We bought a camper here on February 28, 2024. We told them what we were looking for and they let us look at the campers in our budget and description. We worked with Gloria during the buying process and Candice afterwards. The buying process was pretty straight forward. Gloria was nice and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she asked for us. Chris gave us a super quick run down of how things in the camper work. I will note, we are first time camper owners and had a lot of questions. Chris just told us to Google any questions we had. We paid the extra $800 demo fee for the "tour/tutorial," sewer hose, adapters, etc. Our camper did not come with a pin for the hitch. Chris said we didn't need one. (We later found out this is very important.) They also didn't have the proper hose so we had to go back later the next week to pick a proper one up. The main problem we had was the timeliness of them submitting the paperwork for our tags to the tag office. We were not given temporary tags, which seemed a little weird. We had to call and text multiple times only to be given the run around. Finally after 54 days, from the day that we bought the camper, they turned in the paperwork to the tag office and I was able to pick up the tags the next day. I wish I would have read reviews on the different platforms before we purchased through them. However, we got caught up in the excitement of getting a new camper. They do not seem to have a good track record and I would not go through them again. I did report them to the BBB and I plan to leave reviews on multiple platforms. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all the way around. STAY AWAY!!! Be aware they have a lower price on the website, but charge a $1995 dealer fee, another $899 dealer fee, and force you to get a hitch for another $699 that costs around $300. They also want you to put a deposit, but charge you a 4% credit card fee as well. They will fill out the paperwork and not give you signed copies. There is a packet pre-made with all the documents. I wrote on the bill of sale that they would give me a copy of a roof inspection. They put white out over it when they sent it via email later. Just got the slimy car dealer vibe with the way they did everything. On top of that it seems most of their units are older models that have been sitting around for years. We have many issues with the trailer. One we noticed while onsite was the water heater and the tech tried to resolve. Part way through he left without saying a word. I saw him getting into his car and followed him. He started cursing about the owner saying how he told him to leave that he would not pay overtime. Sadly as I was there waiting. He left and another girl came out with attitude. She said how she had so much training on the water heater and that you turn off the gas and flip the gas switch on for the water heater. When it does not see gas the electric will turn on. We tried that for 20 minutes and it did not work. I thought that was a idiotic idea, but I did not want to fight with her. I pulled out a surge strip to plug into another outlet and pugged in the water heater. I then proceeded to turn on using the switch I saw from youtube. She got mad and stomped off saying if I was not going to listen to her she would not help. We left that on and the heater started to work. The owner then spoke with me and said he would fix it next week, and see about delivering it to me. After the mess I just went through. I told them to put it back together as I did not trust them to fix it, or deliver it to me. I kind of wanted to just get my money back and leave. That was a good decision as I went to a repair shop and they took about 15 minutes to troubleshoot the power and found the wire was not connected to the breaker properly. After he hooked up again the heater started to work. I was told if the tech hooked up the water heater to the fridge outlet, as he was trying to do that the breaker would have kept popping. That would have been too much draw on the circuit. So beware having them do any work if you buy from them or not. To make it worse this was purchased on October 19, and they have still not filed the paperwork with the DMV for the sale. This was supposed to happen after 30 days, and we are now at 90. It just shows how bad of a dealer they are. I will include some good numbers if you do not heed the warning, and purchase anyway. I have called all three to lodge complaints. Went with cash to buy. Wanted name and number up front before looking at camper. Don't like to give phone number out like that because it just starts phone calls. But signed I up anyway. Then they were wanting to get a salesman. I told them we just wanted to look around, didn't need a guided tour. Said salesman has to go with you. We just left. At the end of March 2022 we visited Super Deals. We spent a little while looking at campers and talking with the gentlemen about them. After we had decided which camper we wanted, one of the gentlemen stated that we would have to call the financing manager to discuss with him. The finance manager got on the phone with us and said that they would need a $500 deposit in order to hold the camper for us. After the deposit was paid to them in cash, they brought out a hand written piece of paper and had us sign it stating that we paid the deposit. I