Stephen was amazing! We were in GA for the Christmas holiday on our way west and had an issue with the LP in our rental RV. No heat and no gas for cooking - we were basically dead in the water. We were headed to colder climes and really needed our heat to work. The rental company had no service locations anywhere near us, so we had to fend for ourselves. We tried calling a few of the big name RV repair places, but there was "no room at the inn" such as it were. I described the issue via text and Stephen confidently said he would be able to fix it at our campsite the next day... which was Christmas Eve! He arrived on time and immediately assessed the issue. His knowledge was invaluable in brainstorming with the propane attendant to fully resolve our problem. We once again have heat and the ability to cook, a true Christmas miracle! Stephen initially came across as friendly and knowledgeable, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Scheduling was the first major issue. I repeatedly explained my availability, and Stephen would tell me he was free, only to later cancel, become unavailable, or respond hours after our agreed-upon time. This happened multiple times over several weeks and prevented me from using my camper on several planned camping trips. When he finally arrived, after saying he'd be ready at 12, it was around 6:00 PM without the "mobile shop truck" he had described, and he brought his two children. Without the truck, he was missing parts and equipment he later said he normally carries, including the PVC fittings for the repair and his battery tester, which led to additional delays and supply runs. He then commented that it was getting dark and there wasn't enough daylight to work. I hired Stephen to resolve three main issues so I could finally get my camper back on the road: a major plumbing leak that I believed may have been caused by winter freeze damage, battery issues, and a broken rear latch. The battery issue was never repaired. I ultimately did much of the troubleshooting myself before Stephen agreed the batteries needed to be replaced. The rear latch was never fixed. Although I had already identified two of the broken PVC fittings, Stephen spent over an hour diagnosing the plumbing before leaving to get parts. He later had to leave again after forgetting another item, and I was billed for that time as well, even though it ultimately wasn't needed. I also pointed out another PVC fitting that I was concerned about, but Stephen dismissed it. He later acknowledged it was cracked, but I chose to repair it myself rather than schedule another paid visit, including another 175 travel fee, for what turned out to be about a 15-minute repair. In total, I was billed over $650, including about three hours of labor at $165/hour. Before the original visit, I was never informed of the hourly labor rate or the $175 service/travel charge. At the end of the visit, the only completed repair was replacing three PVC elbow fittings, while the battery issues and rear latch remained unresolved. When I questioned being billed for the additional time spent making supply runs, Stephen defended the charges and only offered a small reduction. After I paid, communication effectively ended. He also left my camper partially disassembled, with screws, trim, and other components left out instead of putting everything back together. The most frustrating part is that my camper is still unusable. I spent additional money on parts based on Stephen's recommendations, he got rude with me, and I was ultimately blocked when I tried to move forward with the remaining promised work. I have no problem paying professional rates when they're communicated upfront and the work reflects the cost. Unfortunately, after weeks of scheduling delays, more than $650 for the initial visit, additional money spent on parts, and a camper that is still unusable, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. read more

So there I was stuck on the side of 285 on a Sunday at 230 in the afternoon with 3 broken leaf springs on one axle of my 5th wheel trailer. Towing insurance was of no help. Had two different RV dealerships, try and pin point a leak, was told both times it was coming from the shower. He found out where it was the first time, while he was out here, he went ahead and touched up where a dealership didn't caulk the roof all the way after a repair, then flipped my max air vent in the right direction also a dealership mistake. He's is cordial and thin enough to get where most techs can't! I think a lot of problems can't be diagnosed due to being out of shape, Stephen's a good ol'boy that can get it done quickly and correctly. Stephen doesn't talk like a car salesman or try to sound like a Yankee. That's a big deal! people who are from the south,that talk like Yankees usually depend on slick talk rather then workmanship. read more

