We had him install a ceiling fan that required almost an entire rewire of the room, included the installation of a junction box, and a new switch system. Jose let me know before he began what the cost would be, did a beautiful job with the installation, ran out to get the proper switch system (the company that I purchased the fan from gave me the wrong one) and even put the room back together when he was finished. Jose was awesome to work with! I had him swap out my dining room light fixture (14 foot ceilings) and also move & replace a hallway sconce. His prices were very reasonable & he really knows what he is doing! After my appointment was made, one of my new light fixture deliveries was delayed and wasn't going to deliver in time for our appointment - he still came on our appointment date to do the one light and then came back a few days later to do the second. He was so understanding and kind about the whole ordeal! And he was also extremely friendly to my dog & my painter who happened to be working at the same time. Jose was great from beginning to end. His communication was just terrific. He walked me around the house to perform a full assessment of the work that needed to be completed. He showed me exactly what he would be replacing and answered all my questions.