thought it was kind of strange for them to hand write a receipt but didn't let it bother me too much since they seemed like very nice people. The finance manager said that he would start working on our paperwork first thing the next morning. We were so excited to get our new camper. When the next day came around, we never heard from them. We tried for several days in a row to reach them by phone but every time we called they would say that the finance manager wasn't in and that he would call us back. After about a week of this same thing happening, I decided to take a ride down to Super Deals unannounced. I was able to catch the finance manager off guard. It was as if he was confused and didn't know why I was there. He then decided to pull up our info on the computer and make up some bs as to why it was taking so long. Before I left Super Deals that day, I told the finance manager that we would just hold off on buying from them. He stated that my deposit would be sent back to me within 30 days. Around December 16th 2022, I contacted Super Deals to let them know that we still had not received our deposit back. I was told that I needed to go onto their website and fill out a form in order to get our money back. She also told me that she was looking at the books and could see where we paid the deposit. I proceeded to their website and filled out whatever form that I could find to fill out, since there was no actual form for a deposit refund. After submitting the forms I was contacted via email by the same woman that originally told me to get online and fill it out, which I thought was strange considering she's the one who told me to submit it. Super Deals response via email: "Good Afternoon Mr. Rossman, As I explained when you called, our accounting department which is located at our main office in Temple will not reopen until after January 3rd due to the holidays. Once the department has reopened, someone will contact you regarding your deposit refund as they will have to issue you a check since your deposit was paid by cash on March 31. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns." This response just made me even more frustrated considering I was never told about "the accounting department". I was told that the OWNER was the one who needed to verify our deposit and write us a check. Now I'm guessing that the owner himself is the accounting department?? When I emailed them back and told them that I would just drive to the main location and pickup the money in person, I was sent another email back stating that if I showed up to the main office demanding our money back, that the police would be called. It is now January 6th and I have not received any form of communication from them since the emails were received. I sit here thinking about how they took our money and spent it however they wanted. It's obvious that Super Deals cares more about the money than the customers. We were prepared to pay all cash for a camper from them but after being told so many different things and taken advantage of, I'm glad we didn't. we purchased a travel trailer from here what we got was a very nice trailer that we've used several times since the purchase everything worked, except for the black tank sensors which we were able to fix in under an hour. We purchased a motor home from these knuckleheads back in March 2023. This was a cash deal, no warranty expressed or implied as it was used and I refuse to let anyone touch any vehicle that I own. We had already reviewed this dealership and knew their reviews were horrid. But, I figured since I was paying cash, and required no follow on support after the sale, this would be an easy transaction. I mean what's so complicated about selling an item with all the proper paperwork. Read on. Upon viewing the RV we made a deal, in writing, with "Bobby's" (Bobby Kahn) agreement. On the buyers order I stated that the deal was cash, pending a systems check and road test. We put down an $1000 deposit. Around two weeks later I had a bank check in hand and scheduled a return date. We arrived and they had the RV opened up and was hooked up to power and water. We went through all the systems verifying their functions. The left rear leveling jack didn't operate but I knew I could fix it and the estimated repair cost was deducted from the sale price. They cut me a check for the previous deposit and an additional amount. Test drive and and a full systems check complete, it was now time to do paperwork. This is where things went awry. When I asked about the title, I was told by "Candice" that it was "their/Bobby's policy" (Babar "Bobby" Kahn) to mail the title out. I thought this was odd but figured their may be a clerical step that needed to be taken after we paid. I've bought many vehicles in my life, and several times when buying from dealers, the titles came later. After all, a motor home is a vehicle. I required them to provide me with a dealers drive out tag with a 45 day time limit so that we would be legally to use the RV immediately. (we are fulltime and it would immediately be our home after moving in from our older RV, which was already sold) They did provide the temp plates, but only after clearing it with (Babar "Bobby" Kahn) first. We left the dealer ship with enough paperwork to legally get it home in central Georgia. After about two weeks I started