I went to Integrity last week to have my rotors replaced. I called ahead to price and talked to Craig, who was very nice and gave me some great information over the phone. When I went into the shop, I found he had noted my name and that I would be coming in sometime in the afternoon, so they were ready for me when I got there. That was awesome because I'm a full-time professional student and live out outside of Savannah, so I have very limited time and no other transportation options. The guys at Integrity were so efficient with my car, and I was in and out in somewhere around an hour or hour and a half. Craig checked out some other stuff on my car, without me having to ask, and gave me a heads up on timeframes for when I should get other things changed and even gave me some good quotes. The shop's a little hole-in-the-wall place that I flew past on my first go around, but size isn't everything. The staff definitely makes the place great, and the work ethic I saw in the short time I was there really solidified in my mind the fact that I had made a great choice in who I trusted with my car. What really sold me, however, was two days later when I got a phone call (which I sadly missed) and voicemail from Craig, who was calling to check up on me and how my car was running. I've never gotten a follow-up call from an auto repair shop before, and it made me happy that they actually cared to know about the quality of their job and how satisfied I was with it. I will absolutely be using Integrity Auto again for all of my car needs, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and classmates! read more

I was alone and heard a horrible clanging sound about 5 hours into my trip. It was getting dark and I was panic stricken. Thankfully, I made it to my hotel. It took me six months, but I finally found an auto repair center I can fully trust. Went in for some simple repairs and it didn't take long. Even witnessed an extreme rarity (World Class Customer Service). During my visit , I saw how they offered two customers a ride into town and one said he didn't have a way back. Thank God for Integrity Auto! Craig and Michael are polite and professional, such a huge plus, particularly for a female. I went in with my '98 Avalon to get my front right wheel bearing replaced and the cost ended up being less than the National average, per my Google search and comparison. They presented me with two options for parts, the first being of better quality and therefore more expensive. They advised that since my car is so old and has well over 200,000 miles on it, that it'd probably be in my best interest to just go with the cheaper part. What mechanic says that? Talk about true integrity, these guys are not trying to rip off their patrons or take advantage of women. I came back later that afternoon to pick up my car, it was ready when they said it would be, and they told me that they didn't have the cheaper part in stock, so they gave me the better one, but still for the cheaper price. Wow! Even my dad was impressed by their courtesy and service. Dad Stamp of Approval! My car drives so much better now, I'm so grateful I found this place. My boyfriend and I were on a cross-country road trip when we had a tire blow-out on 1-95 in Brunswick, GA, south of Savannah. I found Integrity Auto Repair on yelp and thought the reviews sounded great, so I frantically called them up to let them know we were coming after they closed. We had our tow truck drop the car off there. The next day, I told them I needed the car ready to drive by the end of the day or early the next day. My boyfriend and I didn't have a great place to stay in town and were eager to leave. Craig and his crew were awesome: they changed the tire, examined to any other damage, and advised me on some other non-essentials that I needed to be aware of. I appreciated that they didn't do anything without consulting with me and giving me a price quote, and they didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed. The quote was exactly what they charged. They seemed super honest, efficient, and patient. I kind of burst into their life like a tornado, with this crazy car and the need for it to be fixed right away, and instead of turning me away, or delaying my car's work, they treated me with honesty and respect. In my experience, finding a reliable independent shop is preferable to being beholden to a dealer's service dept. I initially selected Integrity based on their proximity to my home. I saw they were very positively reviewed on Yelp, so I decided to take my 2006 Mazda to them for some brake service, with the knowledge that some deferred maintenance on the suspension might need to be addressed. I left the car with Craig around lunch time. Within a few hours, he called to give me the diagnosis on the brakes (new pads and rotors needed) as well as reaffirming the suspension issue (new front strut needed). He priced everything out up front, and gave me several options in terms of what needs done, what should be done, and what could be done. Since his estimate for the suspension work was lower than a previous dealer quote, I decided to go ahead and do everything he recommended. Craig and the crew at Integrity had my car ready for me the next day. Everything was addressed, and nearly a week on I have not encountered any lingering issues. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and approachable. Like the name says, it seems they set out to run a shop that is straightforward, honest, and reliable. The work they did is warranted for 2 years/24k miles. Hopefully I won't need to go back for that, but it's nice to know they back up their service in writing. Overall, I had a very good experience with Integrity. They will be the first place I go next time I need my car fixed. read more
