Nate did a great job with the carpet cleaning! I originally heard of Integrity Carpet Cleaning through another service (unfortunately, I jumped the gun on a groupon for a carpet cleaning company that was booked out about a month and several companies that I contacted had me just outside of their service area). I originally just called to see about the schedule as I needed to have my carpets professionally cleaned before my lease ended and waited until the last minute. He had a last minute cancellation and returned my call ASAP to see if the time worked well for me. Nate explained the process a bit and gave me some conservative expectations seeing as our apartment had been "well-lived in" for the better part of 4 years. The carpets turned out even better than expected! The cost of cleaning was on par with other services in the area, but it was way more cost efficient than paying the apartment's management company to book a carpet cleaning. I called Nate at integrity because a friend said he did a good job. I was very pleased with his work, he got all of my old stains out that the last company couldn't get out. There was an old safe that the previous home owners had on the carpet and it left a large rust stain. For years other companies told me it could not be removed. When Nate was finished it was gone. I used a site called thumbtack. It is one of those sites that you get multiple bids from different people on. I got 5 bids and most of the companies had fine reviews as did integrity cleaning. He was little less expensive then most of the others. Service was great, he got all of the stains out of my carpet, including stains the company from last year couldn't!