calling the dealership requesting an update on the title. In Georgia, it rarely takes longer that that for a title to be mailed. In our case. I wasn't registering it in Georgia, so it didn't need to go through the state to be transferred to me. I made multiple calls for the weeks and months after with no return calls every time I did talk to Candice, she was waiting on Bobby to sign the title. ALWAYS FRICKIN BOBBY!! About the first of July I finally received the title from Stuper Deals and wholly, what a a mess! Turns out the RV was a repossession out of Miss. financed by a credit union in Alabama. The lean release section wasn't cleared by the CU and the MM's at stuper deals, Babar "Bobby" Kahn, did not want to spend the money or extend the mental energy to fix the title. So, the paperwork wasn't valid and I couldn't add it to my LLC until it was. At this point, I knew the mental midgets at stuper deals were of no use. I proceeded to make call after call to my LLC for guidance, as well as reach out to the credit union. Luckily the CU in Dothan AL were super willing to help and I took a day to drive down for them to clear the title and give me a letter stating that they no longer had interest in the unit. After an inspection by law enforcement to verify the VIN and vehicle description, I finally had a packet to send to my LLC in late July. By the time, the temp plate had expired. So we were dead in the water until the LLC issued another set of temp plates which came within a few weeks. Finally we are correctly register and legal to operate. Still waiting on the LLC to send permanent plates and a new title. But, I am in contact with them ever week for updates and no more checking with Babar "Bobby" Kahn for permission. Very long story short, DO NOT buy an RV from this dealer unless you have every piece of paperwork needed to reregister, no matter what Candice, or anyone else says. Demand to talk to Babar "Bobby" Kahn if you aren't getting satisfaction from the admin staff. We purchased a second camper from this dealer over a month ago. We traded in our first camper and I am still receiving calls that they have not paid off the trade in. All of our payments were up to date when we made the trade. They are now being charged late fees. Also, when we looked at the camper, there were shower door handles in it. By the time they got it from the yard in Anniston to temple, the knobs were missing. I told this to the sales lady weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about it. They did replace the tv that was broken in transport and that has been about the only good thing I can say about this transaction. Wife and I just bought a new 27ft travel trailer from these folks. I'm giving these guys a four star rating and not 5 based on several reasons: First of all, after picking a camper out, we couldn't get anyone to call us back for almost 2 weeks. We were trying to trade in our previous travel trailer, but when I finally got a call back they only offered me $5k for it; I listed it on Craigslist and within 2 hours I had it sold for $1800 more than they offered me. Anyway, we finally purchased the camper. It's a very nice camper but after the manufacturer builds it someone should clean up all the shavings, etc. As for the camper quality, it's mediocre. Gulf Stream used to be one of the premier builders but apparently that's changed, however that's not really the dealer's fault, though they should clean out the new campers. We took our camper out for 19 days and enjoyed it. We found a few issues and now the camper is back at the dealership getting some small adjustments and repairs done. Also, as several other reviewers mentioned, they offer a "start-up package" for $499 which includes a marine battery (they charge $150 for their batteries, but you can buy a larger battery at Walmart for $89 and install it yourself in 5 minutes), sewage lines (which you can also buy a much better set at Walmart for $25), and a video, plus a walk thru of the camper. We decided not to buy the package, you can find anything on Google or YouTube. Oh and their campers do not come with propane tanks, you have to buy those as well. If not for Fred and his guys in the service department I might have given these guys a 3 star. The service department guys so far have been excellent, that's why I've given them a 4 star. They do have great prices on their campers, from what I've compared at other dealerships. read more

Bought a camper from here which wasn't going to go through with it but then they said my deposit was no refundable so went ahead and got it well on the way home the tire had a blow out and not to mention the third day of having it there was water pouring in the master bedroom from the roof the inside of the cabinet was busted from where they didn't screw it together properly so took it right back up there after getting it to be repaired they had it 3 months never called to let me know anything so I finally get in touch with someone and they say well the parts are not here yet so ok that's understandable but 2 days after the camper is all ready to be picked up to find out they only sealed the leak didn't repair the tire nor the cabinet ok still waiting on cabinet parts and they replaced the tire so I'm already very upset because I just spent 3 payments if $367 plus a big down payment to now have my