When you enter there a few areas to sit around and up at the front you can see the menu on the TV and through the glass you can see the puffs that they have available. I've only ever gotten the puffs and the cakes. They have a few different flavors (matcha, black sesame, Biscoff, oreo, etc.) and I've tried most if not all of them and they're all fairly good, not too sweet. In my opinion they taste a bit better once refrigerated for a few hours. The tres leches and strawberry matcha cakes are good as well, again, not too sweet. I'd like to try the soft serve sometime. A bit on the more expensive side so I only go there when the craving for the Asian style puffs are there. The service overall was good as the people working the front don't mind explaining the flavors of the different types of items they have for sale.

Customer service was also excellent and you can tell it's a family owned business and the menu changes often as they offer different flavors. When I picked up the order in the morning it was warm and fresh as all the doughnuts were coming out fresh. Our favorites were the French Cruller, Strawberry Cheesecake, Cannoli, and the Boston Cream. Ordering ahead is strongly recommended and encouraged...I placed my order the night before and had a short wait when I arrived but it was all worth it because of the quality of the doughnuts.

It is a small shop and a little shopping center so you may have some difficulty with parking. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. I was greeted immediately and each of the available doughnuts are on display in the front case. The consistency was more bread like so it wouldn't necessarily qualify as a yeast or a cake doughnut. But once opening the doors, a vast airy space appeared before us. One of the wait staff approached us and kindly took our orders. From the large-printed menu that stood in eye sight we were able to make our bowls. The shrimp, cucumbers and leafy greens were fresh and very tasty. The honey mustard sauce I added to the salad hit the spot. We were the only sitting to eat. Others, which were few, took theirs to go. The music playing in the background was not overbearing. We carried on a good conversation for over an hour without being disturbed. We appreciated that. Mama Dudes sits in a strip mall amongst other businesses.
