Dr Mills and her team at Integrative Veterinary Care are the best! Dr Mills is so thorough and compassionate and never rushes through an appointment. She makes sure the animals are comfortable. Our current senior dog and our previous dog, who are completely different in nature, have both received excellent treatment by Dr Mills and her team. Thank you!

July 4, 2020. MY Dog relaxing in his new backyard

Do not trust this Vet with your dogs life. My friend was caring for my newly acquired young recue dog after she did neutering surgery for him. I live in the Bay Area and she was the one vet that had an opening for this surgery. The dog was in a traumatized, confused and medicated state after surgery and snapped at my friend when she tried to put the protective collar on him. My friend then deemed my dog dangerous and took him, without my consent to dr mills to be put down and Dr Mills euthanized my dog without my consent or contacting me. She is extremely unethical and irresponsible and a danger to defenseless animals.

Our local vets didn't think it was possible. More key points I learned: (6) 50-60°F Cold compresses for 2 minutes, then (5) 105°F hot for 2 minutes. Start with cold & end with cold. This gets the blood moving in & out of the area. Warmth is inflammatory, that's why you need to start & end with cold. I bought a bunch of microwavable heat/cold pads. I would put the hot pads in a pot of hot water while using the cold pads to heat them back up. Make sure the urine stays clean looking (bladder emptied 2 or 3 times a day & antibiotics if an infection develops), the skin & genitals get cleaned & dried well to or not get a skin infection. Females - don't cross-contaminate by bringing feces bacteria to the genitals. Infection = sepsis Products I found helpful: cat waterless shampoo, A+D diaper rash ointment & skin protectant (vet recommended because no toxic zinc in it) , & Honey Pot anti-itch wipes.

She's super organized and virtual sessions work great. For animal energy healing sessions, she always deeply listens to concerns, issues. Her care is magical, I have seen so much improvement in my cat's health esp when she's going through rough times. For human reiki sessions, she starts with Tarot cards, and the scalar waves and more. I always feel relaxed post session. The animal reiki sessions have also helped me and deepened my relationship with my pet. I have been also fortunate to take her energy healing class and I have learned so much. i have used the techniques with my cat and I can see the difference it makes. I would highly recommend her! She stopped eating and we took her into the emergency vet. We had to put her down and it felt so sudden. It was a real shock. I cancelled my appointment with Charly, but then changed my mind and rescheduled it. During our session, she told me that the moment she received my request, Charlotte came through to her and said she was ready to go. This was a great comfort to me. She said many other things that deeply comforted me and confirmed that Charlotte's spirit will never leave me. I am still very sad, but this session helped tremendously. I also had a healing done for myself, which was so very helpful. I felt lighter and less devastated. I also felt Charlotte's spirit all around me. I highly recommend Charly for pet communication and healing for your fur baby or yourself. She is a very sweet and empathetic soul and I feel she is the real deal. I know there are skeptics and naysayers, but I don't care. This experience made a huge difference for me in my grieving process and connection to Charlotte.

Despite their best efforts, her veterinarian was unable to determine the cause because they didn't have the specialized equipment needed to perform an endoscopy and take a closer look. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment available at SAGE was a week away, which I completely understood given the demand for specialty care. In the meantime, Peaches needed immediate attention, so I took her to an emergency veterinary hospital in Fresno. There, they sedated her and discovered a foxtail deeply embedded in her vaginal wall. Although they removed it, they couldn't say with certainty that it was the sole cause of her symptoms and strongly recommended that we keep our appointment with the internist at SAGE. I'll admit that after reading some of the reviews online, I was worried that I might be pressured into unnecessary procedures or expensive treatments. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed. SAGE truly operates like a full-service hospital, with the equipment and specialists needed to address complex medical issues all under one roof. Most importantly, the care and professionalism we received were exceptional. Dr. Miller was absolutely amazing. He came into the room already familiar with Peaches' medical history and had clearly taken the time to thoroughly review her records before meeting us. That level of preparation immediately put me at ease. After examining Peaches, Dr. Miller explained that she appeared to be in very good health. He discussed the option of performing additional diagnostic procedures to investigate further and provided a detailed cost estimate. While the procedure was expensive, it was understandable given its complexity. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He told us that, based on her exam and improvement, he didn't feel additional procedures were necessary at that time. Instead, he recommended monitoring her closely and reassured us that if the bleeding returned, we could contact him directly and he would make himself available. His honesty, transparency, and genuine concern for Peaches meant so much to me. Rather than pushing unnecessary testing, he helped us make an informed decision that was truly in our dog's best interest. We also discussed some ongoing digestive issues Peaches has experienced over the years. Dr. Miller offered helpful recommendations, sent us home with food samples to try, and even offered to write a prescription should we decide to switch her diet. As pet parents, we all want veterinarians who are knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. Dr. Miller and the entire team at SAGE exceeded my expectations in every way. I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided to my sweet Peaches. Thank you, Dr. Miller and the entire SAGE team!

Dr. Beth Lieblick assessed everything quickly and chose the least invasive option first. After anesthesia, she was able to push the blockage down into his stomach so he could digest it naturally instead of going straight to a major surgery. Our dog stayed overnight for monitoring and came home the next morning safe and stable. Communication was clear the entire time, and the team was professional, calm, and genuinely kind during a very stressful situation. * In terms of cost, this is emergency care, so it is expensive. The initial diagnostic alone was around 1300 dollars. With bloodwork, X rays, anesthesia, the procedure, overnight monitoring, and medications, the estimate initially went up to 14000 dollars. The final total ended up being about 6600 dollars after adjustments. Even knowing emergency care costs more, it is still a financial shock when you are facing a possible life threatening situation for a family member. * We are giving 4 stars. The doctor and team absolutely deserve recognition for their professionalism and friendliness. The only reason we are taking off one star is the price. While we understand emergency care is costly, the numbers can feel overwhelming. Our advice is to get pet insurance if possible. If a bill in the thousands or potentially over ten thousand would be difficult, it is worth researching emergency options ahead of time. For us, what mattered most is that our family member came home safe.

So i emailed Herpaderp last night. I got a quick and friendly response and a request to send current time-stamped photos of the enclosure I had to offer to my new friend. I really like that they do that, definitely shows how much they care for their reptiles. Everything worked out great and my husband and I were able to go there today and meet up with Christian. He was super friendly. They had a very large designated room where they kept quite a bit of reptile friends, all in appropriately sized enclosures. All the reptiles looked relaxed and healthy with a super chill vibe. No one surfing or distressed. We had the privilege of walking around their beautiful yard where they have ample fruits and vegetables planted. We met some outside turtles in an awesome pond and a silly tortoise that followed us around the yard. We ended up adopting Chester, a spunky bearded dragon that was missing an eye. What he lacked there he makes up in personality. My husband and I were really impressed, and grateful for the work that these kind hearted people do. She was responsive to my calls and we set up a training date. During the call to set up the training, she made clear she uses positive reward training, which is what we wanted. We don't believe in yelling at the dog or shocking her and freaking her out. We had the training at my sister in laws, because that's where the problem happens, and also so my SIL could get in on how to fix the problem. Wendy was gentle, funny, pleasant, and most of all, knew her stuff.
