I called many times, then was asked to e-mail yo see of they could pull engine and replace engine harness on my 1990 300ZX NS. After 2 months and three emails later, they got back to me asking if I had a harness? (Available thru 20 different vendors at the click of the mouse.) Then they got back to me letting me know that they don't want the business because its too much risk. ???? I was told by many that they ARE the shop for Nissan cars in the NW. I understand its a big job for a layman like me, but a RACING SHOP? I am glad they were honest I guess. They just dont have the skill to do a bigger job. I have a good budget for this family heirloom. I know its very expensive. Stick to tunes and small bolt-ons guys. Don't make a new customer for life. Once this car goes back on the road, I'm going to do a lot of stuff, was hoping to have a good shop so I could use. I'll find one. I guess they are so busy with young racers, they don't need any more customers. Disappointed. read more

Took my car in because of rubbing but not clicking, on my front passenger side wheel. I told them it's most likely a wheel bearing. After an inspection they came back and said the axels were bad and would change them out alongside the wheel bearings, took them 6 weeks to get parts. I agreed, and when I got my car back, they said they only changed the axels but no bearing. They then told me they don't have the equipment to press out a bearing, which is absolutely ridiculous. I had to argue with them about refunding my money for the wheel bearing that I originally requested and were not installed. They eventually said they would give me a refund but left out the tax I paid for those parts, until I reminded them. Intec Racing is employed by a bunch of kids and their shop manager is a clown. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for work to be done. They will rip you off, guaranteed. My car still has rubbing noise like before. My 240 really needed a tune. It was running terribly. Made an appointment and had it there next week. Min, at the front desk was super chill and helpful. Tony was cool, spent some time working out some other issues the car had before putting it on the dyno. Thing idles perfect. Pulls really well now. VQ35 tune Intec tuned my FBO 2004 G35 6mt coupe yesterday. Starters I was extremely on edge due to my own little electrical issue I had the night before on my build. The car has 37k miles. I found it. Fixed it. And off to intec we went. I found this place recommended on the VQ forums. Without being to long winded I will say this shop has my upmost respect. I have been to tune shops that exclude you. Make a weird vibe and are kind of snobby. Then normal shops. Then there's this place. They are the first and only shop to touch the infiniti. They were very inclusive. Lawrence tuned my car. I was right there with him. His knowledge and demeanor brought me down from my stress filled 48 hour ordeal. He is simply just the guy you want in your car behind the numbers. The tune went great. Tony inside was great. They didn't overcharge. They were very upfront. It was almost as if I went to my buddies shop. This level of professionalism and straightforwardness are hard to come by these days. I can't give a big enough shoutout. Appreciate you guys. Looks like they paid to have my review removed a few years ago. Intec is a shady business. Went in to get my new advan rsd wheels installed and they ended up scratching up one of my rims pretty badly. This was no big deal because accidents happen. I was told that they'd order me a new rim to replace it. I was in college in Spokane at the time, so I ended up calling in a couple times a month to see what they were going to do. Their excuse was that because of the Tsunami, they weren't able to order the rims. Then they'd put me on hold and never coming back. They knew I was in Spokane and wasn't able to come into the store to follow up. Absolute scam artists and dishonorable business. read more

When it came to installing my turbo kit I overpaid they did a rush job things were not hooked up correctly they lost my wideband gauge my oil Temp sensor only finished installing my oil pressure gauge so 1 out of the 3 dump tube lose rattling like crazy did not hook up parts I brought and never tuned the car fully gave it back to me on waist gate 6psi said oh you have a broken engine mount I bought new mounts took it in to another shop turns out none of the mounts were broken they just did not have time to do my car I was rushed in and out of there like trash because I was not dropping 50k on a GTR read more

i've been going here for many many years with my money pit AE86. they were one of the few places to have a plethora of obscure jdm parts - silkroad, takumi project, volk, SSR, etc...it doesn't hurt that one of their shop cars is a gorgeous looking AE86. fills me with confidence that this man knows wtf he's talking about when it comes to our rear wheel drive corollas. don't let the size of this awesome little tuner shop fool you, they have a knowledgeable staff and are able to procure hard to get jdm parts. they've expanded to offering LED/HID offerings now on top of their parts and service. add in their in house dyno and it's practically a one stop shop. they've done quite a bit of work with my buddy's car club, Team Menace, as well. read more

I brought my Lexus in on Saturday to replace my brake master cylinder. The staff greeted me as I walked inside. Even with a busy schedule they were able to replace the master cylinder in the few hours I had before I had to leave. While waiting I saw their display of LEDs. I had a few questions about them and Cameron was able to answer them, and he also showed me the variety of LEDs they carried along with HIDs. The LEDs and HIDs they had were very well priced and a lot brighter than ones I had in my previous vehicles. I will be bringing in my other vehicles for service and to get lights installed. read more

During the year and some change I made a great friendship when you do business here you feel at home . They don't hide anything from you. They keep it 100!!
