Management turned over often as well and the don't seem to care if you are their customer or not. No warm fuzzies delivered here. Several reasons to look elsewhere for proper senior care. With 80 or so residents at $6K a month, you'd think they could at least afford professional carpet cleaning once a year. The rooms also aren't cleaned very well. Families have to pick up the slack. Food is unhealthy and with sedentary residents, they'll be sure to gain weight easily. High staff turnover rates and staff that don't seem to care about people as much as just collecting a paycheck. Lots of "it's not my job" attitudes if you ask for anything. The lady at the front desk is so grouchy and unfriendly, you'd think she was working for free. Luckily there are a handful of caring staff (like the activities director Kelly and a few others) that keep this place going.
