It was only 7am, but I needed immediate help. I called the first company on the list. Not surprisingly, they didn't answer...too early I suppose. I took a moment and looked at the rest of the list. Then I did something I don't usually do. I called the company with only 4 reviews. After reading those 4 reviews I realized this was probably a one-man business and hoped for some preferred treatment rather than getting in line at a bigger company. I called at 7:15am and Elvis answered right away. I explained my dire situation and the urgency of getting the a/c fixed for my mom. Elvis said he had a few stops already but that he could be there between 11-12. He showed up right at 11am. He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me. He replaced the capacitor and the unit started blowing cold immediately. It took 19 minutes from start to finish. I am so grateful to AV Comfort Specialists for such prompt and speedy service.
