Within 24 hours Cody gave me a highly competitive estimate for installing two new Toto toilets that I had ordered from the factory. Even though the toilets had not been delivered yet, he worked with me on the timing by scheduling an appointment contingent upon their arrival in time.Luckily,the toilets arrived in time and so did Cody and his assistant. He arrived early and made some additional recommendations (replacing the old valves) and explained why he was making those recommendations.
