Integrity came and changed an air conditioning heating system. The cost was over $10,000, and one year later we were having problems. They guaranteed their work for one year and it was about two weeks after the one year mark where we had a leak. Another plumber came in and told us that the job was never completed. Integrity ended up coming back and charging us another $2500. We still have problems. Now we want to sell the house and we are told that the work that was done on this air conditioning heating system was not done correctly. I would highly NOT recommend them! I am giving Integrity Cooling & Air Conditioning a low rating due to their high prices and failure to follow up as promised and then refusing to answer phone calls and messages. The work quality was not an issue and was performed satisfactorily. I called them to get an electrician to come out to my rental which was located 10 minutes from their office. I told them my breaker was bad, sent them a picture of it and Greg sent out one of his electricians. He told me the charge would be $480. I asked him why it was so high just to replace a breaker and he said there was a "130 dispatch fee" included in that price. Even subtracting that from the total, the cost would have been $350 which is high. In San Jose, California where I spend part of the year and is one of the most expensive places to live, I just had the same work done for $280. Why am I being charged $130 for a "dispatch fee"? This is ridiculous. All he did was answer the phone and send a guy out. No electrician that I have ever used charged a "dispatch fee". This is the ultimate in greed! Nevertheless, I agreed to the $480 since I needed to get the work done quickly. The electrician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new breaker, found that there was a short on the back of my oven and fixed that. Total time spent was 55 minutes from the time he came to the time he left. His electrician punched numbers into his computer and came up with $516 due to the additional 5 minutes he spent looking for the short. Again, total time on the job was 55 minutes of which 5-10 minutes was spent on his computer trying to compute the bill. I called Greg and told him the price was exorbitant and greedy and asked him to give me a fairer price. He said he would talk to his worker and get back to me the next day. I waited a week and no call; I called Greg and he said he forgot but said he would talk to his worker. I called him again a few days later since I did not hear back from him, and he said he hadn't gotten to it yet. I called him 2x more, he didn't answer, I left messages for him to call me back and he never did. The price was way in excess of normal pricing, the increase for $480 to $516 was unjustified, his lack of follow-up and not returning calls was unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. I'm surprised to read all the poor ratings, as this company was one of the best suppliers of services I've used and owning three houses I've had a lot of experience with different suppliers over the last several years. They installed a new heat / pump for me and being a top brand and size I found their prices, not cheap, but quite reasonable to other vendors I've used,. I wanted the heat pump thermostat tied into my zoned thermostat for my boiler as a back up system and though the work was very complex they were able to do it after several hours work that they did not charge for. I found everyone I worked with from the company very polite and pleasant through out the job and would have no hesitation of highly recommending this company for HVAC work based on my experience with this company. read more

Charged $550+ dollars to install a $54.00 dollar thermostat! The guy showed up and spent about 15 mins on it! I called to ask owner for itemized invoice and he never called back... "Integrity"???? NOT!!!! read more

It could be a 5 star review; pending completion of job. So far, excellent job. A friend recommended them on a Saturday afternoon and I texted them that evening. Timely response on Sunday and arrival on Monday AM. $99 service fee explained/agreed to, work started immediately and problem narrowed down and multiple options explained. Choose option, work started and then am issue arose that requires two people. Workers returned next day (today, 7/9/19) and are addressing the issue. He brought his assistant with him to come change freon and fix a small leak. I was charged labor for two people when the job only requires one person. One tool was forgotten and he had to drive back to his office to grab it. Although, his assistant who forgot the tool was filling my unit with freon it would not take nearly 1/2 hr to complete. I was charged for that time. The best part was that I told my them my unit needed freon when I booked the appointment and the tool is not a obscure one. read more

Our heating system failed and did not work, called a guy a called bill who showed up the same day!!! I could not believe how great his service was and how professional his whole team was, he got me up and running in one day, I really recommend you guys to use him as he is very honest. I had Integrity Heating install a Lennox Heat Pump and Air Handler. The compressor stopped working. I decided to call a repair company that is Lennox trained. The new company informed me the entire system was mismatched and was not communicating with each other because the incorrect air handler did not match with the compressor. The new company was shocked at how the unit was the unit was hooked up. They rewired the unit even though it was mismatched and got it working again. The new repair company told me that was done so the Integrity Heating could make more money by not matching the units. Bill is totally incompetent and has no idea of what he is ding. I had to junk my original heat pump because after spending $1000 on repairs he had no idea how to get my old unit to work.. Find another company who is more honest and know what they are doing. read more

This is really a two and one half star review. Yes, they were able to come right away and fix my central air/heating unit and that was great. Unfortunately, I think I was overcharged for the capacitor they had to replace and they were very pushy about selling me upgrades and replacements that I'm not so sure I need just yet. read more

This is really NO stars. I had service all form integrity air conditioning and heating located on Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509. Feeling that I was overcharged I decided to do some research about the company. There were several complaints about the exorbitant prices on yelp.com I needed a condenser for my outside unit. I was charged $355 for this repair plus a $149 house call. He then started to tell me that I had a leak and he wanted to do a test that was about $880. That's when I started to feel that he was not being honest. When I decided not to do this test he said that he could put in 4 pounds of Freon that was $124 per pound. I told him to finish the capacitor and was not interested in anything else. He told me that the unit is not going to cool off the house. Well the unit is fine and it has been 13 months since the repair. Later I spoke to a friend that told me of a similar experience with Integrity Heating and cooling. He was charged the same amount. A condenser, which he found out cost about $40. I checked with other area A/C specialists and their prices ranged from $190 to $265. He makes me sign an acceptance of work agreement threatening all kinds of legal action if I take legal action. I feel so ripped off. read more
