Our little girl has made it a habit to evacuate once undressed for the visit.... generally on the office table but once right on the baby scale. We were embarrassed but the nurses laughed it off, assuring us it's a common occurrence :) We're always encouraged to breastfeed in the office after the visit- lifesaving when you have a hungry baby who recently emptied her tank. The front desk is always friendly, helpful and efficient. The offices are clean and brightly lit. The front office is decorated for the holidays and is very welcoming! My son actually had the same doctor that I had growing up for the first two years of his life. I was very sad to see her retire but not worried about finding a new doctor within the practice. We have been seeing Dr. Waterman for the last 3 years and now she sees my baby girl. She is so helpful and personable. She is very knowledgable and listens to all the questions that you can come up with. The new office expansion is great. It allows for extra rooms and they have enough toys and books in the waiting room that we actually stay after our appointments to play. But we are never waiting for more than a few minutes to be called back to our room. The nurses are fantastic. They are kind, patient and thorough. We all know it can be a whirlwind with kids but they always handle everything so smoothly. The nurses are very helpful over the phone and relay messages to the doctors in an appropriate time frame. Two generations have been going to this practice so it should be obvious that the doctors and the nurses are phenomenal.
