I had a unsettling creaking sound coming from somewhere underneath my car that my local mechanic couldn't seem to diagnose. I dropped the car off with Andrew and within an hour he had already isolated the issue (Support Arm and busing wear and tear), and quoted me for a repair that I could pick up within 24 hours. Andrew really does care about the cars he works on, and gives very reasonable prices. Any issues I now have with my car, he's my go-to person. read more

This was my first time coming here and most likely my last. I was referred here by the regular spots I'd get work done at, since my regular spot was busy and backlogged. I came to have my trunk spoiler, trunk stripes, and hood/roof stripes redone. The old stripes lasted 5 years and I never put any wax or protection on them. Sounds pretty easy? The most straight parts of my car. No curvy bumpers or round panels. Price was not far off what I normally pay so I went for it. I showed up right when they were supposed to open after communicating with their contact via text what time they open. No one shows up for 30 minutes. I spend the money to take an Uber home since they want it all day. Vehicle was promised at end of day. I take another Uber back, 45 minutes or so before they close. When I get there my gut drops. They have had the car for 6-7 hours. 2 trunk stripes, and halfway removing the hood stripes. 6 hours. Mind you, when I originally had the vehicle wrapped with stripes my other spot did the whole car in that time. I figured they would be good doing half of the work including the spoiler. I pace back and forth and I reveal I'm the owner (since I dropped the car off on time). They have all of their helpers jump on because it's night time now, and they still aren't done. I stand there for 3 hours (2 hours after they closed). I should have just gone home because in those 2-3 hours the remaining work is rushed. The helpers looked like they were still in high school and 2 of then wore backpacks while all sharing a family sized cheetos chip puffs bag. There was cheeto dust all over my carbon fiber steering wheel and interior. Not knocking for being young and snacking, I wasn't too impressed with the professionalism and lack of experience. It shows. You get what you pay for. If you want a flawless wrap then this place isn't for you. To top it all off, the only straight stripes are the ones they took 6 hours before I got there. Knifeless tape and crooked cuts everywhere. After texting back the next few days they offered to fix it. I had paid an Uber twice since I don't live close. It's actually been a few months and everytime I wash my car I cringe. I won't go back there. I'll wait until I'm over this theme and have it removed. Good value for what you get. I'm happy they offered to fix it. Knocked off a couple of stars for quality of work and professionalism. read more

Got a quote from Kerrick Pun for a chrome delete wrap. Saw a few wrapped cars on the lot, and the work seems decent. Kerrick says it can be done in one day, so I dropped off the car and set up to pick up when they closed. At the end of the day, he says he needed more time. I believe people do their best work when they are not rushed, so I left the car overnight and set up to pick up the car the next day. The next day, Kerrick was not there. The wrap looks good from 3-4 feet. Up close, edges we still lifted and exposed. In areas where the film should've been stretched with heat, were instead covered with a second piece of vinyl. It's the most amateur and crappiest wrap I've ever seen. I texted Kerrick and to his credit, he tried to remedy the situation - but I had to leave a car another day. I scheduled it, and despite giving them a chance to fix it, it's still not what I would consider a professional wrap worth paying for. I picked up the car and noticed the same errors as before. Kerrick says he'll fix it if I bring it back another day. I'll give him props for trying, but in the end, it seems I've hit the limit on how well they can wrap the trim on my car. I can't keep bringing in the car every time the film lifts up. Don't come here for the vinyl wrapping. read more
