Dodge A Bullet B4 Visiting Walked in a cash buyer, and walked out empty handed with a hard inquire on my credit report. Drove almost two hours to Thousand Oaks to take a look at a Jeep I wanted. Got there and everybody was super nice and accommodating. The young lady that started helping me was very nice to start. I was referred to a young man that detailed the cars, that took me on a test drive and had more knowledge on the vehicle then anyone else I came in contact with through my entire visit. But, moving on. I was unable to come to a deal with the business. I had told them I was a CASH BUYER right up front. After I returned to my car about to leave, I got an alert on my phone that I had a HARD inquiry on my credit report. I returned to the inside of the office to ask why, and immediately ran into Johnny who was the head person in charge and who I was dealing with to make the deal. When I asked him directly why I had a hard inquiry on my report, he immediately said to me "we did not pull a credit report on you" and walked out the door as I tried to show him the alert on the Experian App. He was very rude and unconcerned with my question. Paid upfront. Got nothing. The owner himself cussed me out and threatened me when i wanted a refund for services that were paid for upfront and were not performed. I was approached and told they could get me a car "as fast as tomorrow." After I paid, I got days of silence. The only "car" I was sent was literally an online listing I could see myself--except I was told it was "structured" at a higher price than what it was actually listed for. Immediate red flag. No real options, no negotiation, no value added. I ended up going to the dealership myself, handling everything, and didn't save a single dollar. Johnny completely misrepresented what they could deliver, and when I asked for a refund, Marcus (the owner) got on the phone and spoke to me in an aggressive and extremely unprofessional way. I never leave reviews, but I feel an urgency and responsibility to share with others my experience . As a single mother , I was completely transparent about my financial situation. I trusted that I would be treated fairly. I invested the last $5,000 I had into a van I was assured was in great condition. That representation did not match reality. After the purchase, I learned the vehicle had a salvage history and had previously been acquired by the dealership for only $500!! At the time it was sold to me, the tires were completely bald !!! something that should never have passed any reasonable inspection before being placed on a lot for sale. Within less than six months, the van has had ongoing mechanical problems every single month, costing me even more money I simply do not have!!! The financial and emotional stress this has caused my family has been overwhelming. I feel extremely disappointed in this dealership . I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this dealership. Please protect yourself !!! And stay away !!! I wish I had. So I drive one hour from Santa Clarita to Newbury Park only to see the offer dropped to 6.5. Say what? I rarely leave reviews but my experience purchasing a car from this business was extremely disappointing. I let them push me into spending way too much on a car I really wanted. I let my emotional attachment to a specific make and model lead, and spent the last of my savings. That's on me. The vibe is very bro coded - a group of very young guys who are ultra focused on getting sales. I get it, they're there to make a living, but their customer service skills are severely lacking. I had to call them for various issues that popped up and it always took a BUNCH of calls from me to finally get help. Someone would answer, tell me they'd call me back shortly, and never call. If I didn't repeatedly call, I would never have made contact. I hate doing that. I'm a really calm, polite person who has 30 plus years of customer service experience behind me. I would have been fired immediately for this level of disdain. I found myself apologizing for calling so much, which is ridiculous. They're partnered with Star Automotive and they have the same if not worse customer service. My car had a mechanical issue that was covered in the warranty but not honored because I didn't present the warranty before the work was done...but they identified and worked on the issue without letting me know what was up or giving an estimate. I asked about it and was just shrugged off, sorry, you didn't present the warranty, we can't refund you. Everyone there is nice enough, but deeply focused on getting the sale and completely disinterested in the customer once they get it. There were so many small issues, I'm not going to list them. The TLDR of it all is that they're very very sale driven and once they make the sale they lose all interest in the customer. The cars are overpriced, they're not entirely honest about their condition. I let my desire for a specific car override my logic and I regret it. Do your homework, look around at their office space with the dart board and giant fish tank (in which one fish was alarmingly sick/dying...I should have taken that as a sign..), it's pretty much a frat house occupied by bros selling cars. *Extremely dishonest dealership*, take this as a warning don't do business with these guys. I put $1000 holding deposit down and had a pre-purchase inspection done on a 1999 Mercedes SL 600 being sold by Inside Car Guys it failed the inspection & failed the pre-purchase inspection. The gas gauge was broken, the brakes were bad & grinding, the front seat didn't work properly, the AC and heat vents didn't work properly, the antenna was broken, etc etc. Jonny and Markus at Inside Car Guys completely misrepresented the vehicle, lied from the start. They never return my $1000 holding deposit. I canceled their contract in writing & in time. I made the mistake of believing some of these reviews, Don't. Read all the reviews. What's sad is they're reselling the same unsafe vehicle to unsuspecting customers. read more

Probably the worst cars I've seen sitting in a car lot. Used or not most of the cars are oil burners, stained interiors, blad tires on most of them, scratched or damaged, no warranty on any of the cars. In the conditions they are in they are asking WAAAAY to much. One of the cars had looked like it had cats scratching all the inside and had parts of the interior peeled off and still wanted 9k when it looks like a 3k car. Go here if you want a VERY used vehicle that you don't care if it blows after you leave the lot. read more
