Maintaining a pristine level of hygiene in all public areas, particularly restrooms, is fundamental for customer satisfaction and reflects directly on the establishment's standards. Furthermore, I observed that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the waiting room and workshop floor could benefit from more frequent and thorough vacuuming and cleaning. Regarding your service scheduling and efficiency, I experienced firsthand and also witnessed other customers being informed of significant delays or being asked to reschedule their appointments due to the facility being super busy. My truck is my baby and like my dog, I don't trust her well-being to just anybody. Besides, we all know, most mechanics will shyster a female more often than not. I went to Yelp and found Freedom Automotive. The reviews were very favorable and the word "honest" was used A LOT! Brought my truck in and they looked at it. The power steering was leaking fluid, so they cleaned it up and really couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. Jose ordered the parts and I brought her back the next morning for repair. Do you know, these guys cleaned it up again, took it apart, found the leak was a loose hose, tightened it and then called to let me know just what exactly it was!! Didn't pull a fast one and tell me I had to have a new gear case or new hoses or both. Just called me, said it was a loose hose that they tightened and only charged me for labor. WHO IS THAT HONEST ANY MORE?!!? I am beyond grateful for Freedom Automotive. If God has a special place in Heaven for honest mechanics, Jose and everyone at Freedom Automotive have a golden seat. Absolutely frustrated with Mavis Tire and their complete refusal to honor their tire warranty. I…read morebrought my AWD Mazda SUV in because of the tires I purchased a year ago has severe outer edge chopping that is causing a loud howling noise while driving, along with obvious feathering on the edges. Even the dealer confirmed the tires are defective and causing the noise. Instead of standing behind the warranty, Mavis Manager wants to replace only ONE tire on an AWD vehicle. Which we contacted corporate for help with the issue, we were told by the Manager of the store that we should hear something in a couple of days, so far after calling corporate and speaking with a few people, who blames the store management for not sending the correct tire information, it's been almost 3 months and nothing yet, still waiting for corporate to call. Anyone who understands AWD systems knows mismatched tread depth can cause drivability problems, pulling, and unnecessary stress on the drivetrain. Replacing just one tire is irresponsible. What made this even worse was hearing Kevin, the manager at the Joliet Mavis location, openly admit that "corporate just bounces people around and does the minimum if they do anything at all." That tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats customers after the sale. They were happy to take my money when I bought the tires, but when there's a legitimate warranty issue, suddenly they want to do the bare minimum and ignore the actual problem. Between the road noise, uneven wear, and poor customer service, I would never recommend Mavis Tire to anyone. Please let friends and family know to not go there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their products and warranties.

Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

Integrity asked us to bring it in immediately. Upon inspection, the car had blown a gasket. Integrity is fixing this for us for free today. After all that we've been through this week with my daughter being in a car accident and the secondary emergency for a pre-existing condition, I cannot emphasize what a blessing this is. Thank you for taking care of us when we most needed it. There is no better place to take your vehicle.
