They guaranteed their work for one year and it was about two weeks after the one year mark where we had a leak. Another plumber came in and told us that the job was never completed. Integrity ended up coming back and charging us another $2500. We still have problems. Now we want to sell the house and we are told that the work that was done on this air conditioning heating system was not done correctly. I would highly NOT recommend them! If I could, I would not even give them one star

The work quality was not an issue and was performed satisfactorily. I called them to get an electrician to come out to my rental which was located 10 minutes from their office. I told them my breaker was bad, sent them a picture of it and Greg sent out one of his electricians. He told me the charge would be $480. I asked him why it was so high just to replace a breaker and he said there was a "130 dispatch fee" included in that price. Even subtracting that from the total, the cost would have been $350 which is high. In San Jose, California where I spend part of the year and is one of the most expensive places to live, I just had the same work done for $280. Why am I being charged $130 for a "dispatch fee"? This is ridiculous. All he did was answer the phone and send a guy out. No electrician that I have ever used charged a "dispatch fee". This is the ultimate in greed! Nevertheless, I agreed to the $480 since I needed to get the work done quickly. The electrician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new breaker, found that there was a short on the back of my oven and fixed that. Total time spent was 55 minutes from the time he came to the time he left. His electrician punched numbers into his computer and came up with $516 due to the additional 5 minutes he spent looking for the short. Again, total time on the job was 55 minutes of which 5-10 minutes was spent on his computer trying to compute the bill. I called Greg and told him the price was exorbitant and greedy and asked him to give me a fairer price. He said he would talk to his worker and get back to me the next day. I waited a week and no call; I called Greg and he said he forgot but said he would talk to his worker. I called him again a few days later since I did not hear back from him, and he said he hadn't gotten to it yet. I called him 2x more, he didn't answer, I left messages for him to call me back and he never did. The price was way in excess of normal pricing, the increase for $480 to $516 was unjustified, his lack of follow-up and not returning calls was unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. Buyer beware!

It worked for about a day and then the next morning we awoke to the condenser fan running but not compressor action; the dual-cap was shot, and the temperature in our house was raising quickly during the heat wave. We called Beluga and Jason was at our house within a few hours. Replaced dual-cap with higher quality replacement and our A/C was replaced before we had time to be stressed about it going out! Jason was awesome, authentic, and communicative. Our third transaction with Beluga, and we've been pleased with all of them. Maybe 4 stars for total charge being on the high range, but sticking with 5 for excellent quick same-day service. 4.5 rounded up to 5! 2026: Called Beluga for regular HVAC preventative maintenance and to have additional safety shutoffs installed in attic unit. Water was found leaking from the flue leaving the inducer outlet. I was not happy with the technician's expertise, practices, or knowledge while troubleshooting the water problem, nor did I have confidence the problem was fixed after a limited effort to get the water to stop leaking temporarily. The next day, the furnace was not working due to ignition lockout error codes and the flue was still leaking from when the furnace would run for a short time. I believe that something was damaged while the tech aggressively checked for leaks of the inducer, blaming it on a missing screw that was not in fact missing. So I was NOT happy with the service provided in this initial visit and it would've rated a 0-star review. HOWEVER, once speaking with Billy the owner and communicating the situation, he sent Erich on two visits to fix the leak, replace the inducer motor, and the electronic control board with no charge to me. After these visits, everything was restored to working order and the customer service I received recovering from the intial frustating encounter was beyond excellent. Service snafus are going to happen from time to time. How they are handled I believe is really how a company should be rated, and Beluga handled my problems amazingly. My two other encounters in 2025 and just recently, along with how this was handled, allows me to comfortably rate Beluga with 5 stars even after the failed service visit. Prior service from 2025: Billy, Donnie G., and the whole Beluga team were great dealing with my leaking heat exchanger. Donnie was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and forthright with what the possible issues, scenarios, and fixes could be. We had to do a return visit to fully fix the problem, but this was well understood by me from the get-go that it might be necessary and overall thought the cost of the total repair was reasonable. It was nice to have a contractor in the home that I felt I could trust and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Beluga for your HVAC needs. Thanks, guys!

They flooded my ceiling. That I just had fixed. And they were very expensive, so do not use drain snake drain company. I had no choice because of my complex. And I knew they were gonna blame it on me. Because they both worked together, they both scams. The drain company and the manned Heritage Hills management. First of all, there's no inside drain that costs $433 to clock to unclog. It was an outside drain. But they're so unreliable in such liars and scam artists that they blame everything on the homeowners. So don't use theirs use b and j's because they talked to me that night. And they told me that it was an outside pipe that if they came on a saturday, they would have to charge me extra money, so they were nice enough to be honest and they came back monday. But it was all done.So if they would have came back monday earlier, I would have had it done for half the price.Probably snake drain company is a ripo. That's because they deal with management.Heritage hills management, because they're a total rip off too. What we do is assessments, and have to pay increases. All the time and get nothing done. And when we be a one man said they start a project and they leave it, and then they start another one, it's true. They do have to paint us falling off half the houses and half the paint on some of the houses are different color green
