I was in Savannah taking care of personal business and also servicing my son's car. It had intermittent switch problem for the driver side window as well as the trunk lid that needed two new hydraulic lifts replaced. Morgan and Craig were so helpful and accommodating. While I planned for an unfortunate expensive repair, we had to find the parts from Nissan which were hard enough to locate. Morgan went the extra mile to find the parts that were needed and we scheduled the repair. Once the technician did a proper investigation it was determined that the switch could be repaired without any new parts thus saving me a small fortune. The showstopper was when Morgan pointed out that in order to take the twist out of the seat belt was to swivel the seat belt base connection 360 degrees so it could be straightened out. Sometimes it takes a genius to figure out something that would be entirely obvious to someone that doesn't know what he or she is doing! LOL Again another zero $ cost to fix that put a smile on my face and allowed Morgan and I to laugh hysterically at how easily & quickly the problem was solved. Since I got tires and not something complex, it's hard to tell how good they are. On getting tires while on vacation: PRO's- - They got me in in two hours and checked my flat quickly to see whether it could be repaired (puncture in the sidewall = no go) - They ordered and sent someone to pick up my less common sized tires in just another two hours and called me as soon as they had them - Prices were comparable to what I'm used to - They have an overall attitude of actually caring and it shows CON: - It took over two hours to mount 4 tires..? - the guys at the front desk weren't über-knowledgable on comparing performance handling of available tires but .. if you have "that car," it's your job to know your car and options, not the random shop you hit on vacation. Took my 2014 Ford Fusion in to have some diagnostics completed on A/C issues. Got a recommendation from an associate that had work done there and Integrity stated they had a certified Ford technician, so I felt like I'd give it a try. Big mistake!!! They diagnosed the issue as a bad Aux Fan Assembly. I went ahead and had them replace the unit at, what I feel, was a reasonable cost of $1,040.46 after researching online to see what the average cost would be to do this type of work. One month later the same issue! Took it back since the part was under warranty. Eventually, they said they diagnosed the issue and said that it was a bad relay and wiring harness that was shorting the fuses. It would cost another $587.04 but they'd discount 90% of the labor. They only discounted the labor by about 35%. This trip to their shop took one week to finally get my car back! During that time communications was beyond poor. The only person that appeared to know what was going on was the Manager and he was never there when I called. Always had to call back to get an update. I have no issue paying for parts but when they miss diagnose the issue and it costs me more money for labor to correctly diagnose it and replace the part that was ultimately bad, that is not Integrity! When they say they would discount the labor by 90% and don't, well that's far less than Integrity. Integrity is not the right name for this shop! Everyone's experience is different so if you had a good experience great. Just wanted to make sure that people know they do not meet or exceed the level of Integrity I felt I should have received from them. read more

They are very reasonable, friendly, dependable, professional & do a great job! They always explain what was wrong with the car, what needs to be done & how much it will cost. They DO NOT rip you off, try to sell you what you don't need & run a tight shop in scheduling. Craig has always been accommodating & on my last visit, did not charge me for a service that would have cost me plenty elsewhere. Hate to ding your guys perfect review. I'm sure you guys do a good job on normal cars but if you have a performance car with performance rims do not go here. They gouged the crap out of my 1000 dollar BBS rims on my 2015 STI and didn't even offer to compensate me. If you know you can't do the rim just tell me you can't do it don't go and F my rim and then tell me you couldn't do it! Not happy at all!!! My rim is still not fixed. I was compensated 250 dollars to get my rim refinished not replaced. I would have to send 2 of my rims off to ATL with this company they recommended. Rent a car for a week and hope both rims come back in one peace. Seems like I would have to do all the foot work to get something that's not my fault fixed. Over all nice little place. I previously posted a review that was of a negative nature with regard to service I received at Integrity Auto Repair. After reading the review, Michael Mole of Integrity contacted me to let me know that he wanted to follow up with me and he was concerned that I had a problem after a repair was made. At that point I had moved out of town and had the issue resolved via another auto repair place. Even though he could have just left things as they were, Michael did some research and spent time trying to find out what had gone wrong. In addition, Integrity refunded all the money I had spent on the flawed repair. We suspect that a parts failure caused my problem. They fixed my rear hatch hydraulic lift and patched one of my tires that had a nail (after another place told me it didn't need to be). Be aware!!! Here is my horrific experience with this company: They completely overcharged to replace break lines and didn't even completely replace them (unbeknownst to me). Any beginner level mechanic knows that if there are rusty, leaky break lines that all of them should be inspected and replaced, which is what I thought they did. Come to find out they only replaced the front lines, and shortly thereafter (3 months) my rear line sprung a leak causing the vehicle to lose almost all my brake fluid. The exact same problem I brought the vehicle there for to begin with. It was a very dangerous situation to have occurred on the road. My wife was driving when it lost its brakes too... thankfully she wasn't hurt. The fact that the manager didn't want to replace these lines for fear of costing us, "hundreds more" is disgusting. He would rather risk her life than do the right thing. PS, it only cost $135 for the repair elsewhere not "hundreds" as he quoted. Not to mention my wife literally told them to fix 'everything' and the total bill was already near $2000. What is a few hundred more when it could prevent your customers from being seriously injured or killed? It's obvious they made a beginner level mistake, and they just don't want to take responsibility for it as far as the brake lines go. Now onto the other poor business practices customers should be aware of. They double charged for labor on various other repairs. They replaced my brake pads, calipers and rotors on the same visit, charging approximately $160 in labor for both the brake pads and calipers. You have to take the calipers off to get to the brake pads to begin with. So in essence they charged labor for things they already did. They literally charged each repair as if they did it, put it back together, and then took it back apart again. A very sketchy practice that most people these days wouldn't catch if they don't know what goes into these repairs. I have the unfortunate pleasure of having done every one of these repairs to one of my previous vehicles and some... The worst part about it is, I was deployed and they completely took advantage of my wife knowing that she doesn't know much about mechanics. If I was here, I could have put a stop to this poor business practice before it started. When I looked at the receipt when I returned home I was literally astonished. Never before in my entire life have I experienced such deceit and dishonesty from a company. What costed me "hundreds more" was having the rotors replaced unnecessarily and a job half done. They would have easily lasted another 10-20k miles. If not more if they had just turned them and not done a complete replacement. The mark-up this company does for their parts is just insane as well. The standard among most shops I encounter is about 15-20%. This one however is upwards of 75-125% depending on the part. I am completely disgusted with this auto body shop. There is no excuse for their poor business ethics. I ended up taking my truck to another repair shop and they replaced my rear brake LINES (not just hoses like the manager would like to suggest) for $135 total... The same repair Integrity charged me about $755 for parts and labor. The other shop was very helpful and honest (a welcome change). I asked to go back and look at what they were doing and he brought me back into their shop. He described in detail the repairs they were doing and the areas of concern... I showed him the receipt from 'Integrity' and he just shook his head stating how he doesn't understand how these places stay in business. In closing just be careful if you decide to use this shop. They will smile to your face while doing their best to rip you off behind your back. Know what you want done and how much it should cost before going in. I even suggest getting a quote elsewhere first. read more

