Just purchased a 75" Samsung TV. Called these guys on a Sat morning, Rick responded within minutes. They tried to come out that day and on Sunday but due to a large job they were on, it didn't work out. So they arrived today (Monday, 4/16) instead. They were supposed to be here at 9:30am. Junior and Jesse just finished mounting our 65" TV and they did a fantastic job! They were spot on-time which already gives them a +1 in my book. They also wore booties so they wouldn't track in any dirt which is also a nice consideration on their part. That's professional and classy to me. :) We had some discussion on the exact height to mount the TV -- my wife and I initially wanted it lower although Junior convinced us to mount it a little higher and we're glad we listened to him because the height he suggested is exactly where it should be. Hey, after 10 years and thousands of installs the guy knows what he's doing! The other cool thing about this company is their communication -- Junior was quick to respond to all my texts and initial questions about what mount to get. About 2 weeks ago I bought a 60" Samsung LED at Best Buy and got a quote from Geek Squad to see how much it would cost to mount it on my living room brick wall.  I was quoted the ridiculous amount of $820 for the TV installation + a mount + 3 HDMI cables. $820!! During the installation Daniel ran into some minor setbacks but finished everything fairly quickly. I've had many televisions mounted in the past, and have gone through many installation services as a result that unfortunately too often try to nickel and dime you every time. These guys are a fresh breath of air and are hands-down the most honest handymen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I called them in the middle of the day on a weekday and asked if they could maybe come out in the next few days to hang up a 50 inch plasma on the wall. "Their response: no problem. If you're free, we can actually come in the next hour." I said fantastic and they arrived right on the hour when they said they would. They didn't try to tell me my wall mount wouldn't work and try to sell me theirs (which is sadly too often the case with many handymen). Instead, it was as simple as it should be.
