Wonderful experience! Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care!…read more Went in for an oil change on a Jaguar XF P300. Service was great. Not a long wait. Very happy! I will be coming back!

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair! When I brought my car in it was…read moreperfectly drivable but vibrating at rest. I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle!

0 Integrity from this shop: I had a disappointing experience with Tyler, the salesman at this shop…read more I visited a year ago because my brakes were making noise. They recommended that I replace the front brake pads, which I did, but the noise persisted. I was advised to give it some time for the new brake pads to settle in. Last week, I returned for another inspection of the brakes due to the ongoing noise. This time, they suggested changing the rear brake pads and rotors. After that, the noise actually got worse, so I made a quick turnaround and brought the car back. They suggested that the front brake rotors might need replacement. While they recommended service based on mileage, they failed to point out any other issues with the braking system. When I took my car to another shop for an oil change, I mentioned the brake noise. The mechanics there immediately noticed that hardware was missing from the front brake pads and installed new hardware (previously installed by Integrity 1st). I called Integrity that same day, but they were closed for the weekend. I went out of town from Monday to Thursday and returned on Friday. Integrity 1st inspected my vehicle and found that the rear rotor needed replacement (the one they just replaced a week ago), as well as new brake pads and rotors for the front. Additionally, they discovered that my emergency brake was damaging the hardware, which also needed to be replaced. They guaranteed that if I paid them another $1,200, they would resolve all these issues. I explained that the car hadn't been driven enough to cause this damage and questioned why these problems weren't noticed the week before. Tyler offered the excuse that such damage could occur in just a day. After this experience, I have decided not to return to Integrity and will be taking my vehicles to another location. I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop, as it ultimately reflects poorly on all mechanics and their partner shops.
