He explained the process and how they would coordinate the work with my insurance company I pointed out leak stains around a skylight as well as on some ceilings. He contacted my insurance company and together they looked at the roof. In a few days, Andrew called me to say that the insurance company would cover the cost above my deductible for a new roof based on the damage they identified. Andrew explained every step of the process and gave me a date when they would start. The team worked efficiently for 2 days to remove all the old shingles and install new ones, as well as replacing some boards of the underlayment. While they were on the roof, I pointed out a problem with a gutter angle that caused water damage to windows below, and they cheerfully made the adjustment needed. They gave special attention to the laying of shingles around 3 skylights to ensure leaks were prevented. Afterward, Andrew sent in two painters to repaint areas of the ceilings where leak stains were visible, after carefully spreading drop-cloths ovet floors in those areas. They also did excellent work. At the end of the project, the roofing crew went over the yard to ensure all trash and nails were picked up. I can't say enough good about Andrew and the crew. They were so professional and friendly and went above and beyond all expectations, and I very highly recommend them.

They came in at the most reasonable price and something about Robert's personality struck me as trustworthy and friendly. So the first job was to replace a skylight - they were able to do so in 1 day. They tell you, smartly, to take art off the walls as the guys come through and I stupidly did not. They knocked one off my wall and had the glass replaced for no charge which was above and beyond IMO. The skylight has had no issues so far in the year I've had it. The second job I hired them for was a roof repair after damage from a winter storm. They again, were a bit lower than the other bids, and worked with my insurance company who had estimated lower than everyone to get my insurance to cover the delta so I only had to pay my deductible. The work again, was done in a day, and they sured up some loose bolts not related to the repair work they were doing, so again, above and beyond IMO. I will continue to use Robert and his team for any roofing issues or enhancements I want and from my two experiences with them, I can highly recommend these guys.
