When we go to someone's house and they offer up a brand like Häagen-Daz, Tillamok, Breyer's, or Jeni's, it's always a disappointment. They're just not as good. The rest of the store is a useful mix of daily necessities like bread and the aforementioned milk, and junk food like chips and cookies. Lastly, why is called the Trenton Farmer's Market when the location is in Lawrence Township? I realize Trenton is literally across the street, but it bugs me.

I'd get either again, or maybe one of the rotating flavors. The ice cream is not made in house, I was informed that it is sourced from local makers. I have a few suspicions as to who they might be, but of course more research will be required;). I really enjoyed talking with the owner and his two sons. If you haven't made a decision, and the people behind you in line know what they want, do the right thing and let them go first. They give healthy scoops, and one scoop, although it doesn't sound like much, might be enough for someone with less post-dinner space available in their belly. If it's your first time visiting, watch the scoops being given to the person in front of you before making your decision.
