though I called within 48 hours. They have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Guess they would rather have people with COVID stay at their hotel. I would not recommend this hotel because of their lack of flexibility during a pandemic. read more
