I asked another place for a quote initially. Just for diagnostics, I was going to be charged regardless if I got work done or not. I guess that's normal but what if the problem was really simple or there actually was no problem? I felt I would be trapped if I took my car there just for a diagnostics, so I tried calling Innovative Motoring. Mike picked up and gave me a really fair option. If it was something really simple, he would just patch it up free of charge. If I only got a diagnostic and decided to get the work somewhere else, he would charge me (the diagnostic price was still cheaper than the other place). I just felt much more reassured with taking my car in to check it out. Mike found the problem and fixed it. It wasn't as simple a problem as was initially expected but he still charged a really really good price. For the time, effort, and great service (friendly, amicable, honest), I was willing to pay more than what was charged and honestly felt guilty at the price (please, take my money! you're so nice haha). 100% recommend to people to come here. Side note: my car problem was the driver side speaker wasn't working. Was too lazy to integrate into my review after I realized I didn't include the work done. read more

It took me 3 weeks of waiting for a available spot. When that day came, it was another 2 weeks because he had a big project due for some rich clients. When I finally got to bring my car in I was happy to give them the a try. My car came back covered in some type of dust, that was a red flag but whatever. My wrap wasn't perfect it was like half assed. Needless to say 7 months later and it's not holding up. I also got my headlights done here but that came out the way I wanted it. This is based off my personal experience so I can't speak for others. Update I was reached out to by Mike and I should've contacted him, which I admit I didn't because of his busy schedule. Took the Range over to see Mike for a fog light cover change. Range Rover makes it difficult to change the covers and required more than some double sided tape to change them. Mike was very professional, did not try and sell me on anything, was real up front and honest, I can really appreciate that as a business owner myself. Good honest guys are getting hard to find. Ok I have never wrote a review before on yelp but this time I have to because of the customer service , quality of work and pricing that I received from this company. I found a add on Craigslist for radio installation of $49.99 so I called the company (another company) and I took my car they tried charging me 49.99 for the radio, $99 for labor and another $175 for other things they said I would need that's over $350 so I left. I found innovative motoring on yelp and decided to call and a gentleman by the name of mike who was very helpful not only did the job for half the price and included more then what the other company did but he also came to me and installed it instead of me taking it over to innovative motoring. Came to install some HID fog lights I purchased, took everything off carefully and took the time to show me that it had a flickering, well goes to show u pay for what u get for. The most disrespectful business owner I have ever met...He is a complete fraud. This guy does not care about his customer and charges a fee that has not been agreed upon. He did a diagnosis first using his "advanced technology" and said the ONLY reason why the audio wasn't working was because of the amplifier. He said he needed about one week to fix it and he was not gonna charge me a diagnosis fee cuz it would go directly to the total cost of fixing. He delayed the scheduled time again and again and kept telling me to wait. I waited for more than SIX WEEKS for him to finish his job. Finally I went to his store again and let him put the amplifier back, but the audio still didn't work. Surprisingly he charged me 85 dollars of "diagnosis fee" which he has promised me not to charge. He even asked me do I want to pay 85 dollars or leave my amplifier there.
