We had two "contractors" bid the job and then flake out and not show up. When we called The Construction Guyz, Jay actually came to the house discussed what we wanted to do and said he would send us a quote and that it was a good time as he was between jobs. He sent a very reasonable quote the next day, a Thursday and started the job the following Monday. The materials were delivered Monday morning and we met Jay's crew Geraldo and Trini who went right to work. These guys are master masons, Geraldo leveled each block and measured the spacing. The half blocks were all sawn not broken with a hammer. Geraldo said he worked with Jay for 17 years and I can see why. They are proud of their work and go about it without music blaring, offensive language or griping and left my yard neat and clean every day. The wall came out far exceeding our expectations and we want to thank Jay and his crew being a pleasure to work with.

The back patio was 1970s looking brown pebble tec around the pool and patio area (which was fading and coming loose), and the side driveway was painted concrete which got super slippery in the rain. I wanted something textured that my kids wouldn't slip on, and I wanted to tie the whole house together with one uniform coating. Their crew worked really hard for us, and they really paid attention to detail. The painters were super neat, and the guys doing the coating were meticulous. It was a really big job, and it took a while to complete, but they kept at it and did it right. They've even come back a couple times to fix some little things that I messed up, or that happened through normal wear and tear. I will attach some before and after pics if I can find them, but in the meantime if you're considering resurfacing a patio, driveway, or other area, call these guys first. They'll take care of you.

We got a few quotes, and Infinity was the lowest bid. That was only part of our decision process, however, as we wanted it to be done right. After their process was explained to us, we felt comfortable that they would most likely do a good job. And, they did! Our patio looks great! The guys who did the job worked really hard and were meticulous. Due to weather issues, the job was delayed a few weeks. While unavoidable, that was disappointing. What made it a lot less frustrating was the very timely communication by Andrew, always keeping us updated on status. He was a real pleasure to work with. Our patio should look good for many years, but if we ever need resurfacing again, we would definitely use Infinity.
