When our first set of shutters went up I said to the guy installing them, "Beats expectations." They were not only willing to work with us in terms of installation (we had our shutters installed in three different phases, owing to monetary concerns on our part), but when they put them up they did such a great job that it was as if the shutters were there all along. They matched perfectly, were installed perfectly (even in a crooked room with crooked windows!), and operate perfectly. And in our opinion, an added bonus is that this is a family-run business with a desire to do the best possible job and keep their customers satisfied. Much better than using a big, distanced corporate machine. We found them through Yelp and thought the reviews were too good to be true, and maybe even faked. I needed a shade for my kitchen window. I was sure I was not going to like any shade covering the window but I needed it for privacy. Jessica came to my house, listened to what I needed, liked, and disliked, then made suggestions. She is verry friendly and helpful. We recently bought our first home and were in need of window coverings. We decided on plantation shutters after seeing them in other homes we liked. We wanted to buy directly from the installer, rather than through Home Depot or Lowes (the big stores sub out the installs and we wanted to avoid the run around if anything went wrong). My husband found Interior Style Designs by Google search and we scheduled a consult. Terri came out the next day and helped talk us through the various options and showed us samples. We were very happy with their customer service and ordered that day. They weren't the cheapest we researched, but they were the best in initial service and the only one who brought physical samples to see. They told us to plan on 6-8 weeks for delivery and install, and the project was right on time. The owners are a local couple and the husband and another installer came and installed shutters in 9 windows in just a few hours on a Saturday. They did an EXCELLENT job and everything looks and works perfect. I had a follow-up question and Jessica got back to me within a day. So professional and helpful. Interior Style Designs is fantastic. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments, such as wood or faux blinds. Saleswoman/designer supreme Terri is a ROCKSTAR!! She made the entire process like a nice cup of joe with your favorite auntie. She's amazing, extremely knowledgeable, charming & just darn good at her job! After meeting with Terri, there was NO way I was going with anyone else! I even cancelled my other appts for quotes!! & I didn't have to pay through the nose! The prices were totally reasonable, if not competitive. Foolishly, I almost paid the same $ to buy them online & attempt the madness of trying to install myself, which would have absolutely cost me double in the end, along with endless frustration!! I am soooooooooo glad I hired ISD instead. Mr. Goodman is an excellent installer. Super courteous in your home & helpful. When there was a couple snafus along the way, the team stepped up & handled the entire matter like champs! My husband *always says* that shows the true mark of service- how a business handles things when a problem occurs. I agree. When we bought a new house we needed blinds installed quickly before we moved in. I called few places but Jessica from ISD was the only one who agreed to come in few days. She was able to show me the designs and full cost when we met, and most importantly they promised to get the blinds installed in two weeks. Jessica was nice to call and confirm when the blinds came to warehouse and schedule installation time. Joshua and another coworker came to install the blinds. They were very professional and took their time to do everything correctly. We had a minor issue wrt to child proof cord coming undone, we called ISD to get it fixed 10 months after the original installation. Joshua came over and fixed it quickly. And he showed us how to do it ourselves next time around. I am lucky to have had the chance to work with Jessica and Joshua. They are such nice and honest people, easy to work with, no up selling . I've shopped around many window treatment places, from store fronts to various large company designers that come to your home and assist with your window treatment needs. As a picky buyer, I must say Interior Style Designs and their team did a phenomenal job consulting our window treatment needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable and sure do go above and beyond to make sure i am 150% satisfied. Even though we chose a Hunter Douglas Product we didn't like after installation, Jessica went ahead and switched out the blinds for shutters as our 2nd best option. Hunter Douglas wasn't helpful but Jessica went out of her way to get our replacement shutters right away. This is truly the BEST customer service i've ever experienced and If anyone ask who to get their new window treatment from. For sure It's Interior Style Designs, and the people I refer to also made it very easy to get their window treatment needs as well. 10 Stars For Sure!! read more

I had recently moved in to a new home and was in desperate need of window coverings. I worked closely with Jessica who is exceptionally kind and helped me create a beautiful look for my home. I recently went with Interior Style Designs as I did a lot of research online and was impressed with their reviews. I'm very picky and also needed some interior guidance, as I was a bit torn as to what type of window treatments I should go with that would match with my interior setting. The owner, Jessica came out on a Saturday and spent so much time with me, she was very personable, professional AND patient. I had anticipated that maybe she and I would maybe spend an hour together; however she ended up being here almost 3 hours. She was so patient and really helped me with my decision. I find that customer service has declined these days; however she gave me back some hope. Her other staff was also very helpful with setting up the consultation appointment and worked with me with getting the window treatments installed. Her husband, Josh (and owner) did the installment on a Saturday, he was very professional, friendly and gave me good advice on how to maintain them. I recently had Josh install shutter blinds in my home and all hands down the service was fantastic. He was professional, punctual, and his craftsmanship was superb. To begin with, my installation appointment was scheduled at 9am and Josh was already parking by 8:59am (yes I was checking because I knew my dogs would start barking the min he pulled up). He told me each window would take about an hour and that was pretty accurate. He was pleasant to work with and also answered all my questions. He did a good job of explaining the care of the blinds, how I could remove the shutters if I needed to, cleaned up the dust from the installation, and moved things back to where they were. In this day and age it's difficult to find good service, a good attitude and not see someone rushing through a job for the sake of getting it done and moving on to the next. It was obvious that the business relationship matters as much as a job well done. I'm already saving for the next window because I absolutely LOVE the new look of my home. THANKS ISD! read more
