    Do not come to this place if you expect good communication or honest timelines…read more I dropped off my iPhone on May 28 and was told the repair would take about a week. After a week passed, I called for an update and was told my phone had been sent to a different location without anyone ever informing me beforehand. I was then told my phone would be done on Monday and that I would receive a call. No one called. When I followed up, I kept getting told it would be done "soon" even though I had already been told it would be finished. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my phone was still not repaired. When I asked for my phone back, I was told someone had to go pick it up from the other location. I waited for hours at the shop and still did not get my phone. I stayed until closing time and was told the person with my phone was not answering. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. If the repair was beyond what they could handle, I wish they would have told me from the beginning so I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting weeks waiting. To make things even stranger, after I left my review, I received a message offering to pay for a new phone if I removed the review. I will be posting the screenshot so people can make their own decision. My experience was almost 2 weeks of delays, missed callbacks, changing timelines, poor communication, and a phone that was never repaired.
