Every time we come here, there is always a lack of customer service. We always feel like we are an inconvenience when we ask for help. We have been long-time customers, but we also have no issues switching to a different provider, if things don't improve. The other day, my mom and I came to this spectrum store to pay a bill. We walked in and saw a male employee at a counter with two customers. He saw us come in and locked eyes with us, but did not smile or say a word. Then he immediately looked back down at the computer and ignored us. My mom and I just stood there kind of confused and waited a bit. There were about six employees there, three were helping customers, while the other three, were on the computers and chit-chatting. Nobody was paying attention to us, so we decided to just walk up to an employee at one of the counters. Before and after we paid our bill, the male employee maybe only said two words to us. Maybe he assumed we didn't speak English or something?? I don't know...I very much preferred it when it was still Time Warner, way before they changed it to Spectrum. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! The only thing this store cares about is making new sells, they will neglect and completely ignore everything else (account questions, billing, equipment pickup, or anything that isn't making them a commission). Some of the workers are just sitting on their butts while there's a lobby of 10+ people at any given hour. They will, again, prioritize appointment customers and purchasing customers. Even if you get there before other customers, if those other customers are here to purchase, they will skip over you and attend the customer that, again, will make them a commission. Money is the only thing this store cares about, which is something pretty sad. You can hear them upscaling customers, providing insurance and warranty that is unnecessary and bundling $150 - $300 dollars worth of equipment that doesn't cost more than $20-$50 on Amazon. Safe yourself the headache and go to either a different store, or simply choose another provider. I've been a loyal at&t customer for over 5 years and never once have I experienced something this saddening. They could easily have an agent or two solely dedicated for customers that are here for any other service but like I've said 500 times in this review, this store only cares about money. Horrible customer service, water isn't even offered. This might make sense at a dealership, not at a phone store on a Tuesday. A Tuesday. They just want what's on your pocket. This place still absolutely sucks. We lucked out because I remembered to make an appointment. When we arrived there were already 16 people on the waiting list on the board, but not one employee in sight for 5 minutes. Finally an employee came out and stood helping somebody for about 5 minutes before another employee came out and called us because we had an appointment. By that time there were 19 people in line and two employees that were busy. We just needed to close an account and return equipment it should not have taken the half hour it did. The employee said he wanted to make a quick copy of my father-in-law's death certificate and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes. I'm not sure what kind of copy machine they have that takes 15 minutes to make a copy of one sheet paper. When we were about to leave, a third employee came out and was just browsing underneath the different desks and not calling anyone up. We were in and out in a relatively short time but in our experience, number 19 and 20 on that list were going to be there at least 3.5 hours waiting for their turn. You can overhear the employees spending more time trying to upsell customers on their cable than just getting the job done. Ugh. So glad we don't have to deal with this company again. read more

they messed up my family's sign up for the 120$/month 4 lines + free home internet. wiped a phone even before we were done backing it up and transferring it over to the new phone. Then claimed all they did was just reboot, when i was clearly watching and they were reseting the phone, but he didn't realize since it was in a different language. Not our fault he didn't just change the language to English so he could know what he was doing. Also didn't add the home install we wanted, only the self install. How am i supposed to get 2 non-technical 60+ year old people to install a cable modem + router. yea definitely sucks. This store is terrible! I went in to try out spectrum mobile for one month, and they said they would give me a discount on my bill. They actually just downgraded my TV and internet package without telling me! I did not request a change to my TV and internet. When I went back, they wanted to charge me an extra $30 a month to get my original package back! I stopped by this Spectrum store with my cousin to pick up her modem for her new place. We got parking right in the front of the store and when we walked inside, they were not busy at all. A worker was able to help us right away and give her the modem. The store is very nice inside and spacious. The person who helped me was named Cece and she went above and beyond in terms of answering all my questions and helping me achieve what I came to do; which was to return my old equipments and purchase a new phone through a deal they have. The experience I had with Cece was very professional and she was extremely informative. I am shocked by this experience because I'm not used to having someone so helpful.
