The location in Hoboken is rather tiny but all in all, I was happy to get my favorite- peanut butter cookies.

Me and a few of my friends were in the mood for a late night cookie stop. We go to TCNJ and it was a quick walk over to the cute stop. The store is relatively small stop in Campus Town, and they have a lot of good options. Considering how many of us were there, the service was quick and all the cookies were amazing. There was only one employee in the store and she seemed a bit stressed out with the number of people ordering, but got everything right and made things easy. I definitely recommend the stuffed red velvet cookie, it was so good in the middle and around the edges. A great stop late night for some good cookies!!

I used to love insomnia cookies and we would order constantly at my job for every occasion ... Saturday we decided to order and were disgusted. Not only did we request a phone call when they arrived for we could pick them up which they did not, but they left our order on the floor of a hospital main entrance next to a bunch of wheelchairs. Previously they would leave it at the main desk. Super disappointed with this location and their delivery so we will not longer be ordering from them.

Well there not to much to talk about here this is a corporation ran business that's make fresh cookies very small selection. They sell milk and ice cream and that's sums that up . The employees were very easy and pleasant to deal with when placing your order they are open to 3 am in the morning if your craving fresh hot cookies! The place is super small guess must people just take out, because there a small table and few hi chairs to sit on . There a lot of parking in the college lot . Either way guys the cookies are pretty good and fresh .

AMAZING!!!! This place had soooo many types of cookies. Every different flavor you can think of. I tried the double chocolate chunk and regular chocolate chunk. They were like I said earlier, amazing. They are served to you warm. They also have ice cream here. Next time I'll try that.

Located right near tcnj. Store is super tiny, parking was free. They were out of 2 types when we came in but staff was really friendly and upfront on what was sold out. Ordered a six pack and one deluxe cookie. 10$ for 6 pack and 3.25 for the deluxe. Deluxe cookie oatmeal chocolate chip was massive but I didn't like the cinnamon flavor and wasn't as soft. I really liked the double chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip! In my opinion it's expensive for cookies. They were good but I wouldn't make a special trip to get them. Maybe I would get them again if I was in the area. Definitely an awesome concept though, I can see it hitting the spot at 2am.

i got the final fantasy seven rebirth collab it was so cool. i didnt catch the cashiers name but man you were so awesome. made my entire day

Came here to satisfy a late-night craving, but more specifically because I just recovered from some type of stomach bug and had dropped several pounds over the past few days due to a loss of appetite, and I did not want to lose any more weight so I needed a few extra calories in my day. (What a strange reason for doing something, I know.) It really wasn't worth the 11:00 PM drive. I got the "delicious duo" of two cookies with a bottle of milk. I chose the snickerdoodle and sugar cookie, and the whole milk. Though they still had an hour left til close, and multiple employees on site, the cookies were handed to me cold and seemed to be in the beginning stages of going stale as they were a little hard. I have had Insomnia Cookies in the past, and a hallmark of these cookies is that they are served warm. It's an absolute defining feature of Insomnia Cookies. Though I didn't eat them until I got home, I specifically felt the cookies in my car before I pulled off, to see if they were warm. They weren't, and I couldn't be bothered to go back in and ask them to warm the cookies for me. Not good. Won't be back. Considering that two cookies and a tiny bottle of milk cost me more than $7 with tax, it just isn't worth it. If my grocery store was still open 24 hours like they were before COVID, I would have just gone there and got the same packaged-cookie-quality snack with the tiny milk bottle for probably $3. Save your money... don't come here.

Insomnia cookies is tucked in at the college of New Jersey, right when you pull in the main entrance. I missed it a few times! Small store front with a menu to the left, three bar stools to the left with a counter from the wall and the cash register right next to an ice cream freezer. I ordered a a chocolate chip brownie and it was hot and ready within three minutes. Quick and friendly service was a plus. They deliver daily until 3AM. I have never tried their delivery service nor do I intend to have a sweets delivery past 9PM. I will return it in the area.

This past summer I have been on the lookout for the best ice cream in Mercer County and this place. Definitely takes the cake. The ice cream is soft creamy and fresh and they have such unique flavors as well as seasonal flavors. The ice cream flight is $12 for four scoops of ice cream, which I think is an amazing deal! There's indoor and outdoor seating, but depending on the time of day that you go, they are very busy. But baby the peri 'pause had me catching the business end of a hot flash while I was running errands a while ago so I decided to finally check out Melba. Truth be told I was all but in before I spontaneously combusted at Shop Rite because they posted their newest flavor drop - Bay Leaf Stracciatella. I ADORE unique and savory ice cream flavors and had to taste it for myself. A woman on a mission, I didn't even think to ask for samples and just blurted out my order without seeing what else was on offer. Oops. Anyway I got 2 skewps on a delicate sugar cone (BTW, much like ICE, waffle cones should be abolished). It was delectable. Not at all sweet, the bitterness of the chocolate was very forward and the bay leaf was reminiscent of soup lmao. The texture was divine. I could be home legs splayed in the air conditioning right now. Instead I'm sitting outside behind Melba getting my entire life. You should too!

