I called them for the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater in a townhouse that's notoriously hard to find (tucked down an alley and a flight of stairs). The technician arrived on time but initially couldn't locate the unit. Instead of giving up or charging me for a wasted trip, he waited patiently while I guided him in by phone. Once he found the place, he flushed the system, cleaned a pretty clogged inlet filter, and made sure everything was running perfectly.