Gotta stick with the five-star theme, no joke. There is a reason they have such great reviews! After a couple of weeks of refilling what I suspected was a slowly leaking tire nearly every other day, I went by Integrity this afternoon. They gave me a good time to return that wouldn't require me to sit around too long, so we ran some errands, grabbed lunch, and returned 2 hours later. My vehicle was promptly taken into the bay and the tire examined. They found not one but two nails, but were able to patch the tire for an excellent (low) price. I was out of there less than 30 minutes after arrival, and they even made sure that all the tires were properly inflated. Their waiting area is comfortable and they offer free beverages, and they are very courteous to everyone who walks in. I will likely take my vehicle there for regular service. read more

I rolled in here while on a road trip and showed up half an hour prior to their closing. They spent an hour trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and why the ebrake light was going off. In the process the guys realized my brake fluid reservoir wasn't holding the brake fluid and that a new master cylinder needed to be ordered (as my model doesn't come standard in shops and you can only get it from the dealer). We were stuck and Craig drove us to our hotel and then by 830 am the next day (after being open only for half an hour) I had a phone call telling me they found the part and with a cost estimate. These guys were truly great and I felt they were doing everything possible to help me get on the road safely and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. I would highly recommend this shop for other people seeking trustworthy mechanics. read more

We had always had good experiences with Integrity until this year. We took my husband's car in because the engine was misfiring. They fixed the problem, but then about 2 or 3 months ago, it started doing the same thing. We took it back. It was there for almost a month. They kept trying to fix it unsuccessfully. They kept saying, "This didn't work, but we're going to try this." When the next thing didn't work, they told they would call volkswagen and talk to someone there. This went on for a month. Finally, they said they couldn't fix it, and "gave us a deal on all the work they did." So finally, we take the jetta to the volkswagen dealership. They found the problem instantly. It was that Integrity had put the wrong spark plugs in when we took the car there after the first misfire and kept using the wrong parts. If you don't know how to work on a volkswagen, be honest with your customers. Don't try to fix the problem when you don't know what you're doing and then make it worse. I don't know remember how much we paid after the initial misfire. I would say after both visits, we've probably spent around $1100 for them initially put the wrong parts in and mess it up. Especially if you have a foreign car, DO NOT USE INTEGRITY. read more

UPDATE ...After having the car back for a week noticed a noise in the rear, brought it back and was fixed right away, muffler bracket was loose. No charge. As a new customer, they did a full inspection of my car with an oil change and tire pressure check for around 30 bucks. And on top of that, they told me something another car shop told me was "probably an oil leak" was total baloney (!) saving me from wasting money on what could have been a 600 "fix." I knew I needed new tires going in the first time, so after my inspection, they printed out a few options for me to think over and research for as long as I needed (I think I took almost a month, oops) before deciding, and there was no pressure to go for something fancy or unnecessary. I love this place. We've been to them only 3-4 times but each time their customer service has been insane. Last week I was told by Savannah tire that I would need 4 new tires. I wanted to call Integrity to get a second estimate. The guy I spoke to at Integrity pulled up our last inspection report and told me that at that time, the tires looked totally fine and that we probably didn't need new ones. The tire prices were comparable but I would absolutely go to Integrity because I trust them. Their waiting area is really nice, too, which is good if you only have one car like me and need to spend some time waiting. And the first time I came here, around a year ago, I had planned to drop my car off and ride my bike back home (I'd put my bike in my car). The guy working offered to drive me home.
