Probably the worst cars I've seen sitting in a car lot. Used or not most of the cars are oil burners, stained interiors, blad tires on most of them, scratched or damaged, no warranty on any of the cars. In the conditions they are in they are asking WAAAAY to much. One of the cars had looked like it had cats scratching all the inside and had parts of the interior peeled off and still wanted 9k when it looks like a 3k car. Go here if you want a VERY used vehicle that you don't care if it blows after you leave the lot. read more

My husband and I were driving an hour to visit this particular lot because we were interested in one of their cars. The salesman was a nice guy, but relied too much on what the carfax says verses what we were seeing with our own eyes. Obvious observations we voiced were reduced to, "oh that's not a big deal. It's an easy fix. Rely more on the fax about the cars."That's fine, but what I don't understand is why the cars were not taken care of mechanically or even washed before potential buyers like myself arrived. The lot itself was all outdoors, every car was dusty, most cars that we walked by had some type of damage to it that "can be fixed" (ie. a bumper looked like it was falling off, 2 cars in the lot had to be jumped, internal car pieces were missing, engine sounds were a little off, automatic windows were not working, etc). Why does it take a potential buyer to point out basic upkeep that the lot itself should be aware of? Their lack of consistent auto maintenance makes me question the quality of their cars that sit outside through all different types of weather (and specifically right now, the middle of summer). Anyways, my husband and I both think that the cars we saw were overpriced in relation to their upkeep and think that if their cars were in better shape, they can sell more to their potential clients! If the cars were in better condition and not sitting stagnantly for what looks like months, then maybe they could sell more of their cars on their packed lot. read more

Turns out I spoke to the wrong guy about the value of my previous car, so make sure you're talking to the correct person (Marcus). After fair negotiation, I did end up selling my car to them. They were hired to perform a concierge service to find me a Toyota Tacoma 4 wheel drive, in January 2024. They took the full amount of money. Brought a Toyota Tacoma full of rust, and the 4 wheel drive didn't work. Then wanted to charge me to get it fixed. I don't want this truck. It isn't what I paid for. At this point it is theft. I don't have my money back. Now I have to sue them. So upsetting. Such liars. Look under their cars! It's on the lot. read more

Buyer beware! Waste of time and money. The fact that there is an entire webpage dedicated to lack of refunds speaks volumes. Needing to pay the full retainer up front reeks of a scam, and I was foolish enough to fall for it. I started with one broker, then was passed to another. I gave very specific information on the Jeep I wanted, two to three times. Was sent photos for one vehicle which didn't meet my specifications. Was told I would get a phone call, which never came. When I chased down the broker it was clear he didn't have a clue about my specifications and there had been no movement on getting me the car I wanted. It was also obvious he forgot about my trade in. When we pivoted to a factory order, he claimed getting MSRP was a great deal. A quick check of the Jeep forum website lists dealers doing 8% off MSRP. I ended up doing all the legwork, taking my car to CarMax for a trade in value and negotiating my deal on my own. Shame on me for falling for this scam. In hindsight I should've given only a percentage of the retainer up front. read more

Ever since my son was a tween, he has admired the Toyota Celica and kept saying that once he had a license he wanted that to be his car. So, when he recently graduated from college and got a job and therefore needed a car, he reminded me of his request. While I have bought several cars in my lifetime, I have always bought new ones from a dealer. The idea of trying to find a good, used Toyota Celica, last made in the early 2000's, and determining the reliability of the car, the seller, the paperwork, and the fairness of the deal, just seemed overwhelming to me. I was, therefore, quite relieved when I found the Inside Car Guys who, for what seemed like a reasonable fee, helped me find this car for my son. Within a couple of weeks of signing them on, they found us several potential Toyota Celicas. One of those, looked in incredibly good condition for a 2000 Celica and had amazingly low mileage (less than 40K). The Inside Car Guys were able to talk extensively with the owner and, along with a CarFax , give us the confidence that the car was truly as good as it looked online. They sold us on the fact that the seller was reliable enough and the history of the car was good enough that we did not need to pay for an extra service they offer to have someone go out an check out the car personally. They then negotiated the asking price down a bit while assuring me that it was a fair price, something I would have had no experience to do on my own. In the end, within a few weeks of first contacting the Inside Car Guys, my son was sitting in his car with all papers in order. (We were fortunate that the seller was able to meet us not too far from our home.) Came in with a trade in (admittedly an older vehicle with higher mileage, but was still in good working condition) and a cash offer for a truck on the lot that had body damage. The cash offer was $3K less than they wanted, but considering the body damage we felt it was a pretty good deal. The first two gentlemen we dealt with were nice. Both felt confident we could make the deal. The main manager, however was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He kept acting like selling us this truck would be doing us a favor, he lied through his teeth and said our trade in wasn't in running order. We finally walked out, tired of being talked down to. We weren't begging for some finance deal because we couldn't afford a vehicle. We came in with a solid cash offer. If they didn't want the trade in, that is fine and understandable. What isn't understandable is the complete lack of customer service skills. Don't give your hard earned money to this man. There are PLENTY of reputable dealerships that know how to treat customers. I recently bought a car from Inside Car Guys and Marcus the general manager and Brandan are the most unscrupulous and dishonest used car salesmen I have ever met. Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night. Marcus lied about the sales price and has a number of tricks to get you to think he's giving you a great deal. I trusted him but he's such a shady character so be careful. Be sure to physically see the purchase order before signing any agreement to check that he put down the right price agreed upon. Then he denied ever saying such a thing. He kept saying he's taking a $1000 amount off here and there and it was all a scam. Then he gave Brandan the documents for the sales agreement. He literally took hours to finish them, so that you are so frustrated by then that you can't wait to get out of there. He hid behind his computer so you never quite knew what he was doing. So be careful... They also agreed to tow the car to a service place and then they said that they never said such a thing. So much funny stuff and lies to get through. Be sure to have the car inspected before you buy it so you know what you are really getting. I'm embarrassed to even give them a 1 Star rating. Initially we made an appointment online to test drive the 1972 Chevelle . I put all my information online prior to coming to the dealership and the test drive was set/approved. I drove an hour in a half to get to the dealer which initially Spencer showed us the vehicle and took basic information so we can speed up the approval process after the test drive. Spencer was very friendly and helped us out until the OWNER MARCUS came out with an attitude and the first thing that came out of his mouth was, "do you have the cash ready" to which I replied saying that I'm going to finance the vehicle. He then says, "we need to get you approved before you test drive the car and that I have many f'ing people who wanted to test drive the car and never bought it" to which I replied saying I would appreciate you do not using profanity when my wife is next to me. He says he respects that and won't do business with me. My advice to anybody trying to go to this dealer is plain and simple... DONT DO IT. I explained to Spencer that this isint a brand new car and that it's an old used car and how the two cannot be compared. Therefore I need to drive a vehicle before running my credit to make sure the vehicles running properly especially if I'm going to finance the car. This was a total waste of time.
