I wrote a prior review that wasn't too great. I had to take one star off for the no return policy. They have loosened the policy however and give you plenty of time to exchange. So being me I purchased two lamps which were $300 total and sat and waited my for my furniture to come. Happened to be a great choice. You see I LOVE this store. It's my all time favorite in this area. I purchased a lot of items and returned not too many considering the money we spent to redecorate. Everything in the store is enticing. It helps you by looking at the set ups to decorate your own home. I take pictures of the spots I need help with and that seems to help the assoxiates help me if I'm stuck. It's usually very busy. I love a lot of the pieces I purchased and will continue to shop there. It is a Disneyland of an accent piece store! Pictures, candles, arrangements, plants, mirrors and furniture. I go for the accents. Love, love! Can't wait to find more room for more ideas. read more

I love this store, they have beautiful stylish décor and furniture for very affordable prices. I was surprised to see the bad reviews but see they're for the Corona store. If you want very high quality last-for-a-lifetime furniture you should go somewhere like Bassett or Ashley and pay for that quality and the guarantee that comes with it. Also not every store will refund you in cash if you change your mind or don't like the item. This is a small business. They will refund for defective stuff. This is definitely more like Kirkland or Hobby Lobby type of quality, but probably unique and creative than those places. As far as furniture, I got a wooden coatrack that is very nice and will probably also buy some of their leather barstools. I may not buy a bedroom set there, but that's okay it's a discount place. Really gorgeous wall décor - mirrors, huge sconces, real oil paintings, big clocks. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. I will definitely be back! read more

Horrible customer service. I agree with the other reviews as to them having really nice merchandise, not the best quality, but overall great items. As for the customer service after you purchase their items, I give it zero stars. I purchased 2 pendant lights that needed some replacement pieces and after numerous phone calls and emails (and 3 weeks later), I had to personally call the manufacturer rep and get the pieces myself. What a shame, they lost another customer who is also re-decorating entire house. read more

I stumbled across this store when I moved to the area a year ago. With the great prices and amazing furniture, I ended up buying my kitchen and living room sets from them and I was thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. Robbin was so amazing and patient in helping to pick out custom pieces for my new home. I declined to get the insurance that they offer at the time, but when one of the legs on my sofa gave out, I called to see if there was something that could be done. They picked up my sofa, repaired the leg and reinforced it in the middle and delivered it back free of charge. THAT is service. I'll be going back to furnish my spare room and I can't wait. Wow this place is absolutely amazing! The staff is great and answered all my questions. There was a lady yelling at one of the staff members and she handled them very well! Today was the second purchase I have made at this location in Murrieta. I knew exactly what I wanted because it was an item I didn't pick up a couple weeks ago. I was not greeted when I walked in. I was not acknowledged while looking for my item that had moved location in the store. I wasn't even looked at or talked to as I waited patiently for the only employee to finish up with a customer that came in before me. I waited over 15 minutes to buy 1 item and sales girl never even apologized for my wait. HORRIBLE. Purchased 2 times from them on a Monday. I could only take 1 home, the other was too large for my car. The manager told me I couldn't pick up until Thursday because their movers will take it down on a Wednesday and if it was early Wednesday I could pick it up early. Show up on Thursday to pick up, picture is still hanging on the wall & now they won't give it to me until Friday. The worker was absolutely NO help & neither was the manager. They offered no help or solution and didn't have any apology for their mistake. Terrible customer service & a waste of my time and money! And I still didn't get my picture I purchased. One star is one too many! This store should be avoided at all cost. They have no return policy, well they do on regular price items but everything is "on sale" so all sales are final. Even defective products returned within 24 hours. No chance to color match or check for size. This store should be run out of town! It seems it is owned by Classic Moldings Inc. Worst, worst, worst Experience ever. Did I mention that it has been the worst experience? I have spent several thousands of dollars in this store. Don't get me wrong, their furniture is beautiful, but their lack of customer service is a complete joke. I ordered a custom sectional. I was told that it would be between four and seven weeks. And on the day of purchase I was even told that they would try to rush my order. After four weeks and five weeks I began to call the store. The manager was always off or at a different store. I never received return phone calls I always called them back. When it was getting close to the seven week mark I was then told the reason it took so long was the fabric was on backorder. You would think when someone spends that much money in your store you would get a phone call explaining what the delay was. Finally I was called yesterday to be told that my sectional would be delivered the next day at almost the 8 week mark. This is after I threaten to cancel my order and dispute it on my card and refuse delivery if it were one day past the seven week mark. My delivery was supposed to be here between 10 AM and 12 PM. Still nothing it is 1245. I just called the store and they told me that their truck had problems this morning but that she would find out what was going on. And that she would call me back. No call back, just a phone call from the driver stating they were on their way. NEVER AGAIN!!! If you want to pay top dollar for your furniture but get bargain basement customer service then this is the store for you. read more

I am FURIOUS with this store (Interior Accents Murrieta). They may have BEAUTIFUL furniture BUT the Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Danielle is an AWFUL Manager whom just LEADS on the Customer. I will NEVER shop at this store again! I purchased A LOT of furniture from this location, THOUSANDS of dollars! My Sectional is hideous for the amount of money I spent, and the cushions are uneven they look terrible. My center cushion was sent with a DEFECT, and I have yet to have it replaced. I keep having to call, and keep getting told either 2 weeks, or Danielle stated this last conversation "I don't remember that, oh wait, yes I do". Seriously, I just want my furniture RIGHT, and if it cannot happen I WANT a FULL refund!!! I WILL FIGHT! If there was a 0 stars option I would have chose that one. Worst customer service of any store Ive ever been to, and im not exaggerating. Im so bummed because I do love their furniture and decor. It is over priced for the quality, but with the 50% off sign (that btw seems to be always up) its not tooo bad. But I will unfortunately never ever ever do busines with them again, extremely rude and unprofessional. If you do happen to love a piece and decide to purchase, my advice to you is 1. Make sure, make sure you love it (take it outside to make sure about color, and measure twice)...they have a zero percent return policy. And 2. Absolutely do NOT use their deliver or install service (my delivery took over 2 months, with constant nagging phone calls (argumentative actually, seeing as though they took my $200 for the service but yet "didnt have a ladder available" to complete the job). Not only that, but the installation men are not great..both my peices are crooked and not centered..even after telling them to move it twice. Now im left with extra holes in my walls to fix. I could go on about the negative experience with customer service (when asking to speak to the boss/owner, Robyn told me "No..they dont give out their names"..)..just plain weird for a customer service oriented business to be so dysfunctional and rude. read more

I have written a previous review and I have recently read other reviews for this store.........Unfortunately not one good review. I think we should all get together and form a class action lawsuit. These owners should not be getting away with this...........It's fraudulent to me..........I've paid for warranties that aren't being honored due to the fact that a previous worker didn't fill them out even though I have the proof of purchase. I have the same story as everyone else I have spent a lot of money in this store received damaged furniture that should of been replaced back to the manufacturer instead I got the run around and was told the owners do not get involved yet no one else has any authority to do anything. The workers there wont even provide any information so you can reach the owners. Many of my friends I recommended have had the same experiences as we have all had and will not shop there anymore.
