Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. We recently hired Sebastian with Tiburon Pools & Spa to do an acid wash of our pool and to regrout…read morethe tile. We were extremely pleased with the result and Sebastian was great to work with. He was kind and patient with all my texts and questions throughout the process. He texted to check on our satisfaction following the refilling of the pool. He is young, but extremely professional (beyond his years). Although Sebastian does not service pools in our area, he gave me helpful feedback that helped us to recognize areas where we were being overcharged. He did not attempt to influence us to make a change in our service, but when I asked for a recommendation, he offered one. Thanks to Sebastian, we are saving money each month. And he charged us half of what the other company quoted us for the acid wash. Because no one can guarantee to remove every stain (without completely resurfacing), it was a hard decision to spend so much money. But because he offered a more reasonable price and was confident he could considerably improve the pool's appearance, we decided it was worth the risk to try. And we're very glad we did. I would say that the surface is 75-80% improved in its appearance. It looks clean again. And the grout turned out beautiful. (We bought our home from someone who had maintained the pool themselves and apparently didn't keep the chemicals balanced properly, which led to the discoloration of the surface over time.) I'm glad we found Sebastian and would have hired him in a NY minute to service our pool if we were in his service area. We were very impressed with him; his professionalism and his helpfulness even beyond the work he was hired to do for us.

I purchased a water timer from them to fill up pool when needed , the water timer apparently was not properly working and water was on for an entire week . Our bill came to $1.9k . When asked , they simply said I signed a water waiver and they were not responsible and tried to charge me for a new water timer . DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
