I am a newly commissioned notary in the State of CA. I needed to have a notary bond issued quickly. I went to the web to search for a local company that could issue the bond on the same day. Subject: Concerns Regarding Customer Service and Policy Renewal I am writing to bring to your attention some issues that I have encountered with regards to my insurance policies as a customer of your company. I was previously a policyholder with Point Insurance, which I understand was acquired by In Zone Insurance. Recently, there was a mistake on your end which resulted in the cancellation of my policy. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance and renewal, I did not receive a satisfactory response. My attempts to contact Edison for urgent assistance went unanswered, leaving me frustrated with the lack of customer support. Due to this disappointing experience, I decided to explore other options and ended up renewing my policy with Mercury at a more competitive rate. Additionally, I recently faced a similar lack of responsiveness in regard to my son's policy, as my emails to Jaileen Quinonez, QPLS, have not been acknowledged. I believe that there is a definite need for improvement in your customer service department, particularly in responding to emails and calls in a timely manner. I urge you to consider enhancing your training programs to ensure that customers receive the attention and assistance they deserve.
