Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. So, he comes to the house, we talk about the job and he gives us several options on how to best do the work along with the price. That was Tuesday.
