I had an inspection set up a week in advance but something came up in my schedule where I ended up needing it in two days. I called Dan up and he was able to move some things around to make sure I got my inspection done in time. When I showed up, Chris was already at work ahead of schedule inspecting the house. I was expecting Dan after our previous phone conversation, but quickly realized that Chris was also very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to the inspections. Although Dan was tied up throughout the day with other inspections, he took the time to come out of his way to stop by the house to make sure the inspection was going well and answer any questions I had. I found Dan via a Google search for top-rated home inspectors in the Tampa Bay area, and he did a fantastic job on a short time frame. I am an agent and my client wanted a standard inspection including four-point and wind mitigation, and an additional WDO (termite) inspection. After searching and reading reviews for numerous home inspectors in the Tampa area, I found Dan. His positive reviews are entirely accurate! He was professional, accommodating, and very thorough. Although our home was a new construction build, Dan discovered a significant oversight by the builder. The builder had failed to install an attic access on the main level, leading to numerous hot spots due to missing insulation.
