They have limited seating inside but since we went in the summer they had plenty of seats - both in their backyard "secret" patio and out front on the sidewalk. In terms of the food, I was a little overwhelmed. We came in a group of 4 on a hot summer evening to sample the wares of this relatively new storefront establishment. Innocent Ice Cream is on Main St just north of 33rd taking over the space where a coffee house was. There is plenty of free street parking in and around the area. There is limited seating in the front and a few tables in the rear and you will probably need seating if you order the regular size. I like that one has several options for both cookies and ice cream and one can smell the cookies being made. I ordered the double chocolate cookie with salted caramel ice cream. It is served in a paper cup cake liner type bowl with a small spoon. The regular size is quite large in terms of the depth of ice cream and it can be difficult to get a full bite in so we all alternated between eating and using the spoon. I liked my combination of cookie and ice cream and did sample other selections in our group...all were quite tasty. I did find it a little pricey for the product at $6.95 for a regular or a flight of 3 mini's at $7.95. The service was okay and I understand that as the staff have to shape the ice cream to fit between the cookies, this will take the staff more time that placing ice cream on a cone (say at Earnest). It was a very unique and positive food experience and glad we had an opportunity to experience it but we have no plans on returning. read more

She mentioned she started with an ice cream cart, then got a food truck and now this store front. There is a small patio in the back to enjoy your treats. We order the vegan coffee, vegan chocolate mint and cherry bomb ( dark chocolate and wild berry ). They were so good. The vegan coffee was rich and smooth. The cherry bomb was fruity and to die for. The chocolate mint was a good blend as the mint didn't overpower the chocolate. She makes her own little cookies to make the sandwiches and the combination she provided was outstanding. I don't know what it is about this place, but my husband and I always leave this place feeling so good. My husband tried the regular Electric chocolate chip cookie and coffee ice cream. We both enjoyed it but it was massive and it became messy. So I highly recommend getting the mini, you can eat it fast before it melts. Love the idea of fresh cookies but with it not being frozen you better eat fast!
