Cleaning: basic - mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom, and kitchen . Deep clean: cleaning everything from top to bottom with customer specific instructions. 3.) Painting: interior and exterior. We've had Keith paint for us. He painted two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Patched each room, did…read moreextensive work in our bathrooms as we changed fixtures, relocated glass shelves. We had him install our new towel bars, toilet paper holder and hand towel rings. He did precision work, cleaned up after each days work, made sure everything met expectations. He moved furniture in our bedrooms and returned everything exactly where it belonged upon completion. Because of the quality of his work we had him return to paint our family room. Again an awesome job. Again today he came to fix two doors a porch door needed adjustments with strike plate, overall realignment, rubber door seal. The French door had rot that needed to be cut out and repaired, installed rubber door seal, new sweep, door required overall adjustment, including strike plate adjustment. He will return in a few weeks to help us out with another small project. Keith is professional, a great communicator, makes sure he does a walk through upon completion of his work. His prices are reasonable. He's a professional that is very easy to work with.
