When a team was left without a coach, his dad stepped up to help. Instead of support, both Melanie and Coach Carson were rude and unprofessional in how they handled the situation. To make matters worse, our team had only four boys show up and they played their hearts out against a team of nine players who were able to rotate in and out. There was no effort from the league to balance the teams or offer support by lending players to make the game fair. The lack of organization and sportsmanship was very disappointing. Parents, please think carefully before signing up. Our kids deserve better support, leadership, and sportsmanship. I highly recommend North Zone out of Chandler instead.

This is a new facility and still in construction phase. The parking lot is big and appears to hold enough vehicles for all fields attendants. A new concession stand and restroom facility are close to being operational but they have plenty of food vendors and porta-potty's for now. The fields are very nice and the grass is established. A nicely paved path splits the fields and has light poles for night games. 4 of the fields have lights in place and I'm guessing the other 4 will in the future. There is no shade structures or bleachers so bring your pop up tents and lawn chairs. But plenty of seating area for parents and fans at every field. Overall a really nice, new facility dedicated just to soccer youth.

Let them go offsides, let them go out of bounce and if they hurt one another, that's part of it. I'M NOT LYING. The players would come up to me and say, why are they allowed to hit us. No one did anything. The coach would come late, once never showed up. Every practice was another problem that this organization didn't want to take responsibility for, but only brush it off. You are better off playing soccer with your local recreational team. Plus, their name is NOS--never on Sunday. They lead u on with that, making you feel they play in tournaments that follow this never on Sunday. NO. As a result, they lose every championship cause they what, Never on Sunday. Other parents wanted to quit, but they paid everything up front. Plus, they say their prices are cheaper than most, another lie, same. We went to a different team, same price and it's 500% different. Don't waste your time with unpleasant, unprofessional humans they just want to make a living.

That being said, Paloma Soccer Complex is one of the places that my son plays on occasion. It's nothing super special... If memory serves, the parking lot can be a challenge and I've had to park in the way back past the paved area on a dirt lot and make the trek back to the fields... I also think that porta-potties are the only option for a bathroom and there is no concession (or at least there wasn't when I've been for tournaments). I will update next visit, however! Go with low expectations and you'll be just fine!

I went for a flag football tournament and there were no signs directing us to the field. The facility was huge so it would have been nice if they provided some directions. We went through their volleyball courts and basketball area until someone told us we could not go through the area and had to go around the whole building to reach the field.   It was advertised that there would be food and beverage vendors and that it would be well equipped, but that was not the case. There was a burrito food truck and shaved iced truck. Where were the vendors? The only ones there were from the flag football tournament selling merchandise.   As a spectator I was hoping for a variety of opinions, especially since they charge a $20 spectator fee in addition to $5 parking. PS it gets quite cold at night so I recommend bring layers!

Drove all the way around building to the C building in the parking lot that was designated to the restaurant as we hadn't walked in the ball game yet.(which was super far)... started walking towards the gate that was open and a security guard stops to tell us we have to walk all the way around to the front to go in. (He was on a cart and didn't offer to drive us just flat out said no). We asked if we could sneak by him and still said no... there wasn't a sole in sight. (He could've physically escorted us but instead, stuck on the word "no" to walk around the full building). Hospitality runs in every industry. There are families who are willing to spend money ONSITE if you could get your signage together for clear communication for the people who would spend dollars and also, for some better customer service. It's not my fault you have poor signage. But when you have people willing to spend, and not ONE customer around... you should welcome them. That's how business works... Instead, he drove over to the baseball field where I saw him again. Sitting and looking at his phone... I hope that works out well for him.... I would be pissed if one of my employees got paid to sit on their phone and turn business away. Mr. Security Guard... your wages are paid by people who spend at your facilities. Considering I spend a fortune on baseball and also spend a fortune with my cheerleading company that comes to compete at this facility, I think you should go educate yourself on treating people well. (especially when it's SO hot outside)... a little kindness goes a long way. Also, if you want to "follow rules"... ask your supervisor if scrolling is a part of the job title. As for me, I will better prepare myself this weekend (as I have to be here for 3 more days) so I don't have to spend $1 of my hard earned money there.

Our initiation into Club/Academy soccer. It has been a nightmare. …read more 4 week late start... initial coach fired. 6 weeks later... moving on to another coach. The coach we did have did not teach any basics, no skill development, no positional training. Not even the fundamentals of passing were addressed ever.. we had to address our concerns as a whole team to a different director just to be heard... and threatened to quit as a whole team for our director to listen.... My son wants to quit because he "practices enough at recess in school". He's very young and not a football superstar... but he even noticed. He realized he is wasting his time and its not fun. So 10 weeks in and zero training. Tournaments are just a few weeks away... Hopefully the new coaches are actual coaches that live the game and love to teach!