A quick search for places that were still open led us to US Mr. Ice Cream. It was a little out of our way, but we were grateful to find an ice cream spot open until 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. I didn't realize before arriving that it's a walk-up window serving soft serve only, but they offer plenty of ways to customize your order. Between cones, cups, hard-shell dips, sprinkles, candy toppings, milkshakes, and more, there are lots of options to choose from. The service was friendly and efficient, and we had our treats in hand within just a few minutes. Since I needed a gluten-free option and still had a long drive ahead, I kept it simple with a cup of vanilla soft serve topped with rainbow sprinkles. Sometimes simple is exactly what you need, and it definitely hit the spot. The portions were generous for the price, which is especially appreciated these days. There isn't any outdoor seating, and the parking lot is quite small, so I could see it getting crowded during busier times. I also would have loved to see hard ice cream offered in addition to soft serve. Overall, this was exactly what we needed: a quick, affordable late-night ice cream stop with friendly service and plenty of topping choices. While I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return, I'd happily stop again if I were passing through and looking for a sweet treat after hours.

I'd like to share how pleased I am about this tea cafe. I came here on a cold and snowy Saturday,…read morebecause my friends live nearby and I was going over their house to hang out, but I wanted to get tea first. The employees behind the counter were cheerful, and they say a phrase in Japanese that means, "welcome," which is a nice touch. The first thing I noticed in the shop was the matcha mill. They actually have two matcha mills running the entire time, and the employee later told me that it's milling and grinding the matcha to get the freshest matcha possible. Grinding and serving the matcha from its fresh ground state really makes their matcha stand out, and I could definitely tell. I was thinking about getting a cold matcha anyway because I didn't want to microwave it later, but they informed me that their machine for hot matcha wasn't working. That is not the best situation for people who wanted a hot drink, especially since it was so cold and damp outside, but I was really interested in a cold drink anyway, so it didn't really bother me. I got their red bean matcha with oat milk, and I was so happy when I drank it because it tasted like actual real matcha. I've gotten matcha at Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts and I haven't expected anything phenomenal, but I've also gotten matcha at matcha shops and the matcha just doesn't taste right because it was too sweet. This matcha, however, tasted exactly the way matcha should taste! I really, really enjoyed my drink so much, and they serve it unsweetened. I didn't even need to put sweetener in it, but I did put a tiny bit of simple syrup. All I have to say is definitely try this place. You will not be disappointed. Their matcha is amazing, and I am going back to this place every time I visit my friend's house.

You even get to see the matcha being freshly milled so you know you're getting some good quality stuff! During each of my visits, I ended up getting whatever monthly/seasonal special they were offering. The first time, I got the ube matcha latte and during my last visit, I got the peppermint chocolate latte. One thing I didn't realize during my first visit is that they give you your drink without the lid so you can sweeten it as you wish. They have syrup that you can pump into your drink. Needless to say, my drink was unsweetened the first time, but still tasty and good enough for me to return. By my second visit, I figured this out as I watched someone else add the syrup to their drink. I literally added a couple of drops because I actually enjoy it when it's not overly sweet. Also, I LOVE that they make all their drinks with oat milk so I don't have to ask for the substitution like I do at most other places. During each visit, I have always received friendly service. I would definitely return!

I think in many of our cultures, getting ice cream was somewhat of a treat and possibly enjoyed while on summer vacations. In this environment it gets even better. That was my mindset when seeing TIP for the first time. Clean and brightly colored shop with very nice outdoor seating options. Going inside you encounter a clean, colorful and brightly lit space with a few more tables. The counter was plexiglassed ala Covid style. Cases held about 12 ice cream choices, with maybe 8 more ice choices. Several options looked appealing to me. I went with old faithful chocolate and paired it with something I've never had, banana split. While I liked the chocolate, I really liked the split. It did remind me of getting sundaes and such as a child. The flavors were clean in both, and not overly sweetened. A better than average creaminess, but not in the upper tier. I'd get either again, or maybe one of the rotating flavors. The ice cream is not made in house, I was informed that it is sourced from local makers. I have a few suspicions as to who they might be, but of course more research will be required;). I really enjoyed talking with the owner and his two sons. To say this is a family business and or a labor of love is just barely hitting the mark. I'm tempted to tell the whole story here but I think it's better for the curious to just visit themselves. This is a business I would love to see thrive for many years. And as they succeed it could offer hope to other businesses or even families. Trenton needed this.