brand new 2021 camper for 3 months I ask for a credit back and it takes them 4 days to get in touch with me after me sending an email first all the owner wants to offer me is $100 In store credit wow what the heck am I gonna get from there with that a tarp for when my camper decides to leak again that I haven't even got to use yet because they had it the whole summer had to cancel all my plans because of it this company is very unprofessional and not willing to help you out at all the think is I didn't even have my camper king enough for anything I bought it and took it right back up there the next week for repair and now I have to take it back against when they get the cabinet parts in pretty sure insulation is wet and molded because they probably didn't replace that either!!! We have bought 3 campers here, because of price but now have decided to pay more elsewhere because of issues that have come up. Employee turn over is very high, so you start working with a person and the next they are gone...nobody picks up where they left off, even after numerous calls. It's a round and round dilemma. Sales manager says owner tells him not to get involved that it's services problem... umm after 35k Mr. Bobby Kahn the owner should realize it's not working. Sales manager is still telling me owner "don't get involved in service issues " but after numerous calls to voice mail to service and no response, who do you turn too? We would just be happy with a honest answer about broken window even if Cody said six months, at least it's an answer. All I hear is let me defend myself from sales manager. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Super Deals RV to look for a camper after viewing several on their website and FB marketplace. I was upfront about how much I could put as a deposit and our max monthly payment. Just about every camper I was interested in I was told was sold. Of course they only had the more expensive camper available . I did put in a credit application and a $500 deposit on a camper. I was told it was contingent on financing. It was a Sunday so of course banks were closed. After attempting to check in all week, my husband received a call from Cody. The finance option was much higher than we could budget. Cody was told we cannot pay that amount. My husband asked for our deposit back and was told by Cody that we will not receive our deposit back. Of course we try to get in touch with anyone to no avail. This has been going on for over a week. They use extremely shady business practices. Spend the extra money and buy from a decent, reputable company. Not this hole in the wall, bait and switch, shady company who blatantly steals money from prospective customers. read more

ok lets be real about super deals. I'm only giving 4 stars because Rick is a nice guy and honest. mike was my salesman and if you think car salesmen stretch the truth you have never met a used rv salesman. I took a 2 hour trip to super deals for a motor home listed below market value. talked to mike and asked several questions, as to not wast a 2 hour trip looking at a rag POS..... motorhome. but the trip was wasted on that motorhome. pics were not honest and condition was not as promised, batteries were dead, gen set would not crank. just a ugly pig of a motorhome, not close to what I was told about it. ok so after that experience I saw a motorhome that was just being checked in for sale, not yet placed on the internet. it was dirty but very solid and the price was right. I made an offer and placed my down payment of $100.00. gen set needed repairs and they took care of it. I did check reviews after I got home that day and was shocked at all the negative reviews. some people did not get their title and their support after the sale was absent. I was very nervous about moveing forward and talked to Rick in finance, he was very honest about their bad previous management. I made the deal because I trusted Rick and everything went fine, I have my title and I'm happy with the purchase from super deals. Ok not to sell Mike down the river, he is a very nice guy and was involved in getting the motorhome prepped for me. I know he is just selling motorhomes and campers. if I were not misled to coming down I would have missed the motorhome I have. my advice to anyone going to super deals is to know what you are buying, don't trust any salesman ever at a used motorhome dealership. We purchase a camper from Super Deal RV ,had some issue whit it, they said they where going to take care of it, after calling for several month to see when we can bring it in and nobody will call back so i broth it in for repair, it sat in the yard for 17 business day and nothing was done to it so i had to get it back and will never go back to Super Deal RV again, If a ever get another RV it will not be from their my recommendation is to make sure you have the support after the sale because that is just as important as the sale of the unit. read more

