Late night milkshake run to this place and I was shocked. It's a hole in the wall hidden gem with some of the best ice cream and milkshakes I have ever had. Not too sweet either which I like. The staff that greeted me, I think the owner maybe(?) was super friendly and just outright amazing customer service. The milkshake had the perfect consistency. On a late-night drive home from Maryland, we still had over an hour left before getting home and were craving some ice cream. A quick search for places that were still open led us to US Mr. Ice Cream. It was a little out of our way, but we were grateful to find an ice cream spot open until 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. I didn't realize before arriving that it's a walk-up window serving soft serve only, but they offer plenty of ways to customize your order. Between cones, cups, hard-shell dips, sprinkles, candy toppings, milkshakes, and more, there are lots of options to choose from. The service was friendly and efficient, and we had our treats in hand within just a few minutes. Since I needed a gluten-free option and still had a long drive ahead, I kept it simple with a cup of vanilla soft serve topped with rainbow sprinkles. Sometimes simple is exactly what you need, and it definitely hit the spot. The portions were generous for the price, which is especially appreciated these days. There isn't any outdoor seating, and the parking lot is quite small, so I could see it getting crowded during busier times. I also would have loved to see hard ice cream offered in addition to soft serve. Overall, this was exactly what we needed: a quick, affordable late-night ice cream stop with friendly service and plenty of topping choices. While I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return, I'd happily stop again if I were passing through and looking for a sweet treat after hours. read more

Wow this place is a hidden gem!! Stopped here for the first time today after seeing so many reviews all over Facebook and instagram. I had to try the Dubai sundae with chocolate ice cream. It was delightful & soooo fresh. The strawberries were freshly cut and the sundae was beautifully layered together. Oftentimes with a sundae you just get all the toppings put on top of the ice cream. Here they had several layers of ice cream, chocolate, strawberry, pistachio & kataifi. Giving you a perfect bite each time. The service was a 100/10, the owner was kind, respectful & very humorous! He made the experience so enjoyable. They are open late nights, to satisfy all ice cream cravings! Can't wait to come back to try more flavors! read more

Reese's and Ice Cream are 2 of my biggest diet kryptonites, so it was natural I had to go that route, the first time here. I plan on returning to try some other options. Price is right. We love Mr. Ice Cream! He always has a variety of yummy items to choose from. The pineapple shortcake sundae is amazing! I also love the lotus Biscoff sundae. His lines tend to be long on Fridays through Sundays. We like to go on rainy days when it's less crowded. I wish he had a DoorDash pick-up option, but other than that, 10s across the board. Ice cream truck-style soft serve in a small storefront. The store is wedged between the used car dealer and the auto repair shop on Princeton Ave but there is plenty of space to park. Window service only and no seating. Very reasonable prices, comparable to any ice cream truck. The owner was super friendly and gracious. Owner needs to hire some help. The lines are long and move way too slow. Waited almost 30 minutes in a relatively short line. The set up does not seem efficient as the owner repeatedly moves from the small main area to a back room to get ingredients for what he is making. While very friendly, the owner spends far too long yucking it up with each customer which further adds to the wait. Also the menus is creative but not well organized. People have been RAVING about this place on local Facebook groups since it opened. Thought I'd give it a try. WOW. This place rocks. The ice cream is delicious - the soft serve is on the creamier side, reminiscent of when you get it off the neighborhood ice cream truck. A bunch of unique sundaes, each one is delicious. Great flavors and toppings but at the same time, US Mr Ice Cream keeps it simple. You can get by with just a chocolate or vanilla sundae with hot fudge and it's amazing. And let's talk about the service. The guy behind the counter is maybe the nicest man I've ever met. He's super positive, he's super helpful, and he puts his heart and soul into each order. It's truly a pleasure going there and giving him your business. There's no shortage of ice cream shops in the area, but if you live within 25 minutes of this place, you need to make this your go-to dessert stop. It's worth the trip. We started Labor Day weekend with a treat! After scrolling through instagram, I decided I definitely wanted the Banana Foster waffle cone. When we pulled up, Reggie was so lovely and accommodating. Definitely a large selection to choose from. Reggie is the new age Good Humor Man! There were photos on the outside of the establishment of what to choose from, and many water ice flavors.
