Every time we come here, there is always a lack of customer service. We always feel like we are an inconvenience when we ask for help. We have been long-time customers, but we also have no issues switching to a different provider, if things don't improve. The other day, my mom and I came to this spectrum store to pay a bill. We walked in and saw a male employee at a counter with two customers. He saw us come in and locked eyes with us, but did not smile or say a word. Then he immediately looked back down at the computer and ignored us. My mom and I just stood there kind of confused and waited a bit. There were about six employees there, three were helping customers, while the other three, were on the computers and chit-chatting. Nobody was paying attention to us, so we decided to just walk up to an employee at one of the counters. Before and after we paid our bill, the male employee maybe only said two words to us. Maybe he assumed we didn't speak English or something?? I don't know...I very much preferred it when it was still Time Warner, way before they changed it to Spectrum. I came in to the store for the first time to drop off equipment not realizing I needed to sign in first. I stood there and the lady at the counter in a very rude way said, ma'am we need to go check in before we can help you. I said ok. Where is that at? She told me I should've seen it when I walked in the front door. In shock for the attitude I walked over to the kiosk and typed in my information. as I'm standing here waiting, There are two people that are actually helping people at the desk while I'm seeing four other employees standing there talking and looking at their phones while there is currently 10 people waiting staring at them, wondering why they're not helping I have been waiting here for 20 minutes already and there's still four people ahead of me and only 2 out of six ( that I see) employees helping. this place is slow and awful customer service I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job read more

This place still absolutely sucks. We lucked out because I remembered to make an appointment. When we arrived there were already 16 people on the waiting list on the board, but not one employee in sight for 5 minutes. Finally an employee came out and stood helping somebody for about 5 minutes before another employee came out and called us because we had an appointment. By that time there were 19 people in line and two employees that were busy. We just needed to close an account and return equipment it should not have taken the half hour it did. The employee said he wanted to make a quick copy of my father-in-law's death certificate and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes. I'm not sure what kind of copy machine they have that takes 15 minutes to make a copy of one sheet paper. When we were about to leave, a third employee came out and was just browsing underneath the different desks and not calling anyone up. We were in and out in a relatively short time but in our experience, number 19 and 20 on that list were going to be there at least 3.5 hours waiting for their turn. You can overhear the employees spending more time trying to upsell customers on their cable than just getting the job done. Ugh. So glad we don't have to deal with this company again. read more

This store is terrible! I went in to try out spectrum mobile for one month, and they said they would give me a discount on my bill. They actually just downgraded my TV and internet package without telling me! I did not request a change to my TV and internet. When I went back, they wanted to charge me an extra $30 a month to get my original package back! they messed up my family's sign up for the 120$/month 4 lines + free home internet. wiped a phone even before we were done backing it up and transferring it over to the new phone. Then claimed all they did was just reboot, when i was clearly watching and they were reseting the phone, but he didn't realize since it was in a different language. Not our fault he didn't just change the language to English so he could know what he was doing. Also didn't add the home install we wanted, only the self install. How am i supposed to get 2 non-technical 60+ year old people to install a cable modem + router. yea definitely sucks. However after seen by a customer service representative Lilia Celeste and assistant manager Leslie Garcia I want to change my overall review to a five star. They were very professional, experienced and were working to give me the best deal. I went in to return equipment and I walked out with higher speed internet for the same price I was paying. Yo I'm not even sure why this place have such a low rating, BUT, this has to be the best customer service I have ever received in ALL the spectrum store I've been to. The person who helped me was named Cece and she went above and beyond in terms of answering all my questions and helping me achieve what I came to do; which was to return my old equipments and purchase a new phone through a deal they have. I stopped by this Spectrum store with my cousin to pick up her modem for her new place. We got parking right in the front of the store and when we walked inside, they were not busy at all. A worker was able to help us right away and give her the modem. The store is very nice inside and spacious.