Stephen is the man! I am a complete novice when it comes to RV's, so when I was looking to buy a 1984 camper van, I hired All-Pro to do a pre-purchase inspection. Stephen was punctual, thorough, and didn't waste any time. I wish my experience had been even 1/8 of all the wonderful reviews I have read, but it was not. November 10, 2015: Suffice it to say he forgot I was bringing my 5th wheel to him and I waited 3 1/2 hours for him to get home. He WAS stuck in traffic, but he still had forgotten about me. During that 3 1/2 hours, I got stuck in his lawn he told me to park in and had to pay a tow truck to get me out (not reimbursed by my insurance). He was very apologetic and seemed like a nice guy. The next day he told me he didn't have room for my RV, and suggested a nearby campground. I do live in my RV, but had family I could have stayed with. November 16, 2015: I hadn't heard from him so I sent a text to ask when he would be able to repair my RV. I had a major leak that I felt was urgent to get repaired. November 19, 2015: He finally responded by giving me the name and number of another repair person, but told me he would come over later the next day. November 21, 2015: Didn't come over on the 20th like he said he would and I didn't hear from him until this morning. He said he would come over today. I told him I wasn't going to be there and I didn't hear back from him November 22, 2015: Someone knocked on my door in the morning but I was detained in the bathroom and couldn't answer. I found the keys I had left him on my steps and texted him, asking if that was him that knocked. It was. He stated his sons had been sick all weekend and that he had tried to call me. I had not received any calls, nor were there any missed calls on my phone. December 2, 2015: I never heard from him after November 22nd and I had hired someone else to fix my leak after having my bedroom soaked numerous times by all the rain. It was still leaking so I sent another text to let him know that the guy he recommended to me was in Florida, and that I thought my leak had been fixed, but I was being flooded again. I wanted to see if he had time to help. I never heard back. I hired another person and he finally found the leak. He came over the day after Christmas with his boss and they determined exactly what parts to order. I was told it would be just a few days. Well, guess what? That guy must have dropped off the ends of the earth because here I am, 4 months later, it's raining, and my leak is not fixed!!! I tried contacting him too, with no response. Lessons: 1) Have extremely, over the top communication, and probably no texting. 2) Never depend on anyone in the Ball Ground, Jasper, or Talking Rock areas to follow through with an RV repair!! Quite stressed out right now. In tears because of money. I had a complaint about flooring being squishy on 5/25/2021 I requested flooring problem being funny. Not stable. I asked if they could look at it. "Sure" . Instead of looking at flooring testing things they made a very bad remark about females not knowing what they are talking about. Charged me a lousy $150( of hard earned money) for like what... 6 screws? Shit I could do that myself I wanted you to look in the RV belly not stare at me and make me humiliated about being a fucking female. I'm so tired of boys thinking they are better then women. I had a bad situation with another company renovating my RV and after 4 weeks they failed to not finish the job and what they had started was lousey work. Scott is a phenomenal mechanic! He arrived promptly and showed me exactly where the problem was as he explained it thoroughly. It was as I thought and my transmission was gone (It's a class 3 RV-so I wondered if a mobile mechanic could even do this in a driveway). Well, he did! You know that terrible feeling you get when your RV has a major problem and you are hundreds of miles from home trying to enjoy yourself? Well, if you call Stephen at All-Pro Mobile RV Repair that feeling disappears. I'm on the golf course and my wife calls to say the kitchen hot water faucet just "blew up" and water is going everywhere. We shut off the water and called Stephen. He tried to talk me through a self-repair to save us the money of a service call, but I didn't have the right tools (or skills). Stephen said he would be out the next day around noon, and sure enough he came, replaced the faucet and saved our vacation. We evacuated our home in Swansboro NC ahead of Hurricane Florence and drove to the McKinney Campground in Ackworth, GA. Once there we smelled burning electrical and then lost the water heater in our rented Winnebago. We were under so much stress that having a comfort system fail was just another item to pile onto our fear and concern about getting back home to coastal NC. I was desperate late Saturday night to get hot water for my wife to get her some minuscule comforts of home, so I called Stephen at All-Pro after reading the great reviews. I cannot tell you have happy I was that Stephen called right back and said he was there to help. Stephen came to our campsite during the rain and he found the problem right away.
