Impressed with how Bryan took the time to tell me about my RO and Soft Water System. Didn't need an install but have both units serviced. Bryan told me all about the salt, where to purchase more, different terms about how the systems worked. Even told me that the system was installed incorrectly and if we would ever like to bury the outside eye sores I my front yard, they could do that on a future trip. I learned more with 15 minutes with Bryan than I ever had before about these units. Just overall really impressed. Received a Yelp discount and Bryan made sure I was taken care of on the pricing. This company was on schedule, efficient with my time during our consultation, and the equipment they installed was top of the line. And an extra perk was that the salt tanks have an American flag covering them! The installers were friendly and knowledgable about the water softener system and explained the difference between R/O and salt water softener so that I could understand. They even removed my old system and hauled it away! I had another company (ecowater) coming to service my old system and charging me an arm an a leg for repairs each time, never suggesting my money would be better spent investing in a new system. We had been living in our home for more than 5 years without a water softening system, and upon doing my research, getting a few quotes and securing the monies needed; we finally decided to schedule with IWS. I wanted this to be done the first week of June, because of my availability to be home when I'm not traveling. I initially scheduled with the lady that answered the phone. I gave her my address, phone number and email, after which I received a call from Bryan. During both calls I stated to both that our home did not have a loop installed and piping would have be installed. The day came, and around 8am (2) field installers showed up, took a look in my garage and stated that they had not been told that piping would need to be installed, then they both left. A bit puzzled I called Bryan and he returned my call toward the end of the day. I told him that he could stop by at any time, since I would be home and in fact he did. During his visit he did tell me it was more work than he anticipated but wanted to try to give me a good price, but was different than the original quote. Anywho.....after the scheduling mishap, the miscommunication with the office and the installers and the fact that it didn't get done until a week after I had anticipated, I am happy with the outcome and our system. Bryan and his team do a great job, they ended up installing the system within our garage cabinet, no where to be seen. At the end of the day everything is great with our new softener and RO system and was very happy with Integrity and would highly recommend them. Only issue we had was the initial installer showed later than expected towards the end of the day. He didn't have time to finish the RO system, but said he wouldn't be able to anyway due to a part he did not have to split the line, which seemed a little strange, as this is a brand new house with all the pre-installs and loops. Seemed like we wouldn't need anything beyond the norm to do the install. This was late Friday, so we did not get a call until Monday to schedule a new time to finish. Another guy (think this may have been Bryan) did come out that Monday however and he was very apologetic and went through the system from head to toe and all the questions I had. Also didn't mind our 1 year old messing with his cool tool box. Only other comment, not really a detractor, was the sale process. Michelle did answer all my questions and was very helpful scheduling and working out the price, but I felt the more technical bits weren't quite her area of expertise, but overall she did a great job and was willing to track down any unanswered questions. read more

He just answered my questions, and if he couldn't, he called Brian to get the answer while he was still at my home. No waiting until the next day. We just purchased a home and the reverse osmosis was very slow. I called the company whose label was on it and told the man that I think I needed service on one of his products in my newly purchase home. Before I could go on, he immediately said "if it's in your house, it's YOUR property." When I explained my problem, he said that if he just changed the filters, it would be $175 minimum but it could be more. I thanked him, hung up and opened yelp. I found positive reviews for Integrity so I called. THANK YOU YELP!! After I explained, Bryan said it could be a couple of things. He asked me to look at the tank and tell him the name on the label. He said that that company had been out of business for a few years. He told me that best case could be filters which could be replaced for $117 or it could be the membrane, which would be more. He would be happy to come out at no charge and give me an accurate price. When he arrived, he pulled out the tank and showed us the rust patches on the bottom of our now plainly obvious very old system. He gave us an option of a short-term fix but when he quoted for a brand new system, his price was so much more reasonable than the new ones I had priced on the internet before he arrived. His installation was clean and quick. Our water is unbelievably fast and clean!! After he installed the new system and was leaving past our garage, he heard the water softener running and said it shouldn't be at that time. He asked if he could look at it, tested the water and reset the levels to adjust to our family size, which will save us money in the long run. This company truly lives up to its name!!! read more

We recently moved to Arizona and had our home built. We never had a water softner before and when we went over the design options for our home we weren't pressured into installing a water softner or even the "loop" needed for adding the water softner. After moving into our brand new house we noticed all the fixtures had calcium buildup not to mention horrible tasting water. I had 6 companies come by to bid the job and by far not only learned the most from integrity water solutions but I felt the most comfortable with them doing the work on my new house. We did our homework, met with them all, and found Bryan at Integrity to be -- by far - and I mean really by far -- more knowledgeable than both of the other 2 put together. He knows so much about these systems it'll make your head spin! While the others were focused more on closing the sale, Bryan's approach was much more informative and consultative. He designed a system that would fit our family's needs, took the time to answer all of our questions, and then gave us a price that we felt was a really good value for it all. He was very nice over the phone, he diagnosed the problem just from my description and offered to come out on the same day that I called him (though we scheduled another time that was convenient for me). Once he came out he had it fixed in about 30 minutes and explained everything, including what to do get the soft water flowing again throughout the house.