Well I have to say the first time we went here to look at campers we had a good experience since then it's been about three years. Recently our camper was flooded so we were in the market for accessories for the inside of our camper to see if it was worth fixing or did we need to be in the market for a new one. Today we walked in there was a lady behind the desk in which my husband had asked about getting parts and accessories for ours....this other lady "CiNdY" was her name butted in I assume she is a sales lady not sure. As my husband repeats his self to her since she butted in on the conversation she was constantly on her phone and in another world? After my husband said this twice she had the nerve to look up at us and say what was that? Are you kidding me??! To keep my husband from fussing her out the lady behind the desk told her what my husband had said three times! Then very rudely she says hand him the catalog to look at! Wow she needs some sales etiquette she's definitely not a nice lady! If you don't like your job find a new one! After looking thru the catalog we didn't see anything at all so decided to go outside and look around. No one ever approached us to see if they could help us or anything. While leaving CiNdY was back in the office and told the lady at the desk to have us sign in. Don't think we will be back! Need better customer service! You never know when someone might spend lots of money....I hope the owner sees this! read more

Im more of a camping world or big RV superstore type consumer.... But when Visiting West Ga your closest superstore is Anniston, AL. So I decided to check out Super Deals in Temple. Not a superstore but they did have a decent supply, necessities, replacement valves, a full service shop, and probably 60 RV's on the lot. Not a rinky dink place you might think of if know where Temple is! And they seem to know what they are doing. I would defiantly go here again! read more

We have had to contact an attorney. When we call, Super Deals pretends the owner is not there. They also lie about sending a check to the bank. I had to make payments on the other camper even after we traded. I did not want it to hurt my credit score. I've been hung up on and lied to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unethical and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble. Also we have yet to receive any thing in the mail for the tag. I also have not received the reimbursement for the extra payments I made. Stay far away from this company. I bought a used 40' camper from them that was represented as in excellent condition and ready for camping. It was a repo unit with a Louisiana tag on it. After I purchased it they had to install 2 air conditioners that didn't work and an awning. This took almost 3 weeks. I picked it up and the running lights didn't work. I took it in for repair and they found a swamp rat living in the unit had chewed up all the wiring inside. They also found the cross structural brackets were completely rusted in half. The brake lines were cut at the axle and the brakes were inoperable. This camper should have been sold as salvage. They refused to return my money or make anything right with this purchase. We are now tangled up in a law suit with them. Warning : stay clear of this business. I had to give them a 1 star rating in order to post it but in reality it would be a -5 . read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner (Bobby) is a crook and sells crappy campers and then will not fix them because his service department sucks. His "technicians" do not have a clue and do not know how to perform a draw test properly. Their old service advisor was crooked and was not submitting warranty claims for customers. I bought my camper on Sept 23rd and it has been a nightmare since that day. It has been in the shop twice with major issues. Two roof leaks, Frig not working on electric, shower leaks in the floor through the wall into the living area, there is a 1 amp draw on the battery, and several other issues. They knew the cabinet door in the outdoor kitchen needed to be ordered when I first looked at the camper I just came in at the first of the month but guess what it is the wrong grain and does not match. What dealership does not do PDI's on all new campers that come through the gate? Bobby does not care about customers just volume. He does not care about customer retention. I have 2 bothers that were looking at campers and they will never purchase ones from this place. I am consulting legal advice against this dealership for the issues with my camper. When you spend 28k on a camper you would think that the warranty would not have to be used within the first 2 months of ownership. Bobby told me if I did not like his service nor his dealership then go somewhere else. Please do not buy from this dealership, do not make the mistake I did and I have a friend working there and this still happened to me. read more

What an AWESOME experience purchasing our new Travel Trailer! Bobby and Melissa are fantastic!! After searching for over a year all over N. GA and Chattanooga, we found the right camper. We were to pick up our camper on my Birthday, which unfortunately they weren't able to add the electric brakes and sway hitch. They were soooo kind, they had our new camper delivered to our campsite, set it up, then came back at the end of our camping trip to take back to their location to finish a few cosmetic items. WHO does that? What an AMAZING team! Not only was the price awesome, but we would recommend them to anyone!! They kept us updated on the status of the items and provided recommendations needed for our camper. We upgraded from a Pop-Up so they were FANTASTIC in getting us prepared for the upgrade.
