I enjoyed this class for several months now and constantly recommend it to friends HOWEVER...the…read more"company policies" could definitely learn something about customer service. I get the whole people to show up on time situation, but there has to be some grace for people who show up anyways when you're stuck in traffic when you make a wrong turn and you show up anyways, even if it's just five minutes late it's better late than never and killing people's motivation and pissing them off when it's already such a hard world to make an exercise class happen is so off-putting. I really hope this company rethinks their policy and considers what people might be going through in order to just get to a class that makes them feel motivated and happy and glad to be there but maybe they got stuck at work late got through traffic did everything in their power to make it to class just to feel better and healthy only to be met with someone saying they're not welcomed because they've made it five minutes past the time. Or maybe you guys should just advertise if you're running late don't even try ‍ If you get lost, make a wrong turn get stuck in traffic. Don't even try ‍ We don't care what you're going through to get to our class if you're even just five minutes late don't even try ‍ These better reflect your policies, not camaraderie motivation, pursuit of excellence

I have really enjoyed my classes at High Ride. I am always on the lookout for fitness classes and…read morestudios on the south side of town, as with Denver traffic it can be kind of a hassle to get to the north or central parts of the city. Parking here was very easy and there are many spots right in front of the studio. I bring my own shoes when I go to indoor cycling, but from what I could see, they do offer free shoe rental if you don't have your own. The classes here rely heavily on the beat of the music and there is LOTS of choreography and arm work. Bikes do not have monitors so it's way more about the feel than the metrics.

Two years later and we are still madly in love with e3. These guys are passionate about fitness,…read moreand their drive is contagious. They work very hard to make the classes and small group sessions challenging, yet achievable. They go way outside of the classes and they also help each individual to live a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, attitude, and recovery. This is where I am their biggest challenge, as my love for tacos and tequila along with my old age and injuries make me a bit more difficult to work with at times.

I have been a member of E3 for almost a year, and it's been amazing. Every work out is still…read morechallenging in the best way and I always leave feeling great. E3 strives for excellence in every aspect while fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Before joining, I tried out quite a few other gyms (Alchemy365, F45, Barrys, FitWall, TransFORM to name a few...) looking for a workout that was tough as hell and would push me, but also a place that wasn't intimidating. E3 was that place! The gym is clean and well-maintained and whether you are an avid weightlifter or cardio enthusiast, this gym has many classes to achieve your fitness goals. All the coaches deserve immense praise for their unwavering dedication and professionalism. Their friendly and positive energy is contagious and they'ree always available to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure members feel comfortable and are maximizing their potential. E3 has an inclusive and supportive community. It's refreshing to be a part of a gym where individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete (there's lots of them!), every member is treated with respect and encouragement. The positive environment motivates me to push my limits and achieve my fitness goals. Give it a week and you'll never look back.

I would just recommend that new people take it easy for the first classes and maybe take more of the strength days (Monday/Tuesday) and weekends. With strength classes, it would be easier to go easy. Always had great coaches.

I echo other people when I say this is a type of group fitness class I can get behind. I have tried Orangetheory and several other group training gyms but usually quite after a few months. Fitwall changes up the workouts every 3 weeks and every day of the week is different. I personally love Monday- Wednesday's as they are more strength based and I like being challenged and encouraged by the coaches to up the weights when capable from week 1 to week 3 of that workout. Speaking of the coaches they are great. I have taken classes with all and all our encouraging and pump you up to keep going. I can't hold myself very accountable without a coach and others in the room doing the workout too, so this place is great for that. If my neighbor is gonna run up and down the wall targeting I guess I'll do it too! During this Covid time Fitwall has been great with online videos, park outside workouts and inside workouts. Yes we currently have to wear masks inside but it just ups the challenge! The coaches and staff have been keeping the gym extra clean and only letting 9 people in and they clean everything between classes and have these solid (while a little goofy your first day) curtains up between stations. Check the pics of inside currently. I've certainly toned up in the last few months and looking forward to more!
