Had a great experience with care and attention at my husband's eye exam yesterday. Dr. Innocenzi was thorough detailed and caring. He answered all our questions even the crazy ones and was able to alleviate any concerns. He spent considerable time with us and even though it was just before lunch, we did not feel hurried out. Top quality care. His office staff was friendly and caring and very professional. the office itself was clean and neat and tastefully decorated for Halloween. I have been going to Dr. Innocenzi for a couple of years now and have had no issues. There have been some long wait times on occasion, but generally speaking, I haven't had to wait excessively long. There is certainly a balance when it comes to all types of doctor appointments; including this one. On one hand, no one wants to wait too long, and on the other hand, we want as much time as we need to discuss patient care with the doctor. Then, there is the issue of the doctor not listening to us as long as we want to discuss all of the possible ailments and self-diagnosis we found on the Internet. Thus, it seems to come down to how many appointments are scheduled to give everyone ample attention. Overall, I think this office does a satisfactory job taking this balance into consideration. Regarding Dr. Innocenzi, he does not get involved with speculation but seems to know what's going on right away. He will not leave you with a feeling of concern unless he knows there is an issue. This, of course, is a result of his years of experience. At the same time, he will schedule all necessary tests to rule out any issues. My last appointment involved several diagnostic tests; all of which came back normal. The tests were performed by a technician who was professional and friendly. In addition, I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Dr. Innocenzi's office uses a mailing system for test results; which includes three options: 1. Schedule a follow-up appointment immediately; 2. Schedule a follow-up in six months: and 3. Schedule a follow-up in one year. I would imagine if it was a true emergency, the office would call. Ultimately, I have had good experiences at Dr. Innocenzi's office and will continue to patronize his business. read more

I've been coming here for years. My whole family has actually. But I think this year will be our last. The office is run down. The equipment is ancient. It's a pain in the butt to get an appointment. Sometimes you get rude front desk people. And you always get a different doctor. I can honestly deal with all of that. It's not the best but not the worst. What gets me is the last two years I've been billed for routine yearly check ups. When I shouldn't be. Last year when I got the bill and called they claimed they were switching to a new billing system and it messed up and sent lots of people bills who shouldn't have gotten one. Okay no problem things happen. This year it happened again... When I called billing she honestly wasn't really helpful and insisted I ask my insurance and then wouldn't answer any more calls after I called my insurance and they told me that I shouldnt have to pay.... Then when I called the office to explain. They barely asked me any questions and said yup you don't have to pay disregard the bill. I'm honestly getting scammy vibes at this point. Because when I went to the appointment they insisted on getting my health insurance when my eye insurance is a separate insurance and I repeated it and they still told me they needed my health insurance. Looking at my health and eye insurance they charged both of them it seems... I'm done with the place and don't appreciate scammers with billing. read more

I will not be returning to this office. I waited two hours to be seen. The appointments are definitely overbooked. Once I finally saw the doctor (Dr. Innocenzi), he could not determine what was wrong with my eye. He kept asking repeatedly if I've had cataract surgery. He wasn't listening to me. It was a waste of time and I had to return to my general practitioner to get another referral to a different office. read more

Dr. Innocenzi and staff were so very helpfull and really good. I had the standard lenses on both eyes. Main issues were my cataracts making it difficult to drive at night with glare of headlights & even during the day everything was darker that often I have to use a light to read controls of appliances etc. It was fast and painless. Everything now is so much brighter. I can drive at night. I even had 1 lens slightly different for mid range focus so that I can read my GPS and car control panel a lot clearer. I use reading glasses for close distance up to working on the computer distance. read more

I do not recommend this place at all. I have visited this place a few times and I saw 3 different doctors the first 2 doctors I saw said my results were abnormal but yet once I saw Dr. Innocenzi he told me everything was fine well I'm not trusting this place with different results I can't trust this doctor or the employees there. Also be aware that once they call you to the back they will have you go sit back out in waiting room for another 25 minutes then call you back in after the doctor has seen all the patients that came in before and after you yes that's right and you have to sit another 25 minutes waiting for the doctor then they will call you back only to have you sit in the room to wait for Doctor another 25 minutes. I've never been to a doctor office where they start a procedure and then have you wait back in waiting room. Never again The doctor doesn't care about his patients he didn't seem to care that I had to wait so long in face he had an attitude. I will never return here I just wasted 3 months for nothing I do not recommend this doctor read more

Very rude doctor. Reading at other positive reviews make me wonder if race had anything to do with how he treat me.

I was very disappointed when the optician there broke my prescription glasses frame when I simply asked him to tighten them. Not only did he break them but was rude when I questioned him about this. I went home and after a short reflection on the same day of the incident I called and spoke with the office manager who was professional but was told by Dr. Innocenzi who owns the optical that he would refund me only $25 for my RayBan frames!! I am glad that my glasses were at least 3 and a half years old so I've gotten use out of them-- what if they were new? Would he have still offered me such an insulting replacement cost?? The only good thing out of this is that I ordered a new pair from Lens Crafters (purchased 2 from them previously) and the optician was polite and empathized with the situation that took place with Innocenzi's unprofessional and irresponsible optician. Things happen for a reason I guess-- my new prescription glasses that cost $350 WITH insurance will be beneficial to my eyesight. THE FAIR THING TO HAVE HAPPENED IS FOR THE DOCTOR TO PAY AT LEAST HALF OF MY DEDUCTIBLE ON MY NEW GLASSES. I will seek out another opthamologist because of this unfortunate incident. read more

Beautiful clinic. The rooms are so clean and are classy. Very very friendly staff! I absolutely loved getting my eyes checked and glasses prescription here. I highly recommend coming here it's the best eye clinic in all of Chino/Ontario. read more

I recently took my mother to get a check up. Had the best experience at this place. When we walked in everything looked nice and neat , the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Orlando , he was very kind to my mother and answered all of my questions. Also was very kind to my girls putting a movie for them to watch. Honestly BEST EXPERIENCE!
