I am pretty sure that you can break a window with one of those cookies. 7 bucks for two cookies and a scoop of ice cream is outrageous. The quality of the ice cream was average, I can get a better scoop of Birthday Cake ice cream at Rite Aid. As for the cookies, do not waste your time and money, just do yourself a favor and go to Subway. The cookies, especially, the white macadamia nut at Subway is 100X times better than this place. The reason that this place didn't get 5 stars is because of the prices. I had the smore delux cookie and it was around $3.50. They are pricey for just okay cookies. Out of the selection they have, my favorites are the peanut butter cookie and the chocolate chunk cookie. I've tried the snickerdoodle cookie and I usually like snickerdoodle but whenever I get it from here the dough is raw or the cookie is falling apart. I would only come here for the birthday cake ice cream that I am sad to say has been replaced with a different birthday cake ice cream that taste like garbage. His fiancé has heard of Insomnia, but never had them. Now my uncle wants one in his part of Ohio. The secret is use all the sugar and butter you own. I am a now a fan favorite of the white chocolate macadamia cookie, which is kept warm and toasty in the warmer and just the right amount of chewiness. I stopped by here after seeing a movie at the 400 Theater on Broadway, and it was definitely the right choice. So the absolute most disgusting experience ever witnessed in my adult eating out life. My family and I went to this particular location at around 10:30pm on July 19,2021. The person preparing our order made a mistake and gave us two peanut butter cups instead of two triple chocolate chunks. Before we got too far from the location we realized the mistake and went back to rectify it. The server took the cookie out of the box (we had already opened and ate out of) put the one peanut butter cup cookie back into the warmer and then proceeded to sell it to another customer who walked in right behind us. In this era of COVID where most business are hyper vigilant in ensuring cleanliness and safe practices, this particular employee was absolutely negligent and not cut out to be working in food service. I absolutely love this place! I've had insomnia cookies about five times in my lifetime and every time is as good as the last time. The cookies are always so fresh with the slightest, most perfect crunch. I definitely recommend trying the macadamia white Chocolate cookie as well as the classic chocolate chip cookie! My only recommendation is to have it with a glass of milk as things can get quite sweet. The staff here are always friendly and willing to offer suggestions if you are new.
