I decided to rent my house out and in preparation for the new tenants moving in, I contacted Tim from Integrity Cleaning Services to clean my wood, tile, and carpet floors. Tim was extremely professional and thorough in all that he did. I installed the tile 3 years ago brand new and have never seen it shine the way it did after Tim cleaned it. I highly recommend Tim. He is very friendly, accommodating & most importantly gets the job done right. I just had My carpet cleaned 6 months ago from a different guy & the stains reappeared. When I told Tim that, he explained how it's supposed to be done, he walked me through the whole process, showing me what carpet stains can & can not be taken out (some of my carpet stains are from nail polish which I know can't come off), but he still tried several times to take out the stains and even the nail polish stain doesn't look so noticeable anymore. His son Tyler works so hard as well, they really did a good job and spent time cleaning the carpet stains... I reluctantly write this review. I've used Tim (proprietor) and Tyler (his son and protégé) for about four years now. The work ethic, respect for timeliness, quality of work and prices are all fantastic. If I'm to be perfectly honest, the reason for this review is simply because I'm selfish. The ability to get an appointment within days, or an emergency appointment almost immediately, frankly made me wary of 'sharing' the wealth. I figured the more people who knew about this amazing resource, the longer I'd have to wait to get an appointment, and prices might be raised. My motivation was both selfish and unfair. I couldn't recommend this company more highly and when we move, I'll try to entice them to come to our new home by paying more for their inconvenience. My moms laminate wood floors haven't been professionally cleaned in 15 years, the wax and grime was very thick and old, to my surprise they were able to remove it completely.
